Would have had this chapter out early, but woke up today to the news that one of my favorite Umamusu's real life counterpart, Haru Urara, had passed away due to complications of living her best life eating Ryegrass, Bananas, and Carrots. Godspeed Granny Urara, The story of your real life endeavors, and the absolute adorable never-give-up attitude of your ani counterpart has forever touched the soft heart of this perverted goblinposting author. While you raced 113 tis and never won once, I also have written 13 stories and never once completed one. But, like you, I will continue to try my best, even if my best is never good enough. -Tou
~~** Interlude | Mags the Adventurer **~~
It’s been a few months since I left Goblinho together with Cobi the Human and the Kobolds who helped settle in the town to the south of the Night Forest called Thorn. The Breath of Fire party cos and goes as they see fit, and while they have let occupy their wooden cave-hole called a house, it has beco clear to that I should search for my own cave-hole to live in, since I’ve already learned how to live among the non-goblins.
Ever since I arrived, I’ve been slowly working my way up the ranks by fulfilling requests at the Adventurer’s Guild. Hunting beasts is a good way to earn the standing that the not-goblins around here use called money. The skins of the beasts I hunt sell well to the leather workers, and the at to the butchers. I have also been promoted twice, obtaining the sa rank that Stella had—Copper Rank, and freeing Coby the Human of any further responsibility towards , or my potential bad conduct.
When I saw an interesting request on the board, I decided to take a chance and see where it would lead .
“Viola, what’s this request about?”
I had taken a request that was pinned on the board and brought it over to the Lagosian—Rabbit Beast-kin—and sought a better understanding of the details.
“A number of Beastkin wish to make a settlent on the other side of the road close to the Eastern border of the Night Forest. They are looking for escorts, scouts, and security forces to help keep them safe while they build houses and other infrastructure.”
“Are they allowed to do that?”
“If you are concerned about the Lord of the Night Forest, permission has already been obtained so long as no structures are built on the wrong side of the road, and none of the residents dare trespass into the Night Forest itself for any reason whatsoever.”
“I see. Is… would it be possible for to undertake this request as a scout? Unlike others, I happen to be extrely familiar with the Night Forest. I would also be allowed to enter without issue, should an ergency or need to do so arise.”
“I rember Cobi ntioning that you had been found there. Are you certain you wish to return?”
“It’s not that I intend to return, only that I want to see more of the world and et new people. Aside from you and a couple of others, I’ve hardly t anyone other than Humans while here in Thorn. And, as I stated before, I’m extrely familiar with the Night Forest, including its Protectorate.”
Viola stared at the request and then at before nodding slightly.
“There is no Adventurer’s Guild branch out there at the mont, and it may be so ti before there is one. The settlent’s Chief will be in charge of issuing any behests and paynts for services rendered.”
“That’s fine. I already have many coins. I am not worried about such things right now.”
“Then, there is only one concern I have, and that is… your… heritage.”
She ant that my appearance is that of a Goblin.
“You carry a guild card, which affords you so protection… however, there is no guarantee that everyone will be accepting of you should they find out…”
I nodded.
“There is a caravan leaving in two days on the northern edge of town. The settlent won’t have many things available since it’s still being constructed. I suggest you purchase extra supplies of things you’ll need that you can’t forage for before you go.”
After receiving a small sermon about what to expect from Viola, I left the guild and began to make my preparations. Cobi and the Kobolds were out of town, so I decided that I would leave the key to their house in the care of Viola before I left. In the anti, I went around to various businesses within the town and purchased all the things I thought I might need.
Two days later, I t up with the Caravan and joined the group as a scout.
There were about fifty people in total; three were Humans, and the rest were all Beastkin from lands further south of Thorn. The one heading the Caravan was a huge Beastkin woman who kind of looked like a cross between a human and a bear growling at various people coming and going.
“You… Mags? Gumama, lead caravan. Not speak common well. Co from Big Pine Forest go to new Tree Lake Forest. Guild say you join as scout?”
