The losses suffered by the Mafia Community this ti were staggering.

Conservative estimates put the financial damage in the trillions. Thousands of lives were lost, and most of their hired monsters were either killed or forced to flee. Only a handful of the creatures surrendered, while others, hidden in the shadows of Orion, began exacting revenge on the syndicate.

Among the casualties were two mbers of the Shadow Beasts. One died during the chaos, while another was gravely injured and sent to the hospital. Even prominent figures like mbers of the Seven Deadly Sins were unaccounted for, presud missing or dead.

The Ten Dons were furious.

anwhile, Kaizen had already moved on, arriving in another city. This one wasn’t under the world gangsters’ influence—just an ordinary urban sprawl.

At his reserved hotel, Kaizen checked in and quickly entered his room. Once inside, he summoned Altan, his AI assistant, to begin processing the information they’d gathered.

"All the focus is on Dandins, as I expected," Kaizen muttered. "No one has connected to the incident—not even Greed’s disappearance has raised significant suspicion."

He leaned back, smirking. "This is how insignificant players operate. But to , it’s worth it."

Kaizen shut down the computer and sighed. "Orion is behind now. It’s not my problem anymore."

However, sothing about the fallout still nagged at him. The chaos had inadvertently led to the release of all the experintal subjects from Base No. 2—an outco that hadn’t been part of the original plan.

Most of those experints were failed subjects, but a select few possessed astonishing potential. What kind of impact could such beings have now that they were free?

"These experints are eerily similar to the Chira Ants," Kaizen mused. "Both are hybrids—creatures fused with the genes of other organisms. The difference is that the Chira Ants are ant-based, while these experints start with humans as the foundation."

He tapped his chin thoughtfully. "In terms of raw power, Chira Ants are superior without aura. But when you factor in aura... humans might just surpass them.

"And then there’s the Dark Continent."

The Dark Continent was a place that even the Hunter Association feared. Yet Don Freecss had ventured there and returned. Evolution wasn’t exclusive to Chira Ants—it was a universal process.

Kaizen booked an airship ticket to Yorknew City online. The journey required two transfers but wasn’t a significant issue.

With that sorted, he reviewed his accomplishnts.

"First, my mastery of Observer’s Will has progressed to 50%. Not bad.

"Second, I’ve obtained all the data from Base No. 2. I may not agree with Dandins’ experints, but I won’t let this knowledge go to waste. It could prove useful in the future.

"Third, the information I’ve gathered on the Mafia Community—the Ten Dons, the Shadow Beasts, and their elites. Even the Seven Deadly Sins aren’t as untouchable as they seem."

Kaizen sorted through the information and instructed Altan to sell select pieces through encrypted channels. Soon, a significant sum of money flowed into his accounts—spread across dozens of anonymous and proxy accounts to conceal his identity.

Just as he finished, his phone rang.

"Kaizen, where are you now?" asked the familiar voice of Zeno Zoldyck.

"On my way to Yorknew, Grandpa Zeno," Kaizen replied.

"Do you have so free ti? There’s a job that needs doing."

"What kind of job?"

"The Mafia Community issued a commission. They’re offering a bounty for soone nad Dandins, and they’ve entrusted the task to the Zoldyck family. You’ll be working with Milluki on this one."

Kaizen hesitated but quickly masked his reaction. "Understood, Grandpa Zeno. I’ll handle it."

"One more thing—don’t forget your eting with your great-grandfather, Maha. It’s coming up soon."

"I won’t forget," Kaizen assured him.

As the call ended, Kaizen’s expression turned wry.

"I can’t believe this mission ended up in my lap," he muttered. "It’s a dead-end—literally. Dandins is gone, erased by the Killer Queen’s ability. Body, soul, even the thought of death itself... annihilated.

"There’s no way anyone will find him."

A notification buzzed on his phone. Kaizen opened the ssage.

"Twenty billion Jenny," he read aloud. "The world gangsters are really desperate. In the original storyline, they only offered ten billion Jenny during the Yorknew incident."

It was proof of how deeply this event had hurt them.

A second call ca through, this ti from Milluki.

"Kaizen, Grandpa Zeno has briefed you on the mission?"

"Yes," Kaizen replied.

"How do you want to handle it?"

"We’ll split the workload," Kaizen suggested. "Given the circumstances, finding Dandins will likely be harder than killing him ever would have been. Let’s each take half the responsibility."

"Fine by ," Milluki agreed. "If I get any leads, I’ll let you know."

"Sa here."

With that, Kaizen leaned back and smirked. The chaos he’d set into motion continued to ripple outward.
