In the ’Powerless Rage’ of Hell, Zheng Yichen successfully completed the planting. The environnt covered by the World Tree phenonon returned to normal, and Zheng Yichen felt like an Alien Phenonon creature.
Compared to Alien Phenonon creatures, the phenonon manifestation he created can only be stabilized with Virtual Genesis, otherwise it can only be reflected in attacks.
As for whether the Ancient Venerable can achieve this, Zheng Yichen thinks they should be able to, just without the Divine Domain. But since this power originally stems from them, the Ancient Venerable should have another way to stabilize it.
The difference between Zheng Yichen and Alien Phenonon creatures is that his phenonon manifestation is active while theirs is passive, and connects to unknown environnts.
His is the completely independent kind.
In Virtual Genesis, a large number of Undead from Hell were all stuffed into the town tree by Zheng Yichen. It’s unfortunate not to make good use of these Undead driven by Hell.
The town tree absorbed the Reincarnation Curse, eliminating the curse part. Although it can interfere with the life cycle of Hell, it’s a pity Zheng Yichen couldn’t form it into a Six Paths of Rebirth.
However, ensuring the soul’s reincarnation is still no problem, retaining part of the World Tree’s characteristics. When the souls passed through the World Tree attempting to reincarnate, the excessive parts would be washed away, preventing the situation of towering figures being reborn.
Of course, such a situation might occur if the deceased’s soul wasn’t strong enough to withstand the cleansing of the World Tree. Given the World Tree’s existence surpassing millions of years, few can endure such cleansing, right?
The town tree is far inferior to the World Tree. If the soul is too powerful, enduring the cleansing shouldn’t be a problem.
"It’s a pity, indeed." What Zheng Yichen regretted were the existence like Hell domain masters. Among them, except for so brutes, the rest were very cautious.
Putting in the work without the effort, appearing to fight hard, but actually in safe areas just outputting, in response to Hell’s command.
Less of Hell’s empowernt, it’s better than losing life. Moreover, when they took action, not only did Hell not continue to decrease empowernt but allocated additional strengthening powers to them.
The ssage is basically to push them to desperately eliminate Zheng Yichen, the abnormal factor, as desperation will yield more, but those cunning Hell domain masters wouldn’t fall for it.
Only so powerful Hell creatures with poor heads would recklessly fight, with the consequence being Zheng Yichen clearing them clean off completely.
Their bodies had large amounts of blood drawn; the shriveled corpses decomposed and absorbed by Lilith, transforming them into resources for the Virtual World’s Core, environntally friendly enough to bring tears to the Hell demons’ eyes.
Such efficiency in slaughter, they were so envious.
This wasn’t a human at all, but clearly a devil in human skin. If only they liked to negotiate first, that would be better.
Unfortunately, this person acted like a demon...
The angry Hell environnt had cald its fury; the town tree had been filled with a large number of souls by Zheng Yichen, allowing those souls to cycle and reincarnate until thoroughly matured, deeply rooted in the Hell environnt.
The existence of the town tree, while altering part of the Hell environnt, did not affect Hell’s overall structure, nor interfere with Hell’s original significance. Instead, it added a new port to maintain the soul’s reincarnation.
This wasn’t an action to undermine Hell’s existence significance, but introducing new technology to Hell, so it was all fine.
Hence, the hellish calamity demonstrated by the Hell environnt previously dissipated as if it had never appeared, and the consequences of Malicious Erosion’s forced environntal control disappeared as well.
In the weak sensation of Unity of Heaven and Man, the Hell environnt was calm and tranquil, and Zheng Yichen even sensed a special kind of information: if he truly wanted to remain in Hell, then by standing on Hell’s side, he could acquire a large part of Hell’s authority.
That’s equivalent to being Hell’s uncrowned king. The title fought and died for by those Hell domain masters could be had by Zheng Yichen just by sitting at ho.
Such a change made Zheng Yichen’s mindset sowhat subtle.
Before planting the town tree, Hell was like a grumpy little girl, forced by him to do this and that angrily, even wanting to perish together.
But after realizing it was quite comfortable later, she quickly changed her violent temper.
As Zheng Yichen continued to release the weak Unity of Heaven and Man perception, Hell’s power even began actively swirling around him, causing him to subtly try using Malicious Erosion.
Boom—
Strong hellish aura erupted from Zheng Yichen, startling Tanshia Firlo, who had just returned to human form: "What are you doing? Want to beco a Hell creature?"
"No..." Zheng Yichen shook his head, imdiately retracting the malicious perception, suppressing the influence from Hell’s power, his body quickly returned to normal.
Hell’s power did not affect him. Of course, if it were soone with a more ordinary constitution, their body would be transford into a Hell creature just in that instant of infusion.
Not a demon, nor a devil, but nonetheless retaining a human-like form as a Hell creature.
But since Zheng Yichen himself is adapted to Hell and possesses Hell’s power, the influence just now wasn’t that significant.
This integrated Hell wasn’t a grumpy little girl at all but clearly a hidden Yandere.
Malicious Erosion was originally ant to forcibly influence the environnt, obtaining dominance over the environnt through erosion. After feeling the weak Unity of Heaven and Man characteristic, this piece of Hell wanted to stick close to him.
