Xu Wanqing’s eyes that saw hope suddenly dimd. She could not help but cover her mouth as tears flooded her eyes as she looked at Ye Lingchen with a worried expression.

After that, he continued his motion and slamd the back of the skinny man duo’s [3] neck, eliminating any future complications.

In an instant, both of them passed out. Only Wu Junjie was left, having peed his pants in fear. He looked at Ye Lingchen as though he had just seen a ghost, stunned and at a loss for words.

“I’ve already called the police. We’ll let the law take care of these people,” said Ye Lingchen softly as he looked at Xu Wanqing.

With that, he turned around to leave.

Xu Wanqing seed to have recovered from her daze, then shouted at Ye Lingchen’s leaving figure, “Please wait.”

Ye Lingchen stopped in his tracks and turned around to look at her.

Ye Lingchen did not reply, but simply nodded and stood there on the spot.
