"There's sothing that we want to give to you. According to the information that we possess, it is sothing that is capable of improving your strength drastically. But at the sa ti, it is sothing that we are testing for the first ti, and we are not sure about it. So, are you willing to take the risk?" Not minding being called by his first na, Wade stated with a solemn expression as he looked at Ezekiel.
Ezekiel was imdiately interested in what Wade was talking about. This was the first ti that Wade had said about anything like this. Additionally, looking at the solemn expression that was on his face, it was clear that whatever it was that he was talking about was not sothing simple.
"Well, you understand Wade. I'm not a person who likes beating around the bush. So why don't you tell about what it is that you are talking about directly? If it's dangerous as you say, and the benefits are present just as you claid, I don't really mind it." Ezekiel responded after a mont of silence.
When Wade heard that, he nodded. To say the truth, he had already been expecting that Ezekiel was going to agree to this. In any case, the two of them trusted each other. Although the relationship between the two of them was not that much close to the extent that they could share even the most secrets that they kept in their hearts, but still, there was the trust and confidence in each other.
And right now, this was an opportunity that Ezekiel could use. Although there was a risk that was accompanied by this opportunity considering that this solution had never been tested by anybody inside the entire stronghold, but the problem was that there was only a single solution present.
If it was used on another person because of testing, they might end up wasting it. And as Jack had said, it was impossible to be able to mass produce it. So, even if they decided to take it into the laboratory and do research about it, they were not sure if they were going to be capable of producing it.
At this ti, although it was true that he could have decided not to trust Jack, and just gone ahead and tested the solution in the laboratory, trying to replicate it, so that even if it was impossible for them to be able to mass produce it, producing one or two more solutions was not bad.
But nevertheless, since it seed that Jack was sincere, he decided to follow along. At the sa ti, Jack wanted to complete the transaction right now. And the research on the solution was going to take a lot of ti. It might end up taking even an entire year for them to be able to completely study the entire solution.
But who said that Jack would be patient at that ti? So, it was better to test it out right now. Perhaps Jack would be able to bring them another solution in the future, and at that ti, perhaps they could use it in the laboratory, trying to test and see if they could replicate it.
Without saying anything, Wade pointed towards the box that was on top of the table. At this point, Jack had already closed the box that contained the ability crystal bead. So, currently, Ezekiel could only see two boxes on top of the table.
One of them was open, while another one was closed. The one that was open was the one that contained a small glass bottle that possessed a small solution inside it.
Although he was curious about the other box, he thought that perhaps inside that other box, there was another solution like the one that they were giving to him. So, he didn't mind. He just approached the table, took the box that possessed the solution, and began observing the small bottle that possessed the solution.
After scrutinizing it, he could not recognize it at all. With all the information that he possessed, this was definitely the first ti that he was seeing sothing like this. Quite curious, he looked at Wade and asked, "What is this?"
Wade himself did not know the real na of the solution. So, he turned and looked at Jack, waiting for him to respond.
"It is called 'genetic unlocking solution'. Jack responded. This was the na that he had received from the system the mont that he received this solution.
When everybody present heard the na, they tried to think hard, but no matter how much they tried, they could not rember hearing this na before. It seed that this solution was newly created, or maybe it was old, but it had always been kept as a secret.
Ezekiel on the other hand was a little surprised. Although he was surprised by the presence of a young man who was a stranger, present with Wade and Ruth at the sa ti, he had not expected that there was sothing big with this guy.
But right now, considering that it was Jack who was giving him the na of the solution, that implied that he was the one who had given out the solution.
At this mont, Ezekiel tried to observe Jack again. Although he could tell that this young man was quite extraordinary, he could not tell what it was that made him special. Nevertheless, he decided not to focus on that. He looked at Wade, waiting for his explanation.
Wade went ahead and gave him the sa explanation of the one that Jack had given him. And when he heard about that, Ezekiel could not help but feel his eyes widen in surprise. He had not expected that there was actually a solution that was this miraculous.
At the sa ti, there was a hint of doubt in his heart. Was it really possible that a solution like this existed? Could it be that this young man was just playing a prank on them?
But looking at Wade, he understood that Wade was definitely not a person that could be easily cheated. And that was not to ntion that even Wade's wife, Ruth was currently present. So, it was completely impossible for this young man to be able to trick these two people.
"Okay. I'm going to take it. So, how is it taken? Orally or by injection?" Ezekiel took a deep breath before he responded. Then, he asked as he looked at Jack, considering that he was the one who had brought this solution over.
"Any of them can work. Currently, we don't have the equipnt for the injection. So, you can just decide to take it orally." Jack responded. Of course he was not guessing, but instead, this was the information that he had received from the system about this solution.
Ezekiel nodded with a solemn expression on his face. Then, he took out the small bottle from the box. Then, he opened the bottle before closing his eyes and drinking the entire thing in a single gulp.
The mont that this solution touched his throat, Ezekiel suddenly felt that changes had already begun happening in his body. Wherever it was that this solution touched, he felt that it was penetrating into his body.
At the sa ti, he felt that there was a cold energy that was penetrating into his body, sothing that made him shiver for a mont. But still, he did not do anything, and just continued standing in the sa position, feeling as the solution continued penetrating into his body.
Of course he had drunk it, making it enter into his digestive system. But at this mont, he could feel that it was not moving along the digestive system alone, but instead, it was penetrating into the walls of the digestive system, before it begins spreading into his entire body.
And in no ti, he could feel that the solution had already reached his limbs. His entire body suddenly went cold, and the shivering intensified.
Observing from the side, Wade frowned. He understood that by taking this solution, they were trusting Jack on this matter. At the sa ti, it was at risk, and if Jack was joking around with them, that implied that the person that was going to take the solution was going to be in danger in case this solution was dangerous.
But still, Wade did not say anything. Looking at the reaction that Ezekiel was having, he could tell that this guy was feeling sothing. As for whether it was positive or not, just looking at the shaking of his body, Wade was definitely not having a good feeling about this.
But nevertheless, he did not say anything to Jack about the solution. Unless they had seen the end results, that was when he was going to talk about this solution. He might end up saying sothing right now, sothing that might end up souring the relationship between them.
After about 30 seconds, Ezekiel finally stopped shaking. And at this mont, he felt that his body was suddenly filled with a lot of energy. Then, this energy continued expanding, and in no ti at all, Ezekiel felt that he was going to explode.
He felt like he wanted to vent out this energy that was in his body. But currently, there was nothing that he could do with where he was, that could make this energy in his body go at waste.
But before he could even think much about it, this large amount of energy that was in his body suddenly condensed. Then in the next mont, it erupted. But instead of getting injured, sothing else happened.
Ezekiel suddenly felt that the shackles that were holding him had suddenly been broken, and he beca free. At the sa ti, the large amount of energy that was in his body suddenly dispersed. But that did not make him weak, but instead, this amount of energy that was spreading made him stronger, but it did not overwhelm him at all.
Other than that, several changes began occurring on Ezekiel. The changes that were occurring could be observed from outside, and Wade and the others who were observing everything could not help but be a little bit dumbfounded when this happened.
