Even if generated, it wouldn’t have much use; Phenona not produced by Alien Phenonon creatures are just mist, which heavily suppresses those without Phenonon adaptability but is useless against Dusk rcenaries or Boundary Breakers.
Moreover, after being utilized as enhancent material by Dusk, the mist lost significance because the Phenonon mist was counteracted by tricks from the Boundary Breaking Organization, leaving just mist; given its connection to Boundary Breaking, this part wouldn’t be retained by Dusk’s side.
