"Let’s go!!" After two rounds of heavy cannon bombardnt failed to kill Zheng Yichen, those Boundary Breakers imdiately abandoned their position and took the reserved vehicles to escape from the area as quickly as possible, not giving Zheng Yichen any extra chance. Even Zheng Yichen himself was taken aback, marveling at their ability to retreat so decisively.

"Isn’t this a bit too straightforward?" Zheng Yichen muttered to himself, looking at the departing aircraft. By the ti he reached the location of the heavy cannons, the aircraft had already escaped the range of their fire. Moreover, this area was littered with a large number of bombs.

As soon as he approached, the bombs exploded. The electromagnetic barrier on the motorcycle unfolded, but even so, Zheng Yichen and his vehicle were blasted away by the shockwave. His battle suit ensured he wasn’t hard, but the scratches left on the motorcycle made him feel a pang of distress.

All the heavy cannons were destroyed in the explosion, leaving no remnants for Zheng Yichen.

anwhile, the blast had stirred up the ground, which began to tremble. Zheng Yichen watched as a massive sandworm erged from underground, his face twisting in annoyance.

"I wonder why such a crappy environnt would have such Alien Phenonon creatures?"

The sandworm’s mouth was large enough to swallow an entire building. When it appeared again, special dust mixed into the sandstorm surrounded it, which had hallucinogenic effects. This was analyzed by the AI, Lilith, and the battle suit’s networked systems, through the battle suit’s filtration system.

"I would not recomnd testing the effects of that dust," Lilith warned Zheng Yichen, who had his hand on his helt.

Heeding the advice, as it was akin to being well-fed, Zheng Yichen no longer entertained that thought. He drove his motorcycle toward the giant sandworm, which had beco extra-agitated due to the bomb and cannon blasts. The creature had a unique sensory perception, and as Zheng Yichen approached, the sandworm rolled toward him in a sandstorm.

But the creature didn’t seem very intelligent. As Zheng Yichen circled around, the sandworm appeared ’confused.’ Its enormous body surfaced completely from underground in pursuit, stirring up rolling clouds of sand and dust.

"How am I supposed to get close?" Facing the rolling sandstorm and the imnse destructive power of the sandworm’s size—coupled with the dismal quality of the environnt—even a normal person wearing a battle suit would be dood if caught up in the sandstorm caused by the worm, let alone crushed by its turning body.

While circling the sandworm, Zheng Yichen fired a few probing shots, but they had little effect. The bullets hitting the sandworm’s body seed like re tickles. They barely scratched the surface, and the damage inflicted was next to nothing compared to the creature’s healing rate.

One thing was certain: the creature had blood and was alive.

And dealing with living things was sothing Zheng Yichen excelled in. The problem was getting close. Jump directly into the sandworm’s mouth for an internal attack?

Ugh, that wasn’t a good choice. The sandworm’s mouth, when opened, could swallow vast amounts of sand, functioning like a blender. Jumping into it for an internal attack? Zheng Yichen felt he would be crushed to death by the internal pressure before he could do anything.

"..." The AI, Lilith, remained silent. She had advantages in networking, but couldn’t offer much help to Zheng Yichen in combat. Against human opponents, she could provide energy flow monitoring information, but such data was aningless against such a huge creature.

After gauging the intensity of the sandstorm and the sandworm’s movents, Zheng Yichen realized that even with the electromagnetic shield activated, trying to ride through would result in being crushed.

They would get sucked into the sandy ground after the first wave of attack. The sandworm could move freely deep in the sand, but they could not. Even the current circling was only possible due to the motorcycle’s hover function; otherwise, they would have already been engulfed within the sandworm’s reach.

"Let’s fly higher for now, I’ll look for an opportunity." This wasn’t working long-term. With a deep breath, Zheng Yichen prepared to take another risk. Since entering the sandworm’s mouth wasn’t a viable option, he would try a different thod—cutting open its skin and burrowing inside.

Otherwise, Zheng Yichen really saw no other chance to kill the creature directly. The environnt was too challenging, and in such terrain, a creature of the sandworm’s size was practically invincible. Considering its size and burrowing ability, even a nuclear bomb might not take it down.

This ordeal made Zheng Yichen consider equipping himself with so small, portable yet highly lethal weapons in the future. In such a broken environnt, he felt too passive. He also planned to acquire a similar pattern battle suit to the one he had seized.

The suit’s usefulness might not be evident in high-end environnts, but in low-end ones, it was invaluable.

"BOSS, do you plan to leech it dry? The success rate of that approach isn’t very high," the AI Lilith cautioned.

