However, if we talk about strength, those World Creators at their peak might have been stronger, even if Zheng Yichen could deal with the mad World Creators.
Those World Creators focused on bearing and shaping environnts, whereas Zheng Yichen’s primary powers were Oblivion and Life Creation.

Zheng Yichen still can’t determine whether these World Creators were remnants from the last world epoch, but their narrative records and manifestations strongly suggest remnants of the past epoch.
