"This will do," Zheng Yichen remarked, surveying his surroundings, where the energy level of this world was low, significantly reducing his perception compared to his ti in the world of magic.
However, there wasn’t much change in his visual ’perception,’ as long as he used his eyes, thermal vision, for example. Beyond a certain range, thermal vision beca ineffective, and that range wasn’t large, but within it, the effects were markedly better.
Blood Perception was similar. Within a few hundred ters, the precision of his perception caused Zheng Yichen a faint discomfort. Beyond that, it wasn’t much use.
"Okay!" Tanshia Firlo cheerfully jumped down from Zheng Yichen’s shoulder and her body transford as she landed.
Dragons, when using the Transformation technique to turn into human infants, appear very tender, but the process itself is generally not pleasant.
Nevertheless, Tanshia Firlo’s Transformation technique was specially taught by the elder of the Dragon Tribe, so it had been optimized a lot during the process...
The first thing to appear was her wings. The transformation began from her back. After changes occurred there, it quickly enveloped her human-like body, thus completing the change to her dragon form, unlike Klakauska’s type that changed from all aspects of the body simultaneously.
The process seed very ’ferocious.’
Tanshia Firlo’s transformation was gradual, making the shift seem quite gentle.
Now transford into a dragon, Tanshia stood nearly four ters tall. According to Garel’s parenting manual, the fact that Tanshia Firlo had grown this much in such a short ti was due to that bottle of Spring Water of Life. When she reached four or five ters in standing height, that would be her limit.
No matter how good the growth aids are, growth is still limited by natural physique, ensuring quick but no harmful side effects. Once the limit is reached, what remains is a slow phase of growth. Dragons are powerful, but reaching adulthood takes a great deal of ti.
Having reverted to her true form, Tanshia Firlo joyfully cried out, waving wings that now matched the proportions of her body, rather than the stubby limbs of her infant state.
"Flying seems a lot heavier," Tanshia Firlo comnted after lifting off the ground. In her world, flying was easy because of the wings, and the innate strength of dragon wings enhanced their flying abilities; otherwise, moving such a massive body would be no easy task.
"You’ve gotten heavier," Zheng Yichen patted Tanshia’s claw.
"How can this be..." The young dragon seed a bit dejected. Upon landing, her mood imdiately shifted upon seeing the food ingredients Zheng Yichen had laid out, promptly forgetting her dismay over gaining weight, as it wouldn’t impede her eating.
Zheng Yichen took out a fishing rod and tapped it on the ground, sparking a fla that began to roast the at. Tanshia Firlo moved her body around during this ti, as Elder Garel had told her that stretching well after returning to her original form would benefit her growth and help her mature sooner.
A howling sound arose from afar. Tanshia Firlo shrieked, her eyes widening as she watched a spear fly towards her, its tip made of so kind of stone.
Such a stone should not threaten a dragon’s scales, yet Tanshia Firlo felt considerable danger.
Her focus wasn’t on guarding against ambushes. By the ti she realized, it was almost too late—
"Wow, who is it!" Tanshia Firlo yelled, looking around with her ruby-like dragon eyes that, being larger than human eyes, offered a much broader view. She soon spotted the assailant.
Her red eyes blazed with anger. She hadn’t provoked anyone; she was just exercising here, and yet she was ambushed?
Zheng Yichen twirled the spear in his hand and hurled it back. The spear flew back even faster than it ca, its explosion and a scream echoing from the distance.
The material strength in this world was very high, with everyone possessing strong physical constitutions. The strength carried by the spear that was thrown could indeed threaten Tanshia Firlo—if she had no protection.
Though energy-related objects were weakened in this world, her protective gear was not entirely ineffective.
And he was still here!
Certainly, being attacked earlier could be understandable since he had been hunting on soone else’s territory. But he had left behind sothing when he had departed. If he was ambushed here, it was rely provocation!
In cases like kidnapping or claiming soone, those who wish to do such things wouldn’t ambush; they’d stand out and declare their intentions directly. Although this was a unilateral declaration, it didn’t count as an ambush.
There were two spears—one aid at him and the other at Tanshia Firlo, both targeting vital areas.
Therefore, when Zheng Yichen counterattacked, he didn’t hold back at all.
This was the Wild Ancient territory, a place with civilization but mostly barbaric, where the physical condition of the people was incredibly strong. Problems others would need tools to solve, locals here could handle with their bare hands, sotis making tools a burden.
Moreover, the material strength here was very high. The stone on the spear was stronger than tal and wouldn’t weaken much even if taken out of this world.
