Ashe gulped involuntarily. Siderius already seed very scary to her. But now, with the entire armor set, he looked unquestionable. She felt like standing in front of her was a general of an entire army, not just her master.

"What’s wrong?" Siderius said.

"Nothing, Master. You looked... scary."

Siderius smiled and patted her head gently.

Siderius started to test the armor pieces. He ran around, swung his sword, and did all kinds of physical activities. The armor stayed secured through everything.

The hunter nodded his head. "Acceptable. Now help get these off, Ashe. There’s still work to be done."

"Work? What are we doing now, Master?"

Siderius pointed at the rcury Seal that was still illuminating. There was still rcury left on it.

"Say, my apprentice. Do you want a cloak?"

"A cloak?"

Winter was coming and the weather started to beco extrely cold. Instead of buying the low quality clothes in Mucktown or letting Ashe make so clothes herself, Siderius used the panther hide to make a cloak for her.

The panther hide had an acceptable insulation capability and should help with keeping her warm. Accompany that with the hunter uniform that Siderius intended to make for her, she should have no problem surviving winter.

With the remaining rcury, Siderius transford the panther hide into a deep dark black cloak. He didn’t use the tannins to cure the hide as it would harden it, making it no longer suitable for clothing.

The cloak took shape very quickly. Ashe put it on and twirled around.

"It’s so warm. Thank you, Master..." Ashe said.

The panther cloak was incredibly high-quality. It was seamless and smooth to touch. The hood was the head of the panther.

Ashe put her hood up. She looked like a baby panther in the woods.

"I’m a panther. Master is a bear. Seems very fitting." Ashe thought silently.

"Are we going to make my armor too, Master?" Ashe said.

She saw the bundles of ghoul skins Siderius brought back. It was enough to make at least three or four more sets of armor.

Siderius shook his head. "We must make your hunter uniform first. I need to know the exact paraters after you wear the uniform in order to layer the pieces of armor."

"I will catch a boar as soon as possible, Master! Please allow to go on a hunting trip on my own tomorrow!"

"Of course, my apprentice."

Ashe was so happy. She jumped up a little bit. While Siderius smiled like a proud father.

The next morning, Ashe grabbed her bows and went on a hunting trip while Siderius stayed back in camp to do a psychosis ditation.

"By touch and taste, by scent and sound.

No chaos placed, on hallowed ground."

Inside Siderius’ dark mind space, the Night Panther hovered aimlessly with a faint shining sphere around its body. A gold ring was slowly ford in the middle as more ntal energy was directed into the ring.

Siderius didn’t forget to do his psychosis everyday after he gained the second mutation. At the mont, it lowered at a rate of one point per two hours. A very respectable rate at the beginning.

"The psychosis reduction is fairly fast for now. But it will slow down. I can also use Alchemy Palace to quicken the process."

Siderius discovered that he could combine the two Psychosis ditation Techniques to lower psychosis even faster. This was not possible in his past life.

Sothing had changed in this life. But he wasn’t quite sure what. It could be because his soul was a combination of two people. It could be because he had absorbed a fair amount of Dark Aether.

That wasn’t the only weird thing. Nora lived on in his Alchemy Palace as a living sentient mory. It wasn’t a projection of Siderius’ mind. Till now, he still didn’t know why it had happened.

"I need to get back to Platinum soon. Then I will be able to examine my soul and spirit more closely. Maybe then I can find out why." Siderius thought.

"About combining Nine Rings and Alchemy Palace... I wonder if there are any side effects. Should I do it now or wait for later?

Hmmm. It is not safe in these woods. After I finish my business here, and Ashe can move to Santa Roberto. Then I can try to use them together again.

And this..."

Siderius brought out the Mana Core of the Night Panther. A slick tal sphere with magic burning inside it. His golden eyes flashed a gold shade then a dark shade, switching between the True Eyes and Mystic Eyes.

"It isn’t pure Dark Aether. But rather a malford version of Magic. It isn’t pure Magic either. It was modified before. Should I open it up?"

Siderius contemplated for quite a while. He was curious. He was consud by curiosity. It was the habit of an alchemist. But he didn’t know what was inside or if it had any trap in it. If he was the one who made this physical mana core, he would place a hidden trap inside for sure.

In the end, Siderius placed the sphere away. He had decided to examine it at a later ti. When he had more tools and instrunts to ensure his safety.

If this was a natural evolution artifact, he wouldn’t hesitate opening it. But an artificial device was dangerous. One could not anticipate what the creator had put into it.

"I should make more tonic. The Flesh Restoration Tonic is good but its capability is limited with flesh. A Bone Regeneration Tonic can be beneficial. It will complete the basic needs for healing tonic."

Fire Antibiotics to deal with infection. Flesh Restoration to heal skin and flesh. The last thing Siderius couldn’t heal physically was bone.

"Bone Restoration needs a much more powerful source of regenerative energy. An axolotl is ideal. A few species of amphibians and draconids can also be used.

I don’t even know if dragons exist in this world. Looking for a suitable amphibian will take a lot of ti. I do have the bones of the Night Panther though."

Siderius tapped his chin while he’s thinking. He took out the bones of the Night Panther and broke a tiny piece in half. They didn’t regrow or reattach themselves.

"Without a suitable source of energy, I can’t test the regenerative power of these bones. However..."

Siderius took out the Mana Core again. He could see the magic bubbling inside it.
