Curious, he followed the direction of the sound. The faint sobbing beca clearer.
A soft, whimpering cry, like a woman weeping in the dark.

A sudden snort.
Lu Jin turned toward the sound and saw the hunchbacked woman who had disliked him from the start.
She was looking at him with a face full of disdain.

As the bodyguard spoke, the sobbing sound faded away.
As if it had never existed.
As if it was truly nothing more than the wind.
