After arranging everything, when night fell, Li De led the Dwarves and Beastn captives back to Dawn City.
Although the crisis facing the Dwarven Valley could not be considered completely resolved, after all, the Lionmane Tribe and the Dwarven King that had retreated would never simply give up, at least in the short term, they would not encounter too much danger.
The Dwarves could not possibly launch their revenge in a short ti. For these guys to find reinforcents with enough strength, it would likely take a long ti.
As for the Beastn of the Lionmane Tribe, their royal court had been captured along with suffering heavy casualties. For a long ti to co, they would probably be mired in turmoil.
What they needed to confront now was not revenge but ensuring the survival of the Lionmane Tribe.
According to the general statistics of the Vampires, out of the more than ten thousand Beastn troops from last night, at most just over three thousand escaped.
The remaining seven thousand Beastn were forever buried on this land.
A truly glorious victory.
Even if the Beastn could still assemble another army, the degree of threat they posed had decreased by countless levels.
Besides, with the three terrifying behemoths: the Level 18 Bone Dragon, the Level 16 Bronze Cyclops, and the Level 16 King of Dawn Bats, there was more than enough strength to handle any large-scale situation.
Dealing with a Beastn tribe without a ruler would not be too much pressure.
Over three hundred Whispering Bats began flying at dusk, making four full trips, and only by dawn the next day did they finish transporting all the Beastn captives and Dwarves back to Dawn City.
When the unending stream of Beastn captives and Dwarves were brought to Dawn City, the entire city boiled with excitent.
The first group of Beastn captives arrived at 9 p.m, when many residents had not yet gone to sleep.
When they saw the sturdy, towering Beastn clad in ragged gray furs, with nacing tusks, being securely bound and carried down from the Whispering Bats, every resident’s face displayed an irrepressible smile.
Because their great Lord Kachar had once again won a war!!
This was a victory belonging to Dawn City, a victory belonging to the Saintlight Vampires, and naturally, this divine glory also belonged to them.
Praise the Goddess! Praise Lord Kachar!
Beastn were the standard alien race, with appearances vastly different from humans.
Their bodies, nearly two blades tall, had an intense sense of oppression. Under the crude gray furs, their muscles were so well-developed that they bulged high.
Four sharp tusks exuded a dangerous aura, and their black eyes glinted with savagery. Their faces, covered with pale green skin, were extrely ugly.
Many Beastn, seeing the humans around the square brazenly scrutinizing them, instantly beca furious, baring their teeth and roaring at these residents.
In their mories, weak humans had always been creatures they regarded as food. As long as they saw powerful Beastn, they would surely tremble in fear.
This had been verified countless tis on the borders.
Yet when they opened their mouths in what they believed to be a fierce display, they were t only with the residents of Dawn City responding with the coldest ridicule.
“Hahaha, these are Beastn? They’re so ugly!!”
“Look at that face, doesn’t he look just like a pig in a livestock farm?”
“Despicable Beastn, you actually dared to oppose the Saintlight Vampires, dared to challenge Dawn City. Hmph, you were courting death!”
“These damn Beastn should be sent to the mines to dig ore and plow the fields for us!!”
“Praise Your Majesty, praise the Goddess, victory will always belong to us, belong to the great Dawn City!!”
Afraid? Impossible. If it were the border and they were alone facing these damned Beastn, they might be terrified.
But where were they now?
This was Dawn City, under the rule of Lord Kachar. Here, the great Saintlight Vampires protected every resident.
As long as the Saintlight Vampires were here, as long as Lord Kachar was here, they were fearless.
Hearing the mocking voices of the residents around them, those Beastn whose faces were initially fierce now all showed blank expressions.
Back at the border, whenever humans saw them, these powerless creatures would be like lambs seeing wolves, without the slightest will to resist.
But now, even though they were captives, these humans still shouldn’t be reacting like this. Why?
What these Beastn did not know was that to the residents, what were Beastn? In this city there were Undead, Cyclops, creatures straight out of legend.
Every day, they saw so many different races, with beings far more terrifying than Beastn. With such experience, what was left for them to fear?
If the residents knew what the Beastn were thinking, they would surely lift their heads high and mock their ignorance and superficiality.
Compared to the securely bound Beastn, the Dwarves received far better treatnt.
The Dwarves were not brought here as captives.
Of course, this was only on the surface. Their only difference from the Beastn was that they were not shackled or tied with ropes.
When the Dwarves arrived in the square, their astonishnt was far greater than that of the simple-minded Beastn.
Was this really a city of Vampires??
Out of fear of the Vampires’ overwhelming might, Masi had no choice but to lead his people to the legendary Vampire Ancient Castle. He had ntally prepared himself before coming.
He had thought this place would surely be dark and terrifying, but unexpectedly, this city was so magnificent, and it was inhabited by an enormous human population.
Most incredible of all, the relationship between these humans and the Vampires was simply beyond his comprehension.
Since when could humans coexist in such harmony with Vampires, their natural enemies??? By the God of Forging, he must be seeing things.
Before Masi could think any further, the patrol squad that had already been prepared began moving.
The Beastn were taken directly from Dawn Square down into the prison.
The Dwarves, however, needed to register their information like humans and obtain identity proofs before they could enter Dawn City.
