356 You Can Forget About the Marriage
"Jack, can you give them a chance? I won't ask for much from you, but just letting them be the way they are now. You can take this as doing a favor to your father-in-law."
Jack remained silent after he heard that. Although it was true that he had already co to a decision, the relationship that he shared with Bruce wasn't bad.
And considering the fact that Bruce was Celine's father, he thought about it and decided that he might give him face as well. But of course, he had to play hard to get. Otherwise, wouldn't Bruce just try utilizing the relationship that they shared to get many things from him?
"It is not that I don't want to do that. But, I had already given my word that I would make sure that they regretted the decision that they made." Jack replied with a straight face. At the sa ti, he made an expression of a person who was kind of conflicted.
Thanks to his professional acting skills, he was able to easily trick the two people. Owen felt his lips twitch when he heard what Jack said. This reminded him of the ti that they had been talking with Jack.

"It's a blackmail now?" Jack asked as he looked at Bruce incredulously. Although he was playing hard to get, he didn't actually expect that Bruce was going to say sothing like that.
"Humph! I am the one that makes decision on whether I agree about the person that she has brought ho, or not. And, even though the two of you have already gotten engaged, if I don't want the marriage to happen between the two of you, then it won't happen." Bruce replied.
Jack: "…."
"Then I guess I will tell Celine and mother-in-law about this." Jack replied.
Owen on the other hand had already been getting excited when he realized that Bruce was actually helping him.
But his expression shifted the mont that Bruce said sothing about cancelling the marriage between Jack and Celine. He himself had already thought of the advantages that they could get from Jack if he was their in law.
If possible, he would have already slapped Bruce the mont that he ntioned sothing like that. But, he could only give Bruce a stare, to make him change his words.
But when Jack suddenly said sothing about reporting Bruce, that guy actually panicked. He looked at Jack with an incredulous gaze, as he said, "What are you saying? This is sothing that is happening between n. How can you tell soone else about it?"
"But, Celine is my wife to be. I should not be keeping so secrets from her. What's more, there should be no problem telling my mother-in-law about my father-in-law's bad character." Jack replied smugly.
In the end, Bruce could only shake his head. He was sure that the mont that his wife ca to know that he had been talking about cancelling the marriage between Jack and Celine, he would definitely be in hell lot of trouble.
"Alright. But still, can you consider the matter? I'm not asking you to support them to reach a higher level than before, but, what I am asking is for you to stop taking action against them." Bruce sighed as he said.
As he said that, Owen looked at him angrily. He had already been planning of finding ways to make up with Jack. After that, they were going to use the connections that he possessed, to improve several areas in their businesses and other things that they were involved in.
But what the heck was Bruce saying? Wasn't he supposed to ask Jack to support his family? Why was he intending to have Jack leave them there, to struggle to get back on their feet by themselves?
'After this, I will make sure that I teach this stupid kid a lesson. How can he say sothing like that? You don't care about your family anymore?' Owen swore in his heart.
Jack had already had enough of play. So, he simply said, "I will be giving them a single chance. If they do anything again, I won't be lenient. As for the Smith family, I hope that nobody interferes in that. They have already done sothing that crossed my limits of tolerance."
"That is okay to . It is not like I have any special relationship with the Smiths." Bruce shrugged his shoulder as he replied. To him, as long as his family was okay, why was he supposed to care about the other people's family?
Additionally, even he himself had not been happy about the actions that had been taken by Eugene. Although he had not experienced them personally, he had already been told about it by Celine.
So, there was no way that he was going to have pity on a person that behaved so atrociously, and more so when the target of his actions was actually his daughter.
After that, they casually chat for a few minutes, before finally Jack left. He didn't want to stay there any longer, as he currently had a lot of work to do.
The entertainnt industry had already been progressing well, and he was sure that in just about 2 months at most, they would have already dominated the entire entertainnt industry.
All of this was due to the fact that he had not taken any big actions other than releasing quality content. But, that was simply because there was nobody that had dared to provoke him.
But even though he had not taken any drastic action, currently The Rose Entertainnt company was the talk of the industry.
The Rose Entertainnt company had already gotten a huge fan base. It was not just about the songs that they were releasing, but even the movies, series, and even the live streams, everything was just of high quality.
But of course, sothing like a series was sothing that was going to take a very long ti to be produced. For that reason, they had just simply released the trailers, and they had already gotten on the top trending lists.
Jack had decided that even the live streams and docuntaries that were released by the company had to be top quality. He had spent a lot of money, to be able to get into areas that many people had interest in.

Ever since they had been attacked before, they had not yet recovered. They had to deal with that first, before they could even think about competing with The Rose Entertainnt company.
Alex of course had utilized this chance to promote The Rose Entertainnt company, managing to steal many fans of different companies.
Other than that, Jack had also focused on the pharmaceutical company. Using the connections that he possessed, he was able to secure several deals, this ensuring the stability of the pharmaceutical company.
Using the reputation that had already been brought about by selling The anti-leukemia pills, and due to the fact that the price of all the drugs sold by them was at a low price, it had already got attention of a large group of consurs.
In summary, all the companies that were currently under Jack had been performing well. Even the fighting clubs and so on, they too had been performing well because they had managed to recruit several geniuses and experts.
Their reputation had also been boosted by advertisent from The Rose Entertainnt company. And of course, all the things that The Rose Entertainnt company advertised were all quality.
They didn't advertise anything that was considered a sham. Before they agreed to advertise anything, they had to make sure that it was legit. This was the rule that Jack had set.
Not long after Jack arrived at his villa, he found out that both Celine and Olivia were present. It was ti for their periodic training.