“Yes, I join as scout.”
“Good. Can fight well?”
“Yes. Good at fighting, better at hunting.”
“Good. Miyaya is Felynx, one with spots. Work with her, keep caravan safe.”
The conversation was limited, but after so asking around, I found Miyaya, and an instinct to cut her down instantly surged through . Not for any reason other than the fact that she resembled the damn beast that tore Crow’s leg to shreds.
I rember when I was still a strong-one, learning about sothing called sakki or… Bloodlust. Unlike the instinct a goblin has to hunt for food or to reproduce, this is an instinct the mind and body have when the desire to commit murder is present. Button was the only goblin aside from… well, she was the only one who learned how to use it properly. But in this mont, I seem to have accidentally let it slip, and this Miyaya… must have sensed it. I have been told that Beastkin are sensitive to threats of danger, living in the forest much in the sa way that goblins do.
“Who you?” The tall and slender many-spots beastkin asked , eyes sharply locked onto .
“Mags scout. Leader Gumama says work with Miyaya.”
“You kin? Not recognize scent. What tribe from?”
“Bloodmaw Tribe.”
“Never hear. Miyaya, of Razorclaw Tribe.”
“Razorclaw?”
I took off my backpack and pulled out the hand-claw that had been made for as part of my arsenal, gripping it to show off.
“Have Boneclaw!”
“Myayayaya! Little one make laugh! Okay, listen Miyaya, help work protect caravan front when travel. Tigara and Raiyon protect sides. et later.”
“What now?”
“Wait until Gumama say go, then go. Can rest wagon here until ti.”
In the wagon the Felynx pointed to were two more Beastkin. I assud that they were also part of the escort or security forces which would be protecting the caravan as it traveled north. I put away the bone-claw and leapt up onto the wagon.
I tried introducing myself, but it seems that neither of these two beastkin understood the common tongue at all, speaking only their native languages. Well, languages are flexible. I learned how to use hand signals to communicate from Crow for purposes like these.
What information I was able to obtain was limited, but essentially it was just us four as the main combat force. Most beastkin can fight to so degree, but Miyaya, Tigara, and Raiyon were already established hunters and fighters within their respective tribes. Most of the other beastkin here are actually makers, like Toy and Ivory.
Once we had set off, the Caravan didn’t seem to move any faster than Cobi and the Kobolds did when travelling on foot. Only rarely did Mandy see fit to use her own Kobold wolf-wind magic, and I haven’t seen anyone here use or even talk about using magic.
According to Miyaya, because the caravan is mostly full of Beastkin who have high endurance and can see well in the moonlight, the amount of ti we needed to spend resting each day was considerably short. There was very… fat beastkin with skin sowhere between the colors gray and purple nad Popolo. He was in charge of making food for everyone. Miyaya, Tigara, Raiyon, and took turns going hunting in pairs, bringing back whatever beasties we could take down so as to not diminish the preserved food supplies that were packed on the wagon and intended for the other settlers who were already at the location we were headed towards.
Beastkin enjoy their food lightly cooked, which is fine with . I can eat both bloody at and fire-at without issue. Personally, I think the things lon makes taste the best, but I do enjoy so of the strange foods that were made with ingredients Goblinho simply didn’t have. But in passing conversation, I also learned that there were many things which lon made that no-one seed to have ever heard of.
We would occasionally pass other travelers on the road, sotis stopping for a mont to share information or, if necessary, do so quick business. Adventurers, for all the preparations they make, sotis simply can’t prepare for terrible luck.
The three humans who were part of this caravan stuck to themselves, with the exception of one beastkin who was also sowhat shunned by the rest. A Lagosian that all the beastkin called Thumper. It wasn’t actually her na, and she spoke the common tongue relatively well. Her na was actually Polo, and she was heading to the Tree Lake Forest settlent in order to start a business, a… brothel.
