In the Dusk Territory, open a room, 1 rit point for two hundred square ters with a ten-year usage period. Without extending the usage period, adding 1 rit point increases the room area by another two hundred square ters.
Once the room expands enough to fit all the materials, one can enjoy this service—of course, sothing easier said than done!
Instead of pondering this, it might be better to think about how to create a large-scale spatial tool.
