As they walked, Ashton couldn't help but feel a swell of pride for his mother and their people. He knew advancents were being made thanks to the territory managent system, but seeing it firsthand was a different experience.

"So, y'all are a throuple now?" Ashton rolled his eyes before pointing at Ricochet. "And you, I sent you here to overlook the managent and ensure everything goes smoothly, not to create your love story. Why was it my mother who had to travel to welco us?"
"R-Reaper! What a pleasant surprise!" Ricochet laughed nervously and imdiately rushed to greet his 'Captain'. "I had no idea-"
"Yeah, yeah, cut the chase," Ashton held his hand up as he wasn't in the mood to hug anyone, especially a man. "You still need to answer-"
"Cut him so slack, son," Ava mumbled. "He has always been hard at work. You can talk business later; let's get the twins to the hospital first."
"Yeah, I can see that..." Ashton mumbled before signalling to Rico that they'll have a talk later.
Next, Ava led them through the city's central plaza, where holographic sculptures depicted the history and transformation of the region. But the biggest holographic structure was of Ashton, much to his embarrassnt.
Citizens went about their business, interacting with holographic interfaces and enjoying the place.
"Really, Ma?" Ashton mumbled while shaking his head.
He could already feel Vulcan's and Flintmace's gaze on him. They were much greater than him, and even then, they didn't have so shit like a holographic statue made for them.
"Hey, don't bla !" Ava threw her hands as if surrendering. "The people wanted a way to rember their hero and staged a protest once we removed your other statue. Now you tell , what were we supposed to do?"
Flintmace chuckled, shaking his head. "Well, I guess it's a fitting tribute to the guy who's been shaking up the galaxy."
"This is ridiculous. I an, co on, it's just ." Ashton rolled his eyes but couldn't help but crack a smile.
"You've beco a symbol of hope and change for these people," Vulcan mumbled. "Instead of being embarrassed, you should be proud that your people admire you. Be a source of inspiration for them and a beacon of strength."
Just then, a nearby group of children noticed Ashton and excitedly pointed at the holographic statue. "Look, it's the hero who saved New Livania!"
Ashton's embarrassnt was montarily forgotten as he saw the children's faces light up with excitent. He gave them a small wave, understanding the aning behind Vulcan's words.
"Well... I guess it's not that bad," he mumbled as they headed towards the final spot... the hospital.