I’ve heard the word before but didn’t know exactly what a brothel was. From what she described, there are people who specialize in taking care of seed-sticks and fuck-holes in exchange for money. My thoughts couldn’t help but take sowhere I didn’t want to follow. I didn’t avoid her because of that, however. Polo and I talked many more tis during the journey when she wasn’t busy.
I couldn’t help but notice when we arrived at the settlent many days later and without incident, that it was located very close to where the Black Trees began to grow. We really were close to where the Bloodmaw were, and I tried hard to understand why the Great Protector would allow non-goblins to set up a place to live so close to the Tribe…
Without asking them directly, I would get no definite answer.
Though I was part of the security force for the caravan, I was given so work in the way of offloading goods from various carts. I might not be as tall as so of these beastkin, but I am quite strong physically. To the point that I surprised many with how much and how fast I could carry things.
There was a settler’s barracks that had been built and almost everyone who ca along on the caravan wound up staying there. Popolo ran a makeshift kitchen, taking care of everyone’s food needs, the security forces, including myself, were told to report to the Chief of the settlent where we would be given future work and eventually a building for us to live in.
I still wasn’t comfortable with the idea of revealing that I was a goblin, and while I had been vigilant on this journey, I couldn’t allow myself to beco complacent and risk being discovered before I was sure I wouldn’t be attacked. While I hadn’t seen anyone resembling the silver-skins Old One used to talk about, I just couldn’t take any chances.
While worrying about things, an opportunity ca my way that I couldn’t pass up.
“Mags! I’ve been looking for you!”
It was Polo.
“What is it? Need to hunt you sothing to eat?”
“Naw! I got plenty of money for whatever I need… except, what I need is… a helper.”
“A helper?”
“Got a minute to co with ?”
I nodded and followed Polo to a wide building. She had a tal tool I recognized as a key, and opened the door, inviting inside, closing the door behind us.
“You… have a cav—house already?”
“Yup. I’ve been planning this move for a long ti. Nothing more lucrative than being the first to own a brothel out in the frontier!”
“You will make lots of coin?”
“Paw over paw. But, since I’m the only one in the trade around here… things can be a little… dangerous for . Which is why I have a proposition for you—my goblin friend.”
I was instantly on alert when she said goblin.
“Relax. I’m not going to out you.”
I didn’t feel reassured by her words.
“You need so privacy, yes?”
Slowly I nodded.
“Why don’t we help each other? I have a few extra rooms here… you can have one, and in exchange… at night, you can keep an eye on . Make sure no one causes any trouble and… maybe save my ass if I need saving. I won’t charge you for staying, and I can even pay you a little. What do you think?”
“What makes… you think that Mags… is a goblin?”
“I’ve… been to a goblin cave before. You don’t forget the sll of a goblin—ever. But I also know there are good goblins, since one of them helped escape before I beca a damned seedbed. Heard they got wiped out shortly after. I only hope that the one that let go was also able to escape… Strange one that goblin, spoke Lago with the sa dialect as my tribe, like she’d been speaking it her whole life. Kinda spooky, really. Anyway, I an it. I don’t care if you’re a goblin or whatever, as far as I’m concerned, you ain’t no savage, and are willing to treat fair. That’s good enough for .”
“Do… you believe in the Goddess Elara?”
“Beastkin ain’t… exactly one for revering Elara, but we do believe in Shin, the All-father.”
I didn’t know there were more gods besides Elara and the Creator, mainly because I’ve never heard Lumi talk about anyone other than Elara.
“Alright, nevermind. Let’s say I believe what you’re saying… what happens if the other Beastkin find out that I’m a goblin?”
Polo shrugged.
“We can cross that bridge when we co to it. I’ll vouch for you if push cos to shove, but beastkin believe that actions are more trustworthy than words.”
For the first ti since leaving Goblinho, outside of when I was alone or together with Cobi and the Kobolds, I lowered my mask and hood, revealing my face to Polo.
