Could it be that so unknown force had stealthily infiltrated the very core of the entire solar system and launched an attack on him without his knowledge?

And these nurous detection devices had not detected any unknown entities approaching

This question did not seem to be the most important one at the mont. Because Tom noticed that after the first laser cannon attack incident, more laser beams were emitted from the direction of the star, launching indiscriminate attacks on all his spacecraft and devices deployed in near-star orbit.
Even so more distant targets, such as the large space bases on the Second Planet, hundreds of millions of kiloters away, were also under attack
And all the laser beams ca from the direction of the star
Tom imdiately began close observation of the star. Adopting multiple extinction techniques, Tom even increased the resolution of the star’s surface to ter-level, enabling him to detect every subtle plasma fluctuation on the star’s surface. He also adopted close-range observation thods, dispatching suicide satellites to observe by directly plunging into the star.
But no matter how Tom searched or observed, he could never find any trace of the enemy.
On the other hand, the analysis and observation of the nature of these lasers were also proceeding closely, and a slightly strange conclusion was reported to Tom.
These lasers... did not seem to be lasers at all.
They were a collection of light rays of various different wavelengths and frequencies. From their overall distribution, they seed extrely similar to the Lyra G16 star.
In an instant, a thought appeared in Tom’s mind: "This thing couldn’t be starlight, could it? The reason their energy is so high and their destructive power so strong is because they’ve been concentrated?"
Subsequent observations confird Tom’s conjecture.
This was genuine starlight; it wasn’t a laser cannon at all!
Just as on Earth, a magnifying glass can focus sunlight to ignite paper, at this mont, the light of the Lyra G16 star was also focused by so unknown ans, emitted outwards like a laser beam, causing him heavy casualties!
No wonder these light beams were different from lasers
And the culprit that emitted these highly concentrated light beams was also very clear.
It was Electromagnetic Life
They bred in large numbers on the star, and once their numbers recovered to a certain level, they gained the ability to massively concentrate starlight. Then, using the star as an energy source, they launched attacks on the outside world by harnessing the star’s energy
There was actually such a thod of attack?
This was sothing Tom had never thought of before.

Laser cannons in technological creations use nuclear fusion reactors as energy sources, exciting high-energy lasers through a series of optical components to emit them outwards.
At this mont, Electromagnetic Life uses the star as an energy source, concentrating the star’s energy through temporarily unknown ans and emitting it outwards.
What else could this be but a laser cannon?
Tom had always felt that these Electromagnetic Life forms being called an Electromagnetic Disaster was a bit of an overstatent. After all, their combat power was too weak; they only had so combat power when caught off guard, but once their weaknesses were mastered by an intelligent civilization, they could only be suppressed.
But now, Tom knew that they truly deserved the title of disaster.
Once they reached a star, intelligent life had almost no way to deal with them.
The environnt around a star is so harsh that the combat power of intelligent life simply cannot be projected there to cause them any harm. Yet, on the star’s surface, they can thrive like fish in water, launching attacks on the outside world with impunity.
Unless the technological level is so high that it can ignore the harsh environnt on the star’s surface. But even reaching the Strong Nuclear stage now, that level of technology only exists in conjecture.
"No wonder the Havilah Civilization wanted to dosticate them... If they had really dosticated these things, as long as it was a war within a solar system, these things could provide imnse assistance..."
At this mont, Tom was very troubled.
The destructive power of these Electromagnetic Disasters was simply too strong.
The star’s energy is virtually inexhaustible, and their attacks are also inexhaustible.
Even the Third Planet region, over 2 billion kiloters away from the star, was affected.
Under normal circumstances, the light from the Lyra G16 star reaching the Third Planet was already extrely faint. Even its satellites, when illuminated by the star’s light, had temperatures of only over negative one hundred degrees Celsius.
But now, Tom’s space bases, deployed in fixed orbits, were directly illuminated by highly concentrated starlight.
Even across a distance of over 2 billion kiloters, the temperature of that starlight beam was still several thousand degrees Celsius, and it was extrely thick with very high total energy, even directly breaking through the energy shield’s defense, burning a large hole in the armor, and killing more than a dozen clones.
What frustrated Tom the most was that these starlight beams were unpredictable.
Even though he had Stellar Communication Technology, these starlight beams were extrely concentrated, and if one was not in their propagation path, they simply could not be seen.
By the ti they were seen, it ant they had already illuminated him.
For a ti, whether it was space bases with fixed orbits, various spacecraft, or even ground bases built on the surface of planets without atmospheres, all were severely affected, and Tom suffered heavy losses.

One specially designed heavy transport ship after another, capable of short-term survival even when extrely close to the star and possessing higher laser cannon and starlight beam defense capabilities, was continuously produced.
Then, those large-yield hydrogen bombs were loaded one by one onto these special transport ships. After the number of transport ships increased to ten thousand, Tom gave the order.