After Zheng Yichen tried using Malicious Erosion, rather than provoking a negative response from the Hell environnt, the Hell environnt took Malicious Erosion as a signal amplifier, actively accepted this erosion, and established a stronger Unity of Heaven and Man connection with Zheng Yichen.
Almost transford him into a native Hell creature on the spot.
He believed he was quite knowledgeable, yet he had never seen such a situation before. It’s understandable if such an obsessive presence exists among humans or other races.
Hell is a unique environnt; could it possibly possess such an attribute?
Truly terrifying.
After shutting off the faint Unity of Heaven and Man and completely eradicating Malicious Erosion, Zheng Yichen placed his hand on the nearby town tree and rubbed his forehead: "Overall, not bad."
The town tree impacted millions of square kiloters, which seed vast, but in Hell, it was rely a small region.
Upon touching the town tree, Zheng Yichen could sense the area it influenced, and this range was slowly expanding.
It could be due to the town tree’s innate function, or perhaps the Hell environnt itself encouraged the expansion of the town tree’s influence.
Regardless of the situation, Zheng Yichen decided not to continue using Malicious Erosion in this region of Hell. After coming into contact unknowingly, this section of Hell revealed its seemingly obsessive nature.
Using Malicious Erosion without side effects is indeed enjoyable, eliminating concerns over environntal retaliation, but the results were so effective that it made him uncomfortable.
The environnt affected by the town tree seed quite livable, and ordinary people could reside here for long periods, even upon dying, they didn’t need many procedures. Upon death, they reincarnated instantly, almost like direct sales from the manufacturer...
However, despite the livability for ordinary people, this is ultimately Hell.
Zheng Yichen scattered so seeds, triggered their growth, and had Lilith examine them. Unsurprisingly, those plants grew well, but with heavy Yin energy.
This implies that if ordinary people lived in such an environnt for long, returning to a normal environnt might feel uncomfortable. People would still be people, but their physical condition might change to so extent.
Such individuals reminded Zheng Yichen of so Yin world crosser and spirit dium professions from novels.
Shaking his head, he dismissed the thought; regardless of how good the environnt is, it’s still Hell. Who would want to live here for no reason?
Ordinary people don’t need to live in this environnt, but the deceased of Hell can. In Zheng Yichen’s perception, within the area influenced by the town tree, many Undead already exist.
So Undead seem rampageous and chaotic in the Hell environnt, but upon entering the environnt influenced by the town tree, quickly regain their serenity.
Confused souls regain so ability to ponder, and so find peace, rging with the town tree here, while others leave the area of influence of the town tree.
Through Lilith’s supportive analysis, Zheng Yichen understood the reasons for these two outcos.
It relates to the obsessions of the Undead. Souls that regain a slight ability to think don’t completely recover their mories; most souls without a strong presence are left bewildered after death.
Regaining the ability to think rely allows them to contemplate matters they cared about. Souls without strong obsessions eventually find those matters insignificant, at least not sothing for the dead to worry about.
Nothing worth fretting over, so they choose reincarnation.
However, strong obsessions trigger more mories through such contemplation, and with more mories, the obsession strengthens, leading to reluctance for reincarnation.
The town tree isn’t the World Tree after all; it doesn’t possess such strong suction power. Beings with extrely strong obsessions unwilling to reincarnate cannot be absorbed by the town tree.
Unless soone forcibly stuffs those souls into the town tree.
The ratio of these two scenarios is quite disparate. Out of the thousands of souls Zheng Yichen sensed, only a few appeared resistant and left.
"Pah, disgusting place!!" A Hell demon spat forcefully looking at the town tree’s location. To them, a place like Hell should be filled with bloodshed, chaos, and death.
Now there’s this completely opposite environnt—what the heck?
Unsatisfied, the Hell demon wanted to set fire here but just as it created a Fireball, a bullet shot from afar, exploding the demon’s body.
Zheng Yichen caught the ejected shell, nodding slightly. Through the magnified perception of the town tree and employing spatial distortion, he truly could eliminate enemies from eight hundred miles away in one shot.
The remaining demons cursed as they left. Though battle-lustful, they had so intelligence; while fighting Zheng Yichen up close wasn’t an issue, getting eliminated without seeing the enemy was humiliating.
Especially since the urge from Hell had vanished, there was no point in staying here. Best to distance themselves from this irritating environnt, return to their original place, and kill a few devils to adjust their mood.
anwhile, so devil Hell domain masters looked at the area with mild regret.
They didn’t have any dislike for this environnt; rather, they could utilize it to lure more naive souls.
Unfortunately, a stronger presence occupied this place, leaving them to rely observe.
Hell had accepted the existence of this presence, and because of Zheng Yichen, even actively enhanced this newly born environnt. In the past, they wouldn’t have imagined Hell changing its stance...
This truly broadened their horizons.
Filled with wistful thoughts, the devil Hell domain masters left as well, but after today’s incident, nearly all of Hell knew about this special place.
Even so Hell creatures proactively converged here; there were always anomalies everywhere, including Hell. So Hell creatures genuinely liked this unique environnt within Hell.
