The Primordial Bodies surrounding the Yuntu ship suddenly erupted with blinding blue light. Their magnetic fields fully activated and interconnected, forming a large-scale interference field that created a void cage, cutting off all ans of communication between the Yuntu ship and the outside world.
At the sa ti, the two wolf-like creatures in the eyes of the Yuntu crew extended their claws and drew a circle on the bridge’s window.
Sothing miraculous happened. The window, made of a special material comparable to tal, disappeared where the wolf-like creatures’ claws passed. When the circle was completed, the uncontrolled air pressure blew the center of the window out, and a storm imdiately swept through the bridge. Everything inside was sucked toward the breach.
The Yuntu crew mbers were thrown into chaos, grabbing onto anything fixed to avoid being pulled out. Fortunately, the air in the cabin wasn’t completely drained imdiately, sparing them from suffocation—for now.
The ship’s sensors detected the breach, and automatic bulkheads descended to prevent further damage to the hull and to stop the remaining air from being sucked out.
Outside the ship, the wolf-like creatures—known as the Swarm’s Red Fang Breakers—made their first appearance in front of the Interstellar Technological Confederation. Their FN Blades were unstoppable; even the strongest defenses disintegrated upon contact. The bridge window, which could withstand secondary cannon fire, was like tofu in front of them. If not for their high energy consumption and limited range, these blades would be the ultimate weapon for murder and plunder.
After creating a hole, the Red Fang Breakers calmly reached behind their backs and pulled out a curled-up insect. They then pushed it through the hole into the ship’s cabin, fighting against the air pressure.
The insect, resembling an enlarged version of a rice weevil, quickly unfurled its body once inside the bridge. Its short limbs firmly attached it to the inner surface of the window.
Then, its body began to spark with electricity, and the sparks suddenly exploded. A transparent energy pulse rippled through the cabin, causing all the instrunts to shut down.
This insect had appeared before on Daqi Planet. It was an EMP bug, essentially a living EMP bomb capable of destroying electronic equipnt within a certain range. However, due to its size and other limitations, it was a semi-disposable weapon. After detonating once, it wouldn’t die, but it needed to return to a Space Octopus to recharge before it could be used again.
Space warships are typically designed to withstand a certain degree of EMP impact, but internal defenses are much weaker. The EMP bug detonating directly in the bridge disabled most of the ship’s operating systems.
The bulkhead that had previously descended due to the breach now rose again as the system crashed, causing the air in the bridge to be sucked out once more, reigniting the storm. The Yuntu crew, now awake from their delusions and realizing this was a trap, struggled against the storm and were powerless to stop what was happening.
The two Red Fang Breakers worked together to create a larger hole in the window. Several Larval bodies, waiting nearby, rushed in through the breach. Although less than ten ters long, these Larval bodies were like little brothers in fleet battles, but inside a ship, they were undoubtedly massive demons.
The Larval bodies quickly killed the Yuntu crew in the bridge, eliminating any chance of further resistance. More Larval bodies entered through the breach and rushed into the ship’s interior through the open bulkheads.
To preserve the Yuntu ship’s internal equipnt as much as possible, the Larval bodies continuously deployed EMP bugs from their storage sacs along the way, paralyzing various systems and preventing the automatic defense systems from activating.
The ship’s captain and crew, who had just erged from hibernation pods, knew the ship had been invaded. However, they had little ti to react and were still recovering from hibernation side effects. With the ship’s remote control systems mostly disabled, they were cornered in the dical bay by the Larval bodies.
With the last vestiges of resistance eliminated, the ship was completely under the Swarm’s control.
The ten Yuntu ships attempting to break through were subjected to similar attacks almost simultaneously. EMP bombs had already disabled their propulsion systems, and the warning lights on their engines and hulls had gone dark. They could only drift forward on inertia, while the Primordial Bodies forming the void cages moved with them. Other Primordial Bodies silently made way.
With the Swarm’s coordination, the void cages quickly passed through the Swarm’s encirclent and erged outside. There, the cages contracted and split into three smaller void cages, each containing three to four Yuntu ships.
Then, they flew in different directions. Three massive entities revealed themselves, their enormous forms flickering in and out of visibility in space.
The Yuntu ships, about four thousand ters long, dwarfed the five-hundred-ter-long Primordial Bodies who looked like little brothers beside them. But now, compared to these void behemoths, the Yuntu ships couldn’t even be called little brothers.
Perhaps the void cages enclosing three or four Yuntu ships could barely qualify as little brothers. Finally, the void cages rged with the behemoths and gradually disappeared.
Monts later, the three behemoths also vanished, and the Yuntu ships were gone without a trace.
anwhile, inside the encirclent, more and more Yuntu ships were erging from warp travel. As the debris field expanded, so ships collided with the wreckage as soon as they appeared, destroying themselves before the Swarm could attack.

The captain of this specially equipped ship, who was not allowed to enter hibernation, quickly realized the situation. After a series of heart-stopping, tragic, and tearful maneuvers—worthy of a four-hour blockbuster—the captain managed to send out a ssage just before the ship was destroyed.
Although there were regulations for communication blackouts during warp travel, there were ways to break the rules in ergencies. The ssage was transmitted without delay to the rear ships and command headquarters.
The nearby coalition reconnaissance equipnt had been cleared, but so remained further away. When they focused their scans on the coordinates, they detected anomalies, though the distance was too great to gather much useful information.
The danger alert was confird, and the fleet quickly communicated with headquarters. Several Yuntu ships in warp travel erged from their warp bubbles and launched a large number of special projectiles into the surrounding space.
These projectiles exploded, creating a unique gravitational wave. Other Yuntu ships without quantum communication devices quickly detected these waves and erged from warp travel, halting their advance.
