"What is it now? I gave you information about soone, but it seems that you don't even care about it. So, why are you here to disturb ? Don't tell that it is the sa topic as before." Alicia did not give Derek a chance to speak before she asked.
Derek was imdiately displeased by what Alicia had said. He looked at her with a grim expression on his face as he said, "Are you sure that the information that you provided with was right? Because no matter how much I think about it, it is completely the opposite of what you said."
Alicia blinked her eyes and she looked at Derek with confusion. She was wondering what this guy was trying to imply. It was not long ago that she had been in Azima. She had been investigating Jack for about 3 months, before finally making her move.
So, for 3 months, she knew much about Jack, and about the people that were around him. So, the information that she had provided Derek with about Celine was of course sothing that she had collected over the course of the period that she was investigating Jack.
How was it possible that the information that she had utilized, had suddenly turned and beco the opposite of what she had claid? Or could it be that this guy was just looking for a reason?
That had to be right. After all, she had been ignoring this guy all this while. She knew about his character, and she was not impressed with him at all. So, she did not really have the intention to have any relationship with him, whether on the personal level, or even an acquaintance.
"Why are you bluffing with ? The information that I gave you is the information that I personally looked into it. I never sent soone to investigate, rather I did the investigation myself. So, what is wrong with the information?" Alicia asked with an irritated expression on her face.
Derek on the other hand looked even more displeased when he realized that Alicia was not admitting to her fault. Although she had provided him with the false information, she just kept on insisting that the information that she had provided was correct.
"Are you kidding ? You investigated yourself? It is no wonder the information is faulty. After all, you are not good at gathering information from what I can see." Derek retorted.
"Are you insulting right now? Are you trying to insult my intelligence?" Alicia questioned angrily. She was already angry at Derek for pestering her. And now, the guy even went ahead and claid that she was stupid, not capable of collecting the information?
It was true that she was not specializing in that area. But still, she was a person that possessed a special ability. Using that special ability, it was definitely not a difficult problem for her to easily collect information from others. It was just that she had never been using the special ability on anyone else other than Celine.
Of course, that was just on the surface. For her to be able to easily control the special ability, she had to practice with it. So, her family had organized for a group of people that were used by her in training. But of course, all of this was kept as a secret.
"Who said anything about insulting? I'm speaking the truth here. The information that he provided is that Celine is just an ordinary girl. But what did I found out? She is a f*cking superhuman!" For the last sentence, Derek practically roared.
The main reason was due to the frustration that he had gotten when he was beaten up by Celine. Although he was excited that his father was definitely going to agree to the relationship between the two of them, but still, it was a little embarrassing considering that he was the weaker one, and had no choice but to depend on his father if he wanted the two of them to get together.
And then again, he was obviously angry at Alicia. She had not inford by him that Celine was actually a superhuman. Had he known that, he would have definitely approached her carefully.
Just from Celine's previous action during the ti that they had t, it was obvious that if the old man was not present with him, then, he would have already been crippled.
If that really happened, then, he would have no choice but to go back ho so that he could get healed. In any case, he was completely helpless in front of a superhuman.
Although there was just a single level between a superhuman and a level 10 ordinary human, but that chasm was not sothing that could be closed in or estimated by the level difference.

The old man who was listening in from the side felt his lips twitching. When did he say that he was actually not capable of dealing with Celine? As long as he could rember, he claid that if he made a move on Celine, then, the guardian that was protecting her was definitely going to make a move.
Although it was true that he did not know who that guardian was, and neither had he noticed any other person's presence closer to Celine, but still, he knew that a person of Celine's caliber was definitely being protected by a high level superhuman.
For a stage 3 superhuman like him, it was definitely going to be a little troubleso to detect the presence of other superhumans that were more than to stages ahead of him.

At the end of the day, a superhuman at the age of 20 was definitely a gem. She definitely possessed incredible potential, and she was bound to beco a very important figure in the future.
If she was a mber of their family, with her rising to the skies, she would definitely pull them with them. So, it was a good thing that this guy, although he was an idiot, he had not revealed that important fact.
"You were defeated in a single move? Are you sure that there's not sothing wrong with your mind?" Alicia asked as she looked at Derek, suspicious that there might actually be sothing wrong with him.