“See, I ain’t surprised, am I?”
“…if you knew, why didn’t you tell anyone?”
“Why would I? Can’t help what you’re born as. You could have treated like the others did, but instead, you didn’t. Sotis that’s all the action a girl needs to see to know a person is trustworthy.”
I put back on my mask and covered my head with my hoodie again.
“So, how about it, Mags… partners and friends?”
I nodded.
Polo showed around and gave a room downstairs, saying the upstairs rooms were ant only for business. She had working hours, which was mainly when the sun wasn’t shining. That was fine with , since I could continue to work on the security force in the dayti, or barring that, go hunting in my free ti.
Miyaya was a bit disappointed to learn that I wasn’t going to stay with her, Tigara, and Raiyon, especially when she heard that I was going to be staying with Polo instead.
“You work at whorehouse with Thumper?”
“Yes.”
“Why? Mags earn enough money working security for Guild, yes? Why work whorehouse for money?”
“Polo is paying Mags to keep safe.”
“Keep safe? Wait. Mags work security for Thumper?”
“Yes. What else would Mags do?”
“Nevermind... Miyaya fault understand wrong. Problem not knowing much common. If that how is, not bad deal to get own room.”
Aside from the big settlent barracks and Polo’s brothel, there were a few other buildings of importance; a store that sold supplies, a smithy for making and repairing tools, the eting hall where the Chief resided and decided things, a building exclusively for buying alcohol—a drink similar to Berry’s blue water, and a bit away from the center down a makeshift road, a place called the sawmill where trees are cut down, brought to, and eventually turned into the wood used for making these outdoor cave-holes.
There are, of course, many other houses being built around the outskirts, and land being cleared for growing vegetables, but there are also only so many people capable of building these houses correctly, which was part of the reason the caravan was needed. More people to help build, help plant things, help make things people need… it’s really not all that much different from how things were at Goblinho.
The only real issues I find with the outside world so far is that… within the Bloodmaw Tribe, we all know the goblin way of doing things. Here, there are so many different ways of doing things, that it’s surprising there aren’t more problems when those ways of doing things… don’t match up. There are also plenty of ways to make determinations on which way of doing things is to be considered either the right way, or the agreed-upon way, when conflicts occur. Usually, the answer turns out to be the thing which most benefits everyone.
But not always.
Unlike the Kobolds, I am aware of the power that money has in the outside world. I’ve seen it in action, and it’s… unnerving. It’s so powerful that if Lily had enough of it, she could defeat Prima without ever lifting a claw.
After taking care of a few things and seeing the sun go down, I returned to Polo’s brothel, where, after eating a al she cooked for us both consisting of fire-at made from an animal called a cow and talking a bit more about random things, I eventually made my way into my new cave-hole and undressed before climbing onto the soft bed already inside for the night.
I closed my eyes and rested lightly.
Saying you trust soone is one thing, but in my training as a shinobi, I learned that outside of Goblinho, as a goblin among the other races, it was never a good idea to sleep deeply enough to dream. Which is why I kept a dagger hidden and within reach, just in case I might have made a mistake with trusting soone too easily.
There was a soft tap on the wooden door which closed off my inner cave-hole before it opened monts later. There was only a lock on the outermost door of Polo’s brothel to which she held the only key to unlocking it. Fully aware of her intrusion, my nose and ears were enough to sense where she was as she quietly crept towards .
There was a new scent accompanying her… sothing that slled like fresh flowers.
She stood motionless by my bedside for few monts before she softly whispered my na.
“Mags… are you awake?”
If she intended to kill , wouldn’t she have continued to remain silent before striking?
I opened my eyes to see her holding onto a pillow.
“Polo? Is sothing wrong?”
“Oh, good. You are awake after all…” She sighed in relief. “This… might sound a bit dumb, but being in a new place and not yet used to it… mind if… I bed with you tonight?”
“You want to share the sa bed as Mags?”
“If… you don’t mind?”
