"We haven’t learned much of substance about magic, at this stage all we’ve learned is the basic knowledge... It really broadens one’s horizons," Katrina said with so emotion in Zheng Yichen’s embrace, her voice filled with awe for the knowledge system of this world.
Here, what is considered fundantal knowledge at the bottom rung could be the lifeti achievent of a witch in her world.
Such knowledge in her world would drive any witch mad with desire, yet here it can be acquired with just a bit of money, even just within the financial ans of the Level 2 low tier wealth range.
What’s more, the richness of knowledge available in the libraries they can access here is staggering. The libraries in this world are like electronic databases, so with books in physical form, and others like magic disks that store knowledge.
"It’s just that we can only borrow physical books," Katrina said with a hint of regret. They only had a rudintary understanding of the ’magic disks’ form of book thus far.
"That’s simple, you focus on learning the basic knowledge system first, and we can buy the rest of the books later," Zheng Yichen patted Katrina on the shoulder, whispering the suggestion to the young girl. Now, thanks to his hunting, he had more money than he could spend, so buying magic-related books wasn’t much of an issue.

However, that form of necromancy was still at a rudintary stage, not quite turning her into a being like an intelligent program. Of course, being at this stage was enough to make her akin to a humanoid computer, but the biggest issue still lay in the source of information acquisition.
The use of magic was prohibited in the library, and they could make good use of the knowledge from the classes by taking diligent notes, making the prepared necromantic skill seem rather... ineffective, or rather, lacking a place to apply its power.

Landen City, because of the existence of Dusk Territory, is considered a land of peace, and the sa is true for other cities with divine signs; they hardly encounter any wars.
The most fundantal reason is that no one wants to offend a being such as a god.
Of course, once war breaks out in these areas, it’s not sothing ordinary people cause. More often than not, a godly war would ensue, and in that case, it’s just a matter of fate.
But Landen City didn’t have much to worry about; if anything happened, you just had to take shelter in the Dusk Cathedral. Even if the outside world were to collapse in World Destruction, it wouldn’t affect this place.
"But that would take too much ti," said Katrina, her voice tinged with lancholy. "I can’t keep up with you."
"You don’t have to keep up; I will take you with ," Zheng Yichen smiled, aware of what the young girl cared about. His personal circumstances were exceptional, or else Dusk would not have favored him. As for the speed of growth, well, how should he put it?
It was like leveling up during an event, with all sorts of experience points buffs maxed out, allowing him to reach a level near the cap in a short period. That’s why others saw his growth as incredibly swift, and those close to him saw it even clearer.
