"Let’s attack together and subdue this reckless kid," Mizaistom stated, preparing to join the fight after a mont of surprise.
This wasn’t a duel; the Twelve Zodiacs and the Chairman were present. If they couldn’t subdue him quickly, the next day’s headlines might read: Hunter Association Attacked, Twelve Zodiacs and Chairman Helpless.
That couldn’t happen. Even if it ant overwhelming Loki, Mizaistom didn’t care.
Saiyu joined the fray. "This kid’s strong, but reckless."
"Leave it to . You’re not his match," Netero suddenly said.
Saiyu and Mizaistom froze. ’Not his match?’ ’Are you kidding? Even if he’s strong, he’s facing the Zodiacs. The Chairman is overestimating him.’
They didn’t argue, silently activating their Nen. Netero knew arguing was pointless. He looked at Loki. ’You’ve grown so much, little Loki.’
A few months ago, Loki had just started Nen training under Netero’s tutelage. In just a couple of months, he’d beco strong enough to overwhelm most Nen users.
Loki had created a miracle—unprecedented talent and terrifying growth.
’He didn’t use his full power,’ Netero thought. ’Botobai, with his experience, matched Loki. But if the fight drags on...’
Netero knew Loki’s learning speed was terrifying; he grasped things instantly. He had an exceptional Nen talent.
Netero didn’t think three of them could beat Loki. Pyon had retreated behind Netero. Fighting wasn’t for girls!
Mizaistom focused on Loki. "Attack!"
"Wait!"
A voice interrupted. Kanzai, bleeding from a head wound, erged from the broken wall, glaring at Loki. "And !"
Loki’s eyes flickered. ’He moved at high speed to protect his head during my attack. Impressive!’ Loki smiled.
"Four of you. Now it’s a real fight!"
"Then I’ll get serious. After all, my opponents are the Zodiacs."
Nen: The ability to manipulate life energy. The force used for attack or defense, manipulating life energy (aura) from within the body.
Everyone’s Nen is different; the amount of aura varies. Talent affects the amount of aura. So are born with far more than others; others need training.
Loki was the forr. Even when he’d just awakened Nen, he had far more aura than normal—almost enough to rival Netero’s. And he was still growing at an incredible speed.
His fights with Zeno and Silva, with Hisoka, with the Phantom Troupe—each made him stronger.
His talent was exceptional, backed by the talent of the other world’s super genius, Hao Asakura.
Loki wasn’t going to waste ti with the Zodiacs. He went all out.
Boom! Loki’s Nen erupted.
Buzz buzz buzz! The entire Hunter Association building shook violently, as if a giant were pounding it. Dust fell from the ceiling. The ground cracked.
The re release of his aura was too much for the ground to bear.
His wine-red hair stood on end. Boom boom! Flas erupted from his fists.
Cheadle, organizing the evacuation, was at the entrance when her eyes widened. Her expression changed from calm to surprise to fear.
"Aura!"
"Is it the Chairman?"
Her eyes flickered. "No! It’s not the Chairman’s aura." She knew Netero’s aura; this was different.
Ginta looked at Cheadle. "Could it be...?"
Cheadle turned away, unwilling to believe it. That kid, favored by the Chairman, had such imnse Nen.
The evacuating crowd, reaching the plaza, looked back at the Association building.
There were ordinary people among them, but this was the Hunter Association; many were Nen users.
They felt the aura erupting from the building.
