Ti continued to pass quietly, and in the blink of an eye, several decades had gone by. The Purple Moon Civilization, as Tom had predicted, once again amassed an offensive, but it was once again neutralized by the Unified Force Field.

Upon realizing that Tom possessed so strategic weapon unknown to them, the Purple Moon Civilization’s mobilization dared not cease.

The reason was simple: at this stage, their civilization’s full mobilization offensive could still counteract that strategic weapon.

If they didn’t mobilize, that strategic weapon would probably be used on their regular fleets! They wouldn’t be able to withstand it then!

This was a unique arms race. Once on this track, neither side dared to stop first.

Whoever stopped first would die.

Since neither dared to stop, they could only continue the stalemate.

Ti continued to flow slowly. On the First Planet Battlefield, both sides, like gamblers with bloodshot eyes, continuously poured in their entire fortunes.

At this mont, even Tom felt so admiration for the Purple Moon Civilization.

The war between them had lasted so long. His own side had remained consistent, which was easy to understand, as all clones were under his control and could not betray him.

But how could the Purple Moon Civilization also persist for so long? It had been over a hundred years, and the Purple Moon Civilization had remained in a state of civilization-wide mobilization, yet still showed no signs of decline?

Was this peak Strong Nuclear Civilization truly that powerful?

Tom had no choice but to continue to persevere.

Under these circumstances, one day, Tom suddenly saw a faint star appear at the edge of a distant solar system.

Another civilization had arrived in this solar system!

What was happening?

Was this solar system so lively? Or was there so treasure in this solar system? How did the Purple Moon Civilization get here, how did he get here, and now there was a third civilization arriving!

Upon detecting the arrival of a new civilization, both sides almost instinctively simultaneously reduced their investnt in the First Planet Battlefield.

The new wave of offense accumulated by the Purple Moon Civilization was no longer deployed to the battlefield but temporarily stockpiled.

Tom’s newly accumulated Unified Force Field components were also temporarily put aside.

Countless giant telescopes belonging to both sides simultaneously adjusted their orientation, pointing towards the faint light in deep space.

Upon seeing this, Tom imdiately noticed sothing unusual.

"This maneuverability is too high? And this scale..."

Tom vaguely understood, a hint of anticipation and excitent stirring within him.

Ti flew by rapidly, and the brightness of that faint light quickly increased. Finally, when it was still tens of trillions of kiloters from the star, an electromagnetic wave broadcast ssage, directed at the entire solar system, arrived and was simultaneously received by both warring parties.

"Respected Purple Moon Civilization, Bluetoth Civilization, we are the Cloud Civilization, a mber of the Red Star Alliance."

It really was the Cloud Civilization’s fleet!

However, why did the Cloud Civilization’s fleet appear here? This was hundreds of light-years away from where they had previously parted ways...

Even if the Cloud Civilization could travel at superluminal speeds, crossing hundreds of light-years would undoubtedly consu a great deal of resources and energy.

But regardless of why they appeared here, this was good news for him.

The Cloud Civilization’s ssage continued.

"Our side has always advocated for peaceful coexistence among legitimate intelligent civilizations, opposed all acts of war, and supported any attempts to resolve conflicts through peaceful negotiations and other ans.

Based on this stance, we suggest that both the Purple Moon and Bluetoth sides might consider sitting down and resolving their dispute through negotiation. We can provide a negotiation environnt and guarantee for both of you.

The peaceful coexistence of all legitimate intelligent civilizations, working together to resist the various dangers in this vast Milky Way, is the wish of our Red Star Alliance, and also of our Cloud Civilization. We sincerely wish for eternal peace and no more conflicts in this Milky Way."

Tom imdiately replied: "Our stance is consistent with that of the Red Star Alliance and the Cloud Civilization. We eagerly hope to resolve the dispute between us and the Purple Moon Civilization through negotiation.

We warmly welco your arrival and guarantee our cooperation."

The Purple Moon Civilization also quickly responded.

They also used an electromagnetic wave broadcast, which allowed Tom to easily receive the ssage.

"Red Star Alliance? We have heard that the Red Star Alliance has strict rules for its internal mbers, strictly prohibiting intervention in external civilization disputes. Does your civilization’s intervention in our dispute violate the alliance’s regulations?"

"There’s also this rule? It seems the Cloud Civilization is subject to many restrictions when intervening in external disputes. So now..."

