Speaking to this point, Essen looked at his finished cigarette, glanced down at the ti, spat out in disdain, and lit another one for himself, "Those idiots, talking about running away now is just empty talk, let tell you sothing else."
"Although I’m not a high-ranking mber of the native Devouring Faction, I do know so issues. Our Devouring System has flaws. I don’t know if these were left by the higher-ups intentionally or if they were discovered by others, but during the fight with the Boundary Breakers, they exploited these flaws."

But unexpectedly, there were already people from the Equilibrium Faction lurking here, eying this world and thoroughly prepared. When the local Devouring Faction and the Boundary Breaking Faction’s battle was at its peak, they took the opportunity to set off an explosion, intending to intercept, but this led to an even worse situation.
What should have been a situation with a victor turned into a scenario where everyone lost.
The Devouring System of the Devouring Faction might be linked to the Boundary Breaking Faction, or perhaps it was deliberately released by them.
"An investigation? Even Dusk is part of the side that is letting things rot," Zheng Yichen muttered with so dissatisfaction in his heart. Dusk seed to be fighting fires, but only when soone was about to be burned to death or suffocate, on the verge of losing their life, would they act.
If the situation wasn’t life-threatening, if at most it leads to severe disability, there wouldn’t be too much interference. In the end, it’s just a small fire, right? Why not let the neighbors (Dusk rcenaries) make an effort and sprinkle so water?
If that doesn’t work, then let the professionals handle it.
On his way to the cockpit, Zheng Yichen encountered the young man Essen had ntioned, who stamped out the cigarette butt he had thrown away: "Did the boss leave?"
"He did."
Morley fell silent for a mont, "The boss told a lot of things, including about the Devouring Faction and the reasons this world turned out this way. Let’s not talk about that. At least, in the end, what the boss did was right... thank you."
The transport hovered in the air montarily before beginning its descent; the technology of this world was still quite good, as these large transport vehicles had very stable hovering capabilities.
This was a safe zone, so the disembarking procedure wasn’t rushed; people were disembarked in an orderly manner, and then the supplies were offloaded, with the transport settling down within the normal area under the pilot’s control.
Morley took over Essen’s position, loudly directing things on the scene. He was as firm as Essen had been, not gently calming the restless mood of the survivors. Happiness and celebration were permitted, but breaking the rules was not, at least not right now!
Morley had heard from Essen that Dusk Territory was a very special place. As long as one didn’t vandalize or run around outside of public areas, there wouldn’t be any problems, but if one violated the rules, the Dusk nuns would teach the violators a lesson in humanity.