"You think with just a few guns and this battle saber in my hand I could take down that thing?" Zheng Yichen asked calmly. He was soone without any way out, and the power of the Hellfire squeezed out by such an environnt wasn’t that impressive.

Unless he attacked from within the sandworm, he really couldn’t see any chance of taking down such a creature.

His only advantage now was to burrow into the sandworm’s body and continue to be a ’leech,’ sucking the life out of the sandworm. As he drained its blood, he would set fires, outliving the monster.

"The battle suit cos with an oxygen storage function, with a maximum endurance ti of 50 minutes. The external pressure the battle suit can withstand is..."

Having made up his mind, the AI Lilith imdiately provided a variety of data on the battle suit, with the most important being the endurance ti. The battle suit could extract and store additional oxygen from the air during combat. Considering Zheng Yichen’s physique and the consumption from strenuous activity, the actual endurance ti would definitely not match the theoretical value.

Lilith had also calculated an accurate value for the pressure that the battle suit could withstand, the burdens Zheng Yichen would face, and so on.

"Fifty minutes, huh? I’ll look for a chance to get so air later," Zheng Yichen thought to himself, feeling that the fifty-minute endurance ti was sowhat uncertain but there was no way to extend it.

As he searched for an opportunity to drop onto the back of the sandworm, its body suddenly rose, and its round mouth spewed a large amount of sand and dust. The stones mixed in the sandstorm were like bullets, sweeping towards Zheng Yichen in the air.

The motorcycle was imdiately swallowed up by the sandstorm spit out by the sandworm. After a mont, the motorcycle burst out of the sandstorm, having deployed its electromagnetic barrier. Zheng Yichen glanced at the motorcycle’s energy reserves. Without hesitation, he rode toward the sandworm at high speed.

The closer he got to the sandworm, the more oppressive the creature’s massive body felt. Although the sandworm’s body was flexible, it wasn’t an earthworm. As Zheng Yichen approached, the sandstorm it emitted hardly affected him. The giant sandworm writhed, its huge mouth shading the sky, snapping at him, attempting to swallow Zheng Yichen whole.

"Boss, good luck—"

When Zheng Yichen was about a dozen ters away from the sandworm, the projection of Lilith spoke to him. Zheng Yichen popped out the arm armor of his battle suit on his left arm, keeping his left arm unarmored as he jumped directly from the bike onto the sandworm’s body, which was churning sand and dust.

All the demonic thoughts stored in the black amulets on his body were summoned. Without the demonic thoughts and due to Environntal Adjustnt, the amulets’ maximum effect in this environnt was simply making the wearer more calm and unaffected by negative emotions.

All other functions were ineffective.

—Demonic Abyss Seven Kills!

In the low environnt, the Demonic Abyss Seven Kills released showed no signs of any special powers. To onlookers, Zheng Yichen’s strike seed no different from a normal slash. As the attacker, Zheng Yichen could feel this as well, but in order to break the sandworm’s exterior, even if the power of his strike increased by less than a tenth, he was willing to use it!

The enhancent of the Demonic Abyss Seven Kills to the attack, combined with the battle suit’s strength augntation, allowed Zheng Yichen to slice through the sandworm’s wall-like hide, leaving a deep cut. However, no blood was visible. Zheng Yichen imdiately stuffed a string of grenades into the gash.

He stabbed his battle saber into another spot to maintain balance. The intense explosion created a huge hole in the sandworm’s body. The creature might have been tough-skinned, but it still sustained significant damage from the strong, focused explosion, and it bled.

After such a ’minor’ provocation, the sandworm began to thrash violently. Zheng Yichen’s eyes widened as the sand grew closer, his vision covered by dense dust. Just before the sandworm flipped onto the sand, he jumped into the blood hole created by the explosion.

In the next instant, the blood hole on the sandworm’s body was filled with a large amount of sand, pressing Zheng Yichen firmly inside. The pressure from the sand grew heavier, and his unarmored left arm beca immobile under such stress. He could only tightly grasp the black spear in his hand.

The black spear, with its hooked end, pierced into the sandworm’s flesh, pumping out its blood like a water pump. Zheng Yichen, unable to move, kept extending the length of the black spear, but once it reached a certain length, it would break from the sandworm’s writhing muscles.

Near Zheng Yichen, the once tough muscles began to wither due to the large amount of blood being drained. Still, that was of no imdiate help to Zheng Yichen’s predicant. There was too much sand packed into the worm’s wound, not to ntion the worm’s own movents. If it weren’t for his battle suit’s protection, Zheng Yichen would have already been twisted into a strange shape by now.

"To hell with this low environnt..." With gritted teeth, Zheng Yichen constantly fine-tuned his body under imnse pressure to avoid taking on more force and to prevent his left arm from snapping.