I didn’t mind. Shifting over a bit in the bed, I made space for her to lay next to .
“I really appreciate it. For so reason, I rest easy when around other people, but when I’m all by my loneso, I get a tad restless.”
I could understand where she was coming from. Aside from Lumi’s chapel, there were no doors on any of the cave-holes within Goblinho. And the closest thing to privacy a goblin had was their own cave-hole with the unspoken agreent that entering without permission was… never a good thing. The only one who could enter without permission was…
Polo placed her pillow down and laid down next to .
She didn’t say anything else. Only the additional sounds of soft breathing and so extra warmth spreading to from her body heat. She had really gone to sleep so carelessly next to , I almost found it absurd. I once more returned to a light sleep and found that I too… had been careless.
When I woke up, there was an arm and a leg draped over my body.
How long has it been since the last ti it was like this? When… My Lord would visit Crow and and hold onto so that I… could sleep deeply.
Ugh.
I gently tapped the leg draped over , needing to wake her up so that I could get dressed and report over to Miyaya as well as go with the rest of the security force to see the Chief and find out what work was to be done today.
“Puwuwuwu… Mm… Mags?” Polo yawned. “Good morning.”
Instead of pulling her arm and her leg off of , she instead hugged tightly with her whole body.
“Mm… I slept really well. Sorry if I was a bother to you last night.”
“Not a bother. If you want to be lazy and sleep more you can stay in bed, but I have work to do.”
“Work?”
“Mags is part of the security forces.”
“Mm… that’s right, you are…”
Another big squeeze from her and she finally let go of , rolling out of the bed and onto her feet.
“Want to make sothing for you to eat before you go?”
I wouldn’t be a goblin if I turned down free food.
“Okay. Mags will eat before going to see Miyaya.”
Polo giggled and hurriedly left my cave-hole, leaving her pillow, full of that flowery scent, behind. After getting dressed and eating sothing made from what tasted like redboar, called bacon, along with two bird-eggs, I headed towards the small barracks where the other three hunters of the security force were staying.
“Mags, you co early. Tigara and Raiyon not ready yet. First ti get chance have good sleep.”
I nodded my understanding of the situation to her.
Miyaya made a suggestion for us to have a friendly weaponless spar while we waited, which I didn’t turn down. I used to enjoy sparring with my sisters back at Goblinho and haven’t done it since I left. Trixie and the other Kobolds would teach things, but when they got back from exploring dungeons, they always wanted to rest together in their house with all the strange shiny things they liked so much that Cobi kept safe for them in his big backpack.
Miyaya was much taller than I was and had lots of visibly toned muscles. She made the first move, launching her entire body at with full force. She was fast, but nowhere near as fast as Diana Artemis or Button. I let myself fall backwards, reaching out to grab her wrists and kicked my feet out into her body just below her belly, sending her flying upwards and over . Her body twisted itself midair, allowing her to land on the ground safely, ready to pounce at again. I rolled myself back into an upright position, moving in a semi-circle around her, searching for an opportunity to strike.
Instead of pouncing at a second ti, she instead dashed and aid to strike at my midsection with her claws. For the briefest of monts, I wondered if this was how Diana saw when we fought.
There was no way I could lose this fight against soone so weak.
Crow taught the sneaky-step, but My Lord showed how to improve it. He said the technique had different nas like shunpo—the flash step, but to soone who wields a katana with the intent to kill an opponent as quickly as possible, it can only truly be called the shukuchi—the shrunken land. It is a technique ant to move in the fastest, most optimal way, to a place ten steps within one’s imdiate field of vision. A movent so fast, it cannot be seen with the untrained eye.
I have never ceased practicing it, for even a day.
On all of my hunts for the guild, all of my kills that were deed high quality which didn’t ruin the pelts of that which I hunted. The perfect piercing with my katana, kogarasumaru, to the unprotected neck of a wild beast, slaying it imdiately.
I breathed in and… stepped out.