Tom felt a faint worry in his heart.

After so ti, the Cloud Civilization’s reply arrived.

"We express our gratitude for the Bluetoth Civilization’s welco and cooperation.

Regarding the Purple Moon Civilization’s question, our reply is that precisely because of the internal regulations of the alliance, we have not resorted to direct military intervention to end your dispute.

Furthermore, the regulation strictly prohibiting intervention in external civilization disputes only applies to benevolent civilizations. If a civilization commits a serious sin, our alliance also encourages alliance mbers to step forward and stop it.

Now, does the Purple Moon Civilization agree to accept our diation and resolve this dispute through peaceful negotiation?"

At this mont, Tom almost couldn’t help but laugh.

Alliance regulations forbid arbitrary intervention in external civilization disputes, but we are rely stepping in to diate for peace.

Now, the Bluetoth Civilization has expressed its willingness to engage in peaceful negotiations. If you, the Purple Moon Civilization, refuse to resolve the issue through negotiation, then are you a benevolent or malevolent civilization?

Don’t forget, once deed a malevolent civilization, we can intervene militarily without being bound by alliance regulations!

The authority to determine whether a civilization is malevolent or not is in our hands. Now, you either get labeled a malevolent civilization and face our military intervention. If you don’t want to be labeled a malevolent civilization, then obediently engage in peaceful negotiations.

Blatant coercion!

This is the proper deanor of a Gravity Civilization!

Inside the Da Hao spaceship, Purple Moon Leader slamd the docunt in his hand onto the table, his face almost turning black.

At this very mont, what other choice did they have?

"Head of State, a little impatience will spoil a great plan. Right now, we cannot give the Cloud Civilization an excuse to intervene!

Resolving this dispute quickly and setting sail promptly is the most important thing! Any later, and we might not make it!"

The Head of State panted heavily, gritting his teeth: "Reply to the Cloud Civilization, tell them we are willing to negotiate!"

Soon, the Cloud Civilization’s ssage arrived again.

"We comnd both warring parties for their willingness to strive for peace.

Now, both parties, please connect to the following long-range communication network. We will arrange for both parties to conduct a virtual image eting. Any issues can be resolved through negotiation.

We will ensure a fair and impartial stance, striving our best to create a harmonious and good negotiation environnt for both parties."

Under the strong intervention of the Cloud Civilization, the First Planet Battlefield and the stellar battlefield both saw a ceasefire, but neither side withdrew, instead remaining in a standoff.

As for Electric Disaster, although he was extrely angry and sorrowful that his ancestors were suspected of having been modified by the Purple Moon Civilization, losing their free will and becoming puppets completely controlled by the Purple Moon Civilization, he still temporarily cald down due to Tom’s command.

Negotiations were about to begin, and the Cloud Civilization was clearly on his side, yet Tom still felt a slight worry.

The reason was simple: even if the Cloud Civilization would favor his side, they seed to be restricted by alliance regulations and couldn’t go too far. And regarding the war with the Purple Moon Civilization, apart from the unspoken matters behind the scenes concerning the Human Civilization captives, outwardly, he was actually the one in the wrong.

From the perspective of other civilizations, Human Civilization was an extinct civilization. If the Purple Moon Civilization acquired so Human Civilization captives due to so accidental factors, then within their civilization, how they treated these captives was entirely their freedom.

These Human Civilization captives were originally their property.

Yet, he unreasonably tracked them all the way to the Purple Moon Civilization’s encampnt, forcefully demanding property belonging to the Purple Moon Civilization. When the Purple Moon Civilization refused, he even more unreasonably launched a war, causing imnse losses to the Purple Moon Civilization.

Of course, if Tom could reveal his identity and demand those Human Civilization captives as a representative of Human Civilization, then everything would be completely justified, and no civilization could find fault. But he simply couldn’t reveal his identity, so the entire matter beca one where he was completely in the wrong.

With the Cloud Civilization under restrictions, could this negotiation... achieve the outco he desired?

With a hint of worry, Tom controlled the "Bluetoth Civilization Head of State" to enter the virtual conference room, where he t Vero, the Cloud Civilization fleet commander whom he hadn’t seen in a long ti, and also the Purple Moon Leader and other high-ranking officials of the Purple Moon Civilization.

Vero nodded in greeting to Tom, and Tom returned a smile.

The negotiations quickly began.
