"Leave that aside for now. I need your help." Derek stated after looking at Alicia who seed to be lost in her thoughts. He was not willing to continue wasting ti, as the more ti we wasted, the more the ti of Celine and Jack being together increased.
"What is it?" Alicia asked impatiently. If there was sothing that she really wanted to do, that was to get rid of Derek as soon as possible. After all, just his presence reminded her of the fact that he was actually being compared to Celine.
Although it was true that initially he did not hate Celine, but after this incident, he had began hating her. It was just that the level of hate that he possessed towards Celine was not that high.
Nevertheless, she did not care. If there was actually a possibility of taking care of Celine without causing any trouble that would co to affect her in the future, then, she would definitely not hesitate to do that.
It was just that, until now, Celine was currently under the protection of Jack. And more than that, it seed that even Derek had set his eyes on Celine. For that reason, it was definitely going to be a difficult task to be able to get rid of Celine under the protection of the two.

Alicia on the other hand got even more irritated after she heard what Derek had said. This guy had actually co over to her, to ask for her help in order to just after another girl? Even if she was not into him, but still, it really felt uncomfortable, considering that even the person that this guy was chasing after was the person that she really wanted to get rid of.
"Dream on! Do you think that I have the ship to give you? Not to ntion the resources that are going to be consud in order to operate the ship, but, do you believe that even my mother is going to agree to that?" Alicia snorted as she responded.
Derek blinked a little. He could see that Alicia was in a foul mood. But still, he had no choice but to get the ship from her. After all, other than getting the ship from her, he could only go back ho. And once he arrived ho, there was no way that his father was going to allow him to go out this soon again.
"Listen here Alicia. You are the one that gave the information about Celine. So, why are you not helping in getting her?" Derek asked, confused a little.
It was just then that he finally thought of sothing. Alicia had just claid that she had investigated Celine. And that too, she did it personally. And if that was the case, what was the reason for her to investigate a person?
Of course, Derek did not believe that the only reason why she did that was to give him the information about Celine. He knew that the reason she gave him the information about Celine was because she wanted him to change the target. But still, she knew that that was not the only reason.
After all, according to the information that she had provided, it implied that Alicia believed that Celine was from just an ordinary background. For that reason, how did she believe that he was going to marry her?
There was definitely no way that he was going to marry a person from an ordinary background. That was not sothing that his father was going to agree to. And since that was the case, there was no way that he was going to change his target from Alicia to another person who was not at the sa level as Alicia.
Additionally, Alicia was getting even more irritated whenever she ntioned Celine. From this, she couldn't tell that there had to be enmity between Alicia and Celine. As for what the reason for the enmity was, Derek was not sure about it.
"What is the other reason why you wanted to make a move on Celine? Mind telling ?" Derek asked after a mont of hesitation.
Alicia on the other hand was already irritated by Derek. So, when he asked that question, she did not even think much about it when she responded.
"What other reason? Of course I want her to get away from the person that I want to get married to. Since I cannot do sothing drastic like going ahead to kill her, I had no choice but to look for soone that was capable of snatching her away from the person that I…" It was only after she reached at this point that Alicia suddenly realized that she had said sothing that she was not supposed to say.
After all, from the looks of it, it seed that Derek had already t with Celine. And if that was the case, then, that implied that he should have t with Jack as well.
She had initially planned all of this, making sure that Jack would not be able to tell that she was related to this. But now, she had just revealed everything to Derek.
Derek was already into Celine although they had just t a few days ago. That ant that, since he was claiming that he wanted it to marry Celine, Derek must have had the intention of getting rid of Jack.
And now, she had just told him that she, another target that he had set his eyes on, was also into Jack. Didn't that an that the enmity between Derek and Jack was going to increase to another level?
Of course, that was not sothing that she really cared about. She did not believe that Derek had the capability of dealing with Jack. After all, other than the fact that Jack himself was a superhuman, there was also his background that was definitely not to be underestimated.

Derek imdiately reacted. He grabbed Alicia's hand, preventing her from leaving. He looked at her with his eyes already red from anger as he asked, "Are you trying to tell that you love Jack? Are you telling that the ti that he went to investigate Celine, you fell into love with him?
Are you trying to tell that you actually fell in love with a person that is normal? Although he is considered a rich person in the normal world, what is that when brought back to the stronghold domain? It is completely nothing!
Additionally, do you believe that your parents are going to agree to the two of you being together? I am the only person that is ant for you!" Derek practically shouted as he looked at Alicia agitatedly.
Alicia on the other hand was definitely not comfortable with soone insulting Jack. So, she used a lot of force, forcing her hand out of Derek's grasp.
After that, she looked at him fiercely and said, "You better watch your mouth. To you, he might actually be a 'normal' person. But to , he is way better than you in everything. Not just a matter of appearance, his personality is way better than yours."
Alicia was just about to leave once again when Derek prevented her by grabbing her shoulder. Alicia managed to shake his hand off her shoulder, she still heard what Derek asked.
"Can you tell the real reason why you gave the information about Celine?" Derek knew it in his heart, but still, he wanted Alicia to say it by herself.
