Wei Tianyang flew over Casdia City, by then the sky had already turned slightly white and it was about 4 a.m. local ti.

From ten thousand ters above, he overlooked the city and spotted the collapsed twin-structured building at first glance.

He slightly lowered his altitude to get closer to the half-ruined skyscraper.

At this point, the scene on the streets beca clearer, with many trucks dragging containers rushing out of the city while several military helicopters hovered in the sky.

It seed they had been busy for a while, but the building was so large that the collapsed sections had piled up into a mountain of cent, making cleanup quite a challenge.

Wei Tianyang took a deep breath and floated down to the ground. He didn’t take any asures to isolate himself, nor did he switch into objective reality. He simply descended boldly from the sky, but since the streets were bustling and it was still not very bright, nobody noticed his arrival.

Soldiers dressed in protective suits were transporting all sorts of containers into the trucks, and people who looked like officers were walking through the streets, directing the vehicles to orderly depart.

Fujiwara Makoto must have caused quite a stir when he escaped, otherwise they wouldn’t be so agitated.

Wei Tianyang wanted to find so survivors to probe their mories, but luck wasn’t on his side. This place was filled only with PMC clearing the scene.

He grabbed a person who seed to be a commander and read his mories, only to be greatly disappointed; the man was just a rcenary, knowing nothing specific about his employers.

"Who are you?!" the man exclaid in shock.

Wei Tianyang sneered, grabbed the man, and swiftly flew up into the sky, reaching a speed of 30 mach within 5 seconds.

The man scread, his skin flapped back due to the fierce winds, his eye sockets shattered, his gums completely exposed, and by the ti they reached an altitude of 14,000 ters, the man’s face was beyond recognition, and he had passed out.

Wei Tianyang loosened his grip and let him drift away in the fierce wind, then he looked towards the white city below.

He flew up another 10,000 ters—the sky around him had shifted from deep blue to black. He felt the altitude was sufficient, and then his body began to steelify.

The parts of his body that were originally black remained the sa, but the other parts shifted from wheat color to iron gray. The degree of steelification gradually increased, making the hardness of his body reach an astonishing level. The inherently illogical property of his superpower that increased mass also made his density and weight implausibly high.

How heavy can a 1.75-ter tall adult man be? Powered by his superpower and with such a body size, Wei Tianyang had reached an astonishing 1.2 million tons, and his weight was still increasing.

The stronger the steelification, the less flexible his body beca. In fact, at the current level of hardening, Wei Tianyang could no longer make any movent, no matter how subtle it might be.

Fortunately, what he intended to do next didn’t require much movent.

Wei Tianyang’s weight continued to increase, his entire body turned completely black, even the whites of his eyes were as hard as steel. By now, his weight had exceeded ten million tons and was still soaring.

Wei Tianyang felt it was enough. At that mont, he accelerated his body to maximum speed within 2 seconds, like a humanoid teor, diving towards Casdia City.

In the inky blue sky of early morning, a dazzling red teor fell to the earth.

Nobody saw how it descended.

In an instant, a loud explosion akin to a nuclear blast resounded through the sky, followed by the ground cracking open. The central area of the impact emitted intense heat, instantly vaporizing all human-made objects, producing a huge bright light that brought a 12-second long flash just before dawn.

The shockwave from the explosion generated an intense wind pressure like a typhoon, causing buildings to fall and everything unsecured on the ground to be blown skyward. Terrifying massive cracks freely extended from the center of the impact at the speed of supercars, crawling in all directions of the city.

After landing, Wei Tianyang felt his feet sinking into the ground like it was cake, instantly burying into the underground. At that mont, he reversed the steelification and imdiately ascended, flying out of the soon-to-be-buried huge crater.

He leapt to the ground where everything had been leveled, but the sound of the ground crashing was still thundering nonstop.

He stood on the soft black soil, turned around, and a black radiance burst forth from his chest, then, after 0.8 seconds of flashing, it silently swept out.

The thunderous noise dissipated imdiately afterward, and silence descended again.

Wei Tianyang stood on the barren land; other than the black soil, nothing else could be seen.

He slowly ascended, and by the ti he climbed to an altitude of 10,000 ters and looked around, the once white city had been erased from the Earth, leaving only black land.

Lin Yan, Li Xianping, and over 20 VIP scientists were evacuating on a military transport helicopter.

They had just flown less than 100 kiloters from the boundary of White Mirror City when a dazzling white light appeared behind them, followed by an intense explosion.

Everyone rushed to the door of the cabin, looking back through the windows.

"Have we been hit by a nuclear bomb? Who did this?" an elderly professor with glasses exclaid in horror.

Li Xianping remained silent, Lin Yan had no clue, only listening to the professors around them start chattering and arguing.

After they had cald down, Lin Yan said, "Fujiwara Makoto can conjure up Wei Tianyang, and he can conjure up nuclear bombs too. It’s not surprising."

"If he used a nuclear bomb to attack us, that ans he has moved far from White Mirror City. That’s too fast, given his physical condition," Li Xianping said.

"Maybe he morphed himself into a plane, car, or sothing else. He can beco anything," Lin Yan added.

"We’ve lost him... the council won’t let us off easily," Li Xianping said.

"I want to know why he woke up!" a professor from Churi Country interjected.

"If you want him to stay asleep forever, don’t use his body for experints. We were always prepared to face such risks," Lin Yan said, raising an eyebrow.

This guy from Churi Country was trying to shirk responsibility.

"We need to find him... his destructive power is too strong, leaving him out there is very dangerous," Li Xianping said.

"We should first figure out how to explain this to the council!" the professor from Churi Country said.

Lin Yan no longer responded to him, instead looking hopefully towards the cargo area of the cabin, where an artificial womb lay quietly in a sealed container, pulsating in the amniotic fluid.

If that womb could truly give birth to another Witch, mankind would surely step into a new future.

That future was very near, Lin Yan could feel it.
