"Who allowed him to enter the isolation zone?!" the investigation team leader looked at the empty isolation zone, his face black as pitch.
Chang Wenhua was unmoved. He tore open his shirt, revealing the life-support device at his side, "No one granted permission, and no one could stop him. If there wasn’t another mole, I wouldn’t have been ambushed and seriously injured like this."
"You..." The investigation team leader was at a loss for words. If soone could break into the fortress alone, and the Special Ability Combat Troops leader was severely injured, then indeed, no one could stop the intruder. He sighed and changed the subject, "Where is he now?"
"Gone, still no one could stop him."
"..." That was a convenient excuse.

They were already aware of the dangers posed by the Eye of Ti and Space, and because the Eye of Ti and Space had disappeared, what followed was damage control. It seed irrational, but the identity of the intruder was a fact, and each matter needed to be addressed separately.
The investigation team had been busy at the Eye of Ti and Space Fortress all night, focusing on the recordings about Zheng Yichen. His most powerful trait was the ability to ignore the special ability interference device, releasing very dangerous greenish flas; he also had top-tier physical abilities in this world.
There was also the change in Zheng Yichen’s appearance. Before entering the Eye of Ti and Space, he was a boy approaching young manhood. But after the Eye of Ti and Space vanished and he reappeared, he had beco a young man with hair so long it dragged on the ground, and his body was as strong as those who had undergone extensive training.
The remnants of the battle in the isolation zone also made clear how intense the fighting had been. Judging by the destruction on the ground, it looked as if a group of war chs had been brawling with each other.
This was the record concerning Zheng Yichen: a top Special Ability User, flas that ignored interference devices, and exceedingly strong physical capabilities. With such a being inside, the fortress’s ard forces truly couldn’t take him down.
Next were the mories extracted from those moles’ brains. Parts of these brains would be sent elsewhere for further investigation, while others would be kept here as backups, to prevent other moles like the ’Boundary Breakers’ from destroying these important brains.
The fortress could not yet be certain of the absence of any Boundary Breakers. Those brains could provide information about accomplices, but not all Boundary Breakers were in contact with one another.
"After confirming these pieces of intelligence, even if the Boundary Breakers have already fled, there will still be a large-scale purge," the investigation team leader told his colleagues. These brains had been preserved well, yielding a wealth of information, but the abundance of data was exactly what he found frightening.
The unknown was terrifying, but the known did not necessarily alleviate much of the fear.
Boundary Breaking Faction, Equilibrium Faction, Great World associated with the Boundary Breaking Faction, Dusk Territory, Dusk rcenaries, Proxy Agents... This intelligence was quite comprehensive, giving them enough understanding of the unknown enemy. However, the more they knew, the more they realized how formidable those people were, and how impossible they were to guard against.
Lacking complete intelligence, they had been blinded by a plan involving the Eye of Ti and Space.
"Fortunately, there is so information that is beneficial to us," another investigator said.
The investigation team leader nodded, "Environntal Adjustnt can ensure we are not overwheld by combat power when invaded, but this situation is not fully applicable to us."
According to the intelligence, the energy levels in their world were extrely high. Based on ’analyses’ provided by the brains of the Boundary Breakers, the upper limits of special powers in their world were exceedingly high, to the point where so teorological weapons might not compare.
And among the known Special Ability Users, not a single one could exercise their power to the degree of a teorological weapon.
If such powerful individuals among these Boundary Breakers appeared, their technological strength would be unable to withstand them, not to ntion the Special Ability Users. Stacking up lives against them wouldn’t yield any results.
The Great World had not arranged for such combat power to co because of the existence of the Proxy Agents. The two factions were enemies, one causing destruction, the other maintaining stability.
"The current crisis has been averted, but nobody can guarantee that similar problems won’t arise in the future. We need to conduct more substantive research on these phenona," the investigation team leader said.
He knew the Proxy Agent ca here with ’good’ intentions, but they couldn’t always rely on such beings, could they?
"The intelligence provided by the Boundary Breakers counts as damage control as well, but it’s a pity we can’t use so of the thods they did. Using them would an going to their stronghold, and the ones who went wouldn’t return, potentially leading us to harboring a wolf in our midst," the investigation team leader continued.
"Investigations into the Dusk Territory, new exploratory research on the phenona, and so on, all these matters have to be scheduled," he said.
"Existences like the Dusk rcenaries and the Proxy Agents... As long as our world doesn’t have their adversaries, we basically won’t intersect with them again. The search for suitable candidates also needs to be arranged."