Miyaya’s claws couldn’t hope to reach , nor even the afterimage of which appeared in her eyes. The spar ended just as quickly as it had begun, when I appeared behind her an instant later with a single finger from my hand poking the nape of her neck from behind.
“What!?” Miyaya shrieked in disbelief.
She hastily took two steps forward and turned around, only to see still standing there with my finger outstretched at the place where her neck was. I could see beads of sweat suddenly forming on her exposed skin.
“How Mags move so fast!?”
“Shinobi training.”
“What sheenobee?”
“It is the na of a special kind of scout within my tribe.”
“Miyaya complete loss. Not see Mags move until end. Even then… too late.”
“It was a good spar.”
Good, but not great. In the end, it is the Bloodmaw who are the strongest in this world. I feel like I truly understand what Diana and Nova ant when they called My Lord a Monster. Not because of how strong he was in his goblin form, but because of how much he denied being a physical fighter. I rember his spar with Nova. The Wind Wall and the Aku-Soku-Zan.
He explained that neither of those attacks were magical, and that both Nova and I should be able to perform them if we trained hard enough. For all his talk about being strong only in magic and not in physical combat… just what exactly did he consider being strong to be?
I can only think about Button, and the things she could do… the mystery of the Swirly-whirly she would constantly go on about. Maybe… she wasn’t as much of a mushroom-head as I thought. Maybe she saw in My Lord the sa thing that Diana Artemis did that made her believe so strongly that My Lord was the strongest among the Bloodmaw.
It… almost makes sense.
Why all of us, my sisters and I… are so much stronger than our Makers.
I was deep enough in my thoughts that I almost didn’t snap out of it when Miyaya called my na.
“Sorry. Was just thinking about sothing.”
Tigara and Raiyon stepped out of their small barracks and having gathered my thoughts again, the four of us went to see the Chief and learn what we needed to do today.
It turned out to be basic work. Patrol the settlent, keep an eye out for any conflicts and intervene if necessary. Travel out to the sawmill and scout the area where the trees are being chopped down, checking for signs of any danger that might be nearby. That sort of thing.
Work was easy. It even ca with a free al when checking in at the settler’s barracks where Popolo was. Incidentally, he was from the Lake Horse tribe and complained that there wasn’t a bathhouse already built in the new settlent. According to Popolo, bathing culture was a big thing in his tribe, and the lack of bathing facilities here was almost unbearable. I also talked about the bathing culture of the Bloodmaw tribe, of the big bath with all the Runework that made it go from cool to warm, and Popolo’s eyes lit up.
“Appreciate Mags understanding why baths very important. Give little extra food, not telling anyone, yes? When bathhouse built, co bath with Popolo. No others from Lake Horse tribe here to enjoy. Bathing together better than bathing alone!”
When my work was done for the day, I returned to Polo’s brothel and walked into her cooking more food again.
“Welco back!” She greeted cheerfully. “Done working for the day?”
“Yes. Done working. Polo is cooking again?”
“A girl’s gotta eat. Heard you and Miyaya had a little fight earlier?”
“Just a friendly spar.”
“That’s good. Won’t do to make enemies out of anyone out here.”
I had so coins and took a couple of the silver ones out of my pouch.
“Will this cover the cost of the food?”
“Mags, what are you doing?”
“Food isn’t free. Mags knows this much. Stalls at Thorn usually cost this much to eat from.”
“I ain’t short on coin, at least not as far as food is concerned. If we’re going to be living together, then this is the least I can do. Besides, food tasted better when there’s soone to share it with, don’t you think?”
I nodded.
“Good, now take a seat at the table or go lay down in your room. It won’t be long before it’s ready.”
Like the day before, I sat at the table and waited for her to finish cooking. We talked as we ate and afterwards, I returned to my room. I had taken off my clothes and laid down on the bed when not long after, the light tapping on my door ca again.
The door to my room opened and Polo stepped inside.
