Feeling energy constantly slipping out of his control, Michael shot Leo a look full of confusion.

"Why? I thought I was copying you really well."

"Well? Well my ass."

The corner of Leo’s mouth twitched. He didn’t understand where Michael got the confidence to claim that. Besides the energy leaking out being similar, what other part of them was alike?

"How so? What exactly did I do wrong?" Michael asked suspiciously.

In his mind, this probably had to do with the amount of energy released and the thod of release. But this was just a guess, he wasn’t sure if it was right or wrong.

Leo clenched his fist and gave Michael’s head a solid knock. His eyes narrowed with a provocative look but he still pretended to be teaching.

"How does it feel different from a normal fist?"

"Huh? I’m asking you." Michael was dumbfounded. He rubbed the sore spot on his head, giving Leo an unfriendly look.

Leo knocked Michael on the head again. It was rare for him to get to act superior, so he wanted to milk it a bit. Moreover, the past six months of acting more and more like a lunatic had put imnse strain on his mind. Hitting Michael could be considered a way to relieve stress.

"Hmph, are you teaching or am I? Do you want to learn or not? If you do, you have to listen to ."

"You... You... F*ck!"

Michael’s index finger trembled as he pointed straight at Leo’s face, but aside from that one curse, he didn’t say anything else.

Out of options, if he didn’t learn from Leo, who could he learn from? Learn from Raphael? He definitely wouldn’t teach, and besides, in this area, he might not have more experience than Leo.

"It feels like your fist is quite hard, as if protected by a thin layer of armor."

Cursing one second and seriously pondering the next. Michael’s spirit seed to have been affected by that damn training that made him act crazy.

"That’s right. Now tell , how did your energy feel a mont ago? How was it different from mine?" Leo nodded and continued to ask.

Michael didn’t hesitate, nor did he feel embarrassed, but imdiately offered his most honest assessnt.

"My energy was just a simple kind of release. Very wasteful, but I think it would work for intimidation if the burst of energy was big enough."

Speaking of this, he rembered the few tis Raphael gave him mountain-like pressure, which also seed to be a thod of releasing energy.

"Intimidation? You planning to pull those aningless stunts like that old man Raphael? Drop that idea right now. A real enemy won’t back down because you’re randomly blasting energy."

Leo curled his lip in disdain. Intimidation only works to suppress cowards. Against truly dangerous enemies, it’s completely useless.

"Haha, I didn’t say I was planning to do that. I just thought that Raphael had done it before."

Michael scratched his head awkwardly while denying the thought that had just popped into his head. A mont ago, he really had imagined a scene where he just stood still with his hands in his pockets and the enemy pissed their pants in fear.

"Don’t learn that useless stuff. But your assessnt is correct. Was it that once the energy was released, you couldn’t control it anymore?"

Michael nodded seriously. At that ti, he had the thought of pulling the energy back into his body but couldn’t do it.

"That’s because the force you used to release the energy was too great. You can’t just shove a bunch of energy out and hope it doesn’t fly away. What you need to do is shrink the energy’s range, keep it as close to your skin as possible, then try to hold and increase its density. Like the layer of energy on my hand, it’s even thinner than the clothes I’m wearing but still hard as steel."

As he spoke, Leo brought his hand close to Michael’s face for him to observe carefully. Michael also stared intently and discovered his denser energy.

"The energy on your hand is a darker color than mine because it’s concentrated, right?" Michael tried to cover his hand with energy and started comparing.

"Yep, the darker the color, the harder it is. In theory, black is the highest level of energy density. But there are two big problems: the amount of energy needed and the charging ti. I’ve never seen any human get close to that level, let alone achieve black."

Rembering back when Leo was at his peak, he only ever approached a blue-black level. Black was just sothing that existed in theory, under the condition that human strength was infinite, so a normal human body had no way to use it.

"Wait. You say ’in theory’ based on what theory?"

Michael heard the phrase ’in theory’ from Leo’s mouth and for so reason felt this was an unrealistic theory.

"I an it’s feasible, but not for humans. But in the future, we have a chance to beco gods, then we can try it out."

Ever since seeing his own potential in this world, Leo had started thinking about this. After all, in his entire life, aside from his revolutionary ideals, his main ti was spent practicing martial arts. Wanting to progress in this field was understandable.

"Oh, I see. And what was that force that attacked earlier? I rember your fist wasn’t that strong."

"That’s releasing energy. Concentrate a large amount of energy in the fist, then release the energy the mont it makes contact with the target. Touching and then exploding is a bit more effective. But this is much weaker compared to the ability Eat God gave ; the pushing force from the white energy is much stronger."

Leo spoke, then wanted to use the power that Eat God once used in the consciousness world but couldn’t do it. It was locked; only when reaching a sufficient level could it be used.

"How are you planning to teach ?"

Michael asked, but in his heart, he felt extrely uneasy. Based on his understanding of Leo, there was a high chance it would involve getting beaten up by him for a long ti.

"How many years have you lived with ? Why are you asking such a strange question? My most effective teaching thod isn’t making you risk your life, is it?" Leo curled the corner of his mouth into a sneaky smile.

Michael’s face imdiately turned as black as a burnt pot bottom. After six months like a ntal patient, now continuing with days of being abused. Sure, he gets stronger, but living like this is just too damn miserable.
