When Siderius woke up again, the night was once more. No psychosis point had been lowered this ti.

He crawled out of the shelter to check the crystal sphere. Inside, there were no longer crystal needles, instead, it was a bright yellow cube of rhombic crystal.

Siderius smiled. He used a simple sign to disintegrate the salt barrier. In his hand was now a cube of pure sulfur, one of the three pris of Alchemy.

First he got rcury from the system. Second he got salt from the rock salt. Now he had sulfur. All the main pris of Alchemy had been collected.

Siderius would need to find a new source for rcury soon but he still had so left in the rcury Extract.

Siderius crushed the crystal cube into fine powder and stored it in a different pouch than salt.

Then he began the usual ditation routine.

[PSYCHOSIS -1]

[PSYCHOSIS LEVEL: 55/125]

Two hours passed and one point of Psychosis was lowered.

"Now. About the cure for Carsten."

Siderius suspected that the Gray Death was so kind of cursed disease produced by the witches. He didn’t know why they do it or how, but he was very confident that no ordinary disease could do such a thing.

So if it’s a magic related disease, you must use unconventional ways to deal with it. Simple herbs and dication wouldn’t be able to do the job.

Siderius needed sothing more powerful. Sothing that had an Alchemical origin.

The only cure that could help Carsten was ’Spirit’.

Spirit as Siderius was thinking of was not human spirit but rather alcohol concoction that could yield very beneficial results.

This was the third ’S’ of Alchemy, standing after Signs and Seals.

"Access Spirits Library. List the information of the Blightburn Tonic." Siderius said.

Cindrox, also known as Blightburn Tonic, was a very commonly used Spirit. It contained infections, destroyed bacteria, and cured low-rank cursed diseases.

Considering the large amount of tis a witch hunter got injured. This spirit was essential. It was a concoction that almost every witch hunter knew and the first thing they would learn.

Aside from witch hunting, Blightburn was also common amongst healers and herbalists. Its dical properties were irreplaceable.

Its core ingredient, the Embercoal Root, held a huge amount of Fire elent, which was fatal for many bacteria and diseases.

Rum boosted this aspect and condensed it into sothing ingestible.

The Ironmint leaves protected the body while the Smokevine resin spreaded the Fire elent evenly.

Phosphorus was what guided the Fire to burn what was evil and bad.

Of all the ingredients in the formula, only Phosphorus was irreplaceable. Without it, any Fire Antibiotics Tonic would kill you instantly.

In this new world, Siderius obviously would have a hard ti to find these ingredients. He wasn’t even sure these plant species existed.

But it didn’t matter.

He could find replacents for each ingredient. A volatile Fire plant to replace Embercoal. A protective Earth plant and a carrier Air plant to replace Smokevine and Ironmint.

Siderius didn’t have any Rum, but still had the bottle of alcohol that he looted in the prison. It wouldn’t be as perfect as using Rum and would hinder the process significantly. However, it would still be possible.

As for Phosphorus, he didn’t have any at the mont but he could easily extract this elent from the bones of his hunted prey.

That was the reason he had kept the rabbit and buffalo bones all this ti.

Siderius gathered the bones for the upcoming alchemical process.

He drew two Alchemy Seals, one inside another. The small circle was drawn by pure sulfur while the outside circle was drawn by salt.

Siderius calculated the amount of Phosphorus he could make then placed the according amount of bones inside. He estimated them by weight.

Then, it was ti for the extraction.

Finding Phosphorus in nature was hard. He needed to find a mining location with Phosphorus inside. That would take forever. Instead, extracting them from the bones of the animal was much easier and quicker.

Sulfur acted as the combustion initiation. It would separate the Phosphorus inside the animal bones.

Salt would crystallize the Phosphorus and condensed it inside a vacuum barrier, making sure its toxicity wouldn’t leak out to the environnt.

Siderius grabbed his scarf and wrapped it around his face. This protection was far from enough but he had no better option for now.

Then the process began.
