Chapter 284 The Last Straw That Bent The Vampires’ Backs!

Lautner braced against vicious attacks and retaliated in the most graceful manner. In terms of suaveness, nobody could do better than him.

His every action caused the white cloak behind him to fly up in the air.

He looked like an invincible silver Dragon and possessed the suaveness of the heroes in the comics.

He almost shouted out his moves each ti he swung his blade...

Lautner looked very impressive!

However, he feared being hit on the face when he showed off.

An Advanced vampire could not stand his conceited face and grabbed Lautner’s cloak. Then, he smacked Lautner until the cloak was torn. Only then did the vampire stop his attacks.

However, the injuries inflicted on Lautner were not a big deal, as he was a legendary Elf.

After noticing his companions stifling their laughs, Lautner abandoned all his graceful moves. He charged and viciously slashed at the vampire with his longsword.

Lautner had degenerated from a graceful warrior to a brutal fighter.

William followed behind Old Leather. He wanted to watch the fight without intervening.

He knew Old Leather very well, especially his endownts.

Old Leather did not ask William, but he knew the lord was thinking.

Both of them coordinated their efforts to beat up Lord Bernard.

The effect of Old Leather’s Ti endownt was small and limited to himself. Even the duration lasted less than a second. But Old Leather was easily able to defeat Bernard.

Moreover, with the Transfer of Bad Luck, Bernard’s blows could not land on Old Leather!

What about William?

He had only one point of luck.

Whenever he was engaged in battle, he had to evade accidental blows and arrows. Even the Saint Soul had only appeared once in the hundreds of William’s battles...

William recalled the ti when he was on Moonlight Island and fought through the Devil army. He had been hit by friendly fire back then. So of the arrows even took detours just to hit him, causing him to lose tens of thousands of Health Points.

So he had gotten used to his bad luck. Hence, Old Leather’s Transfer of Bad Luck did not have much effect on him.

He could not possibly have a luck point lower than his current.

During the resurgence of magic, Old Leather had transferred his bad luck to William...

But no effect had appeared.

When William touched the little princess’ thigh, he got what he deserved, regardless of his luck level.

Therefore, Old Leather’s combat power increased to an extraordinary high and he beca immune to injuries. He executed incredible moves that inflicted countless wounds on Bernard, who although had been so seriously wounded, did not bleed.

Of course, it was normal for vampires not to bleed.

They had very little blood to start with. More importantly, powerful vampires could make use of Blood Control Magic to stop their bleeding.

However, Bernard was unable to last any longer.

Occasionally, he would grab one of his Human soldiers and suck his blood to recover his own Health Points!

His blood-sucking behavior had caused the morale of the East Sea tropolis’ legions to plumt further.

The City of Dawn had managed to break into the East Sea tropolis on the first day of invasion. Many demon hunters and rcenaries who initially only wanted to observe the battle, joined in the fray.

However, they were not employed by the City of Dawn.

The East Sea tropolis was a natural congregation place for vampires. It was a well-known fact to many Advanced professionals.

These professionals had friends, family mbers, and brothers who had died while pursuing the vampires. Even their corpses had not been found.

It was the best opportunity for these demon hunters and rcenaries to exact revenge.

A hunter from a demon-hunting team who was wielding a bow shouted, “Kill the vampires! Capture and torture them to death!”

Everyone was quiet.

When the demon-hunting team charged towards the vampires, the thousands of professionals were taken aback for so ti before they charged forward.

The thousands of demon hunters and rcenaries shouted continuously, “Capture the vampires and kill them. Don’t leave any survivors. They are immortals.”

“Gosh, are they really immortals?” A 2.6-ter tall brute had an ugly smile while he charged forward. He caught sight of a pale vampire and dashed towards his prey. Then he pumled the vampire.

When the vampire heard the shoutings, their hearts almost exploded in fear.

“What shall we do? Let’s flee. I heard that the demon hunters are all perverts!”

“Do you know why the demon hunters are born?” Two vampires were discussing the reason for the birth of the demon hunters while fleeing.

“What?”

“Actually, the demon hunters were only rcenaries. However, they captured the vampires in order to perform so inhumane acts. Thereafter, they started kidnapping the vampires to keep them as treasures in their basents. That is how the demon hunters obtain their titles.”

“Gosh, that is preposterous.” A few vampires inhaled cool gusts of air, as they gazed at the confident demon hunters approaching them. All of them were tall brutes, and hundreds of them were at least two ters in height.

What about the vampires?

The vampires had white and tender skin. If they were captured, they would have to endure horrible torture, which would include extraction of all their teeth...

F*ck!

The vampires could not imagine their horrible fate in the hands of the demon hunters!

William had not expected the demon hunters and the rcenaries to be the last draw that broke the vampires’ backs.

The demon hunters and rcenaries scread and shouted, charging towards the fearful vampires who wished they could transform into bats and escape.

Bernard could not resist frowning. He looked thoughtfully at William who was observing the battle but not intervening.

Perhaps, William also had so evil designs on Bernard?

“No, I can’t afford to stay here. Even if William has no intention to capture , his subordinates may entrap .” He gazed at the approaching Violent Dragon.

Bernard spat out a mouthful of fresh blood that beca a blood mist while he transford into a bat and flew outside in an attempt to escape.

But it was not known when Diablo appeared.

He snapped his finger.

Countless tal fragnts ford a huge tal ball and enclosed Bernard within.

Bernard was a Grandmaster professional. Hence, even though he was in bat form, he could effortlessly break out of the tal ball.

But when he flew out of the tal ball, his vision beca dark.

Bang!

A mace that was a few ters long appeared before him and smacked him to the ground.

Sorimas, who had transford into a silver-backed monkey, laughed conceitedly as his leg stepped on the human-form Bernard. Then, Sorimas grabbed Bernard in his hand as though he was a curious gorilla grabbing a woman’s toy.

No matter how Bernard struggled to free himself of the monkey’s grasp, his efforts were in vain.

He gazed at William and his subordinates who did not kill or capture him!

William and his subordinates were content to leave Bernard in the hands of a huge silver-backed monkey...

At this mont, the heart of Bernard sank!

He could not imagine his future life as he gazed at the crotch of the monkey...

“Sh*t...”

Bernard was unable to catch his breath, and he passed out.
