Jack raised his brows a little, because he was not expecting that there was another history that his mother had not revealed about her and Denali.
When Denali noticed the expression that was on Jack's face, she went ahead and explained. It turned out that there was a ti that a group of gangsters was attacking Denali's family. At that ti, that was when Anne and Denali t.
When she encountered that situation, Anne imdiately went ahead and helped Denali and her family by taking care of the entire group of gangsters. But of course, there was no way that she was going to leave them there.
She made an arrangent, and the entire gang was taken care of. It was obvious that if she just beat up the group of gangsters and left them there, they would definitely co back to disturb this family in the future.
After she had helped the family, that was when she realized sothing. Due to the special ability that she possessed, a special ability that she did not know the na of, she realized that Denali possessed a lot of potential.
As long as she was trained and given enough resources, she would definitely be capable of reaching a high level. That was the reason why she went ahead and told Denali about this.
At the ti, Denali was not as old as she currently was. But instead, she was in her teenage years, she was 16 years old. And after she talked to her, Denali imdiately agreed.
All of this was not simply due to the gratitude that she felt towards Anne, but instead, she felt that by agreeing to this offer, Anne would help her family. Additionally, she was being given a chance of going for special training, and after that, there was a job for her.

At that ti, Denali's parents agreed after Denali had made the decision to agree to the offer. The parents were of course reluctant.
Had it not been for the fact that the group of gangsters had been disturbing them for several years now, they would have thought that perhaps this was just a plan that Anne had made, so that she could save them, make them owe her a favor, before she ca and took away their daughter.
That was how Denali was taken to the Shadow organization. Since the shadow organization was facing a lot of trouble when it ca to procuring resources that were required for the training, with them having the aim of going back into the stronghold domain, she decided to take this chance.
She made a deal with them, that they were going to train Denali, before sending her to Jack. As for her, she was going to provide them with enough resources that they were going to use not only to train Denali, but to improve themselves as well.
After the contract was signed, Denali was trained for several years in the Shadow organization. Due to the presence of the contract, nobody tried to go against the deal.
Anne was supposed to be providing resources for the Shadow organization until now, but it was just that he had fallen into a coma, making her not capable of completing her end of the deal.
After Denali had completed her training, the mbers of the Shadow organization, not willing to try if they did not fulfill the end of the deal would end up with them getting punished or not, decided to complete their end of the deal.
They sent Denali to Jack. According to the information that they had told her, it was Jack that had asked for a personal assistant. And she had received the invitation.
Coincidentally or not, at that ti, Jack had just had the inco which was Ayush, multiplied by 100 tis, which granted him a personal assistant whose na was Denali.
When Denali reached this part in terms of explanation, Jack's expression beca weird. Why did it look like everything was planned? After all, Denali was sent over after she was inford that he was the one who had asked for a personal assistant.
But to say the truth, Jack had not done anything like that. At that ti, when Denali said those words, Jack thought that this was just the arrangent of the system. But it turned out that it was not the arrangent by the system.
At the sa ti, why was it that Denali was only sent over during the ti that he had gotten sothing, and with the multiplier of the system, he gained a personal assistant? Additionally, how was it possible that they had already known the na that he was going to decide on?
At this point, Jack felt that each and every movent of his was being manipulated by soone. And that was not a good feeling. He did not want to be under anyone, especially so if there was a person that was controlling everything that he was doing.
Of course nobody else knew about the presence of the system. So, they did not find anything weird about what was going on. But still, since Jack did not say about him not sending the invitation for a person who wanted to take the position of a personal assistant, nobody knew about the fact that he did not send the invitation.
Even if he wanted to do that, with the Shadow organization that was being kept as a secret, how was it that he was going to send it there? Moreover, why would he look for a person from the Shadow organization, when there were many people that were capable of being personal assistants?
Of course, if he did not know about the skills that Denali possessed, he would have definitely said that there would be a possibility of a person who was more capable than Denali existing out there.
After explaining everything that had happened in the past, Denali went ahead and said, "As for the matter where are you at organized for to beco Jack's wife in case Celine had gotten together with soone else, you don't have to be worried about that."
"During the ti that we have interacted, I have to say that I have already gotten used to the position that I am holding. So, if I'm suddenly asked to be his girlfriend or sothing like that, I don't know how it will feel like, but I definitely feel like it will be completely strange." Denali continued sincerely.
Anne was relieved after hearing that. In any case, she was not willing to see anything happening between this group. After all, they were supposed to be a family.
As for Celine, although she did not say anything, she was thinking in her mind that she needed to have a talk with Denali. It might be true that Denali was speaking the truth, but there had to be so clarifications.
But of course, Celine was not going to look for trouble with Denali. The two of them had already interacted for a long while now, they had already ford a bond that was so strong. They were very best friends of each other.
"Finally, with all of that out of the way, can we get sothing to eat? You know, I have been in a coma for all this while, and I do miss a lot of things." Anne stated as she looked at everyone around her.
Everyone thought that this was actually right. So, Jack was just about to speak, but he was forced to stop when soone else ca in the office through the entrance.
When this lady stepped into the room, she paused her movents for a mont. She looked into the office, looking at all those people present, and she could not believe what she was seeing.
When Celine saw her, with a smile on her face, she stood up from the couch that she was sitting on, and approached her. Then without saying anything, she had the lady tightly.
The lady who had just entered did not resist at all. But instead, she hugged Celine back. At this mont, she felt that everything was real.
"How I have missed you Faith. How have you been doing with my mother?" Celine asked after about 30 seconds of hugging, after she retreated.
(A/N: Faith was Celine's personal assistant during the first few chapters. She was present during the ti that Jack and Celine were eting after years of separation.)
A smile appeared on Faith's face as she responded, "Miss, I have missed you too. I…"
"Co on! You are still calling miss after all these years? I already told you several tis that you are supposed to be calling by my first na." Celine interrupted faith with a disgruntled expression on her face.
Faith could only smile bitterly. It was not as if she wanted to continue calling Celine miss. After all, the two of them had already ford a friendship bond. It was just that this was how she was, and she liked to keep it professional during the tis that she was at work.
"That's right Faith. You don't have to keep yourself so stiff. During a mont like this, you can be free. You can call aunt, and you can call Celine…. Celine. It is not as if there is anybody that you don't know here, right?" Katelyn seconded.
"I understand Mrs.… I an aunt." Faith responded with a simple and extrely rare blush on her cheeks. This made everyone in the room to laugh.