“Polo wants to sleep with Mags again?”
“I should be good after tonight. I’ll be opening up the brothel tomorrow, and so I’ll be up most of the night anyway tending to any custors that drop by, except on days when we’re closed.”
Her pillow that she left behind was still here anyway, so I half expected this to happen again. Unlike yesterday, however, today she took her clothes off before joining in bed. Even without them on, the flowery scent still persisted all over her body.
“Why does Polo sll like flowers?”
“Do you like it? It’s rose perfu.”
“Reminds of a goblin from my tribe. Her na is Berry and she lives next to the shit-pit. She would make these things out of nice slling flowers and berries that slled much better than shit.”
Polo giggled.
“I think just about anything slls better than shit, no?”
“So, this Berry. She one of your friends?”
“Not really. She’s the Maker… no… um… Mother I think is the right word. Of my eldest sister who is a complete monster.”
“Monster?”
“Strong. She’s like a wall no one can surpass.”
“Is that why you left your tribe and beca an adventurer?”
“Only part of the reason.”
“What’s the other half?”
“Mags wanted to beco an adult goblin but was rejected.”
“Rejected how?”
I didn’t really want to go into it, but sohow talking with Polo had open up a little bit more than I intended to. I explained about My Lord and about life in Goblinho.
“That’s… so… the man you love is your own father?”
“Yes. Maybe… when Mags is older, she will try again to beco an adult goblin.”
“Mags… you don’t need a seed-stick to make you an adult goblin.”
“…you don’t?”
“It shouldn’t matter if you’re a goblin or not. Becoming an adult is sothing that happens to everyone at their own pace. So people beco adults early because of the situations they find themselves in, so people live their whole lives and never behave any better than if they were a child. It’s all up here—” she tapped my head softly, “and here—” she tapped the top of my left milkie.
“Is Polo an adult Lagosian?”
“Sure am. But it wasn’t because of no man that made one. I lost my mother and father when I was young. Had four younger siblings that I needed to take care of, and well… aside from cooking, I wasn’t much good at anything else that would earn coin. There was a nearby human town that we traded with, and… that’s when I t a woman from the Many-tails Tribe who introduced to this line of work. I ain’t got no regrets about it, neither.”
“Do you still see your siblings?”
“Not really. Most of them already got mates and there ain’t much need for to take care of them anymore now that they’re grown. And being in this line of work, not sure that I’d want a husband who’d be fine with doing this sort of thing anyhow.”
Polo’s soft hand had been rubbing around my chest and belly for a while as we talked. Neither of us seed to be tired, as we continued to talk into the night, a different kind of scent mixed with the flowery scent, making feel… hot, and wanting to rub myself.
Polo continued to touch , even squeezing and kissing in many places. I was getting frustrated and snatched her hand, moving it down to my fuckhole.
Polo grinned at , climbed on top of my body and stuck her ass in my face, which is when I understood where that new scent was coming from. I also began to feel good when I realized she was licking in the sa way that Husband also licked so of the other adult goblins before he put his seed-stick inside of them.
Drawn to the sweet scent… I also… felt strangely inclined to lick what was in front of .
Though it wasn’t a seed-stick, I felt Polo’s soft fingers enter my fuckhole and my whole body felt like it was on fire. The two of us touched and explored each other many tis until the sun eventually ca up and neither one of us had gotten any sleep at all.
Polo draped more than half her body on top of my own, but I didn’t mind at all, and didn’t even feel like seeing Miyaya or the Chief today, even though I was supposed to. I wanted to be a little lazy and maybe see if she would cook us sothing to eat.
She did do the latter, but she also said I shouldn’t be late to my job, and that she wasn’t going anywhere, and neither was I. My days since leaving Goblinho had beco less lonely and filled with a new sort of enjoynt. I had many new friends among the beastkin, and as I watched the Tree Lake Forest settlent grow, it would co ti soon enough that my past I had run away from, would eventually pay an unexpected visit…
