A few people were gobbling down their food, feeling like the past decades of their lives were wasted. The ingredients and thods might be rough, but the taste was undeniably good.
The first-class business car was filled with wealthy folks who couldn’t resist the aroma wafting through the air. Soon, they all started taking out the food they had brought. So had brought rare instant noodles, and the mont they opened them, the rich aroma of Kangshuaifu braised beef filled the entire car, overpowering the other snacks and treats.
Zhang Yicheng rubbed his belly in satisfaction, "Thankfully, President Jing, you ca so well-prepared. Otherwise, I’d be dying with cravings just from the sll of instant noodles."
Wu Jiang nodded in agreent, "It’s all thanks to you, President Jing, for bringing the Hulk along. Otherwise, we’d be in a terrible state right now. Your foresight was truly wise." Even the normally silent bodyguard assistant gave a thumbs up in approval.
After eating her fill, Jing Shu sprawled out on the Hulk like it was a couch, "This is what you call experience." Learn from this, youngsters—always keep yourself in an undefeatable position, ready for anything that might co your way.
Three more Hulks squeezed into the car from the rear, but no one said a word this ti. Zhang Yicheng even dismantled the inconvenient luggage rack to make space for one of the Hulks, patting it gently, "This way, sir, there’s more room over here."
Jing Shu shook her head, sensing the information coming from the rotten rmaids outside the car. It was strange; the insects were all silent, only the rotten rmaids were unaffected.
In this wilderness, there should logically be plenty of bugs and insects, but outside it was very quiet, with nothing around.
At the front, where the train had overturned, it wasn’t derailed but rather lacked tracks; the rails had completely disappeared. According to Zhang Yicheng, this train ran daily, so it was fine yesterday, but today, sothing happened...
Deciding to observe the situation for a bit, Jing Shu cultivated a few hundred more rotten rmaids to guard the area and sent a few to scout ahead. She even dismissed her initial thought of setting off with the Hulk alone, deciding to stay and see how things unfolded first.
Danger seed to loom ahead!
The quiet on the train didn’t last long, as soon enough, an inevitable issue arose.
"Boss, there’s no toilet in the hard sleeper section. The train conductor said they’d send soone over to dismantle our private toilet."
Zhang Yicheng, holding a small cup of water he had queued half an hour for, wiped his sweat and said, handing the cup to the boss with eager reluctance. Watching the boss gulp it down, he licked his lips, finally understanding what Jing Shu ant about being well-prepared when traveling. It’s truly a struggle now; even water is hard to co by, let alone finding a restroom.
Speaking of which, when the train toppled over, we’re walking on train walls, and the squat toilet holes have turned into wall hangings.
With the liquid free-falling, even standing up, you’d have to aim past the splash guard’s arc to pee in it. Oh man, that’s tough, but finding a spot to poop in is hopeless.
Who can go to the bathroom at a ninety-degree angle? Step forward and let Jing Shu see.
Wu Jiang was montarily stunned, "Then let them dismantle it, but what do we do about using the bathroom afterwards?"
"Uh, should I queue in front of the broken toilet for you now? A lot of people are already starting to line up."
Jing Shu waved her hand, "Oh, this portable toilet is for you guys. Consider it a gift. I have a newer one."
With that, Jing Shu snapped her fingers, prompting the Hulk in the corner to pull out the first-generation Foldable No-Freeze Toilet Suit that Mr. Jing had made three years ago. Later, Mr. Jing had made a more perfected foldable toilet with a felt princess skirt design, leaving this first-generation one to gather dust.
Jing Shu opened the raincoat-looking toilet suit and personally demonstrated. The bottom had a large skirt-like fra, wearing it felt like a cape skirt. But when sitting on the seat, the middle had a big hole with a foldable bucket underneath; you could squat completely privately.
"Boss, you really carry a toilet with you when you travel? What don’t you bring? You must be carrying a mobile fortress!" Zhang Yicheng was floored, truly impressed.
Wu Jiang felt like slapping himself. He almost stopped Boss Jing from bringing the Hulk earlier—what kind of person does that? Thankfully, Boss Jing brought everything. Otherwise, what would he do?
"It’s just a small thing, really. I travel often, so I have experience." Jing Shu casually sipped her milk tea, fanning herself with a palm-sized fan while looking at Zhang Yicheng swallowing. Jing Shu poured him a large cup of milk tea, "Drink up, kid. You look parched."
Zhang Yicheng gulped it down, speechless with gratitude. Boss Jing, from now on, I’ll follow you! Once we get back, I’m transferring to the South Sea under your lead!!
Whatever the case, eating, drinking, and dealing with necessities remain the top priorities on a train. The train’s food supply soon ran out. At least everyone got so mashed potato cakes or mixed vegetable soup. There was still so clean water, but if help didn’t arrive by night, everyone would be going hungry.
Now the issue was that, being in an already hot and humid place, with all the doors and windows tightly shut, the stifling heat inside the train was unbearable.
"It’s so hot, open the windows, or at least the door."
"Right, it’s bad enough we’re not getting food, and only a little water each ti, thirsty and hot, this is unbearable!"
"People in other cars are opening doors, why not us? Get so air, we’re not disembarking."
"Hah, want to disembark? This double-decker train has tipped over, a drop over three ters to the ground. Jump if you dare."
"Better not open the door, it’s dangerous outside in this wilderness. What if sothing cos in?"
In the private compartnt, Jing Shu was having lunch with Wu Jiang and Zhang Yicheng.
The lunch was hastily prepared: fatty diced sausages, smoked goose, smoked chicken, smoked ham—all stead. Plus so vacuum-packed braised pigs’ heads, braised pork elbows, braised chicken legs, and eggs were heated up, completing a quick al. Jing Shu, satisfied, guided, "Traveling, keep als simple and quick."
Zhang Yicheng chuckled, Wu Jiang nodded in agreent. Whatever Boss Jing said went, but they both thought, "If this luxurious al is ’simple,’ what would her ’complex’ als be like?"
But suddenly, Jing Shu had a craving for leek and egg pockets. So, while Zhang Yicheng and Wu Jiang stared in disbelief, she took out a pot of lush, green leeks, harvested a large basinful, and muttered, "Hmm, these will take another seven or eight days to grow back." Finally adding, "Oh, don’t follow my lead. I do as I please, no rules."
