Like the proton decay detector, the magnetic monopole detector is also extrely sensitive to interference. However, it cannot eliminate interference by shielding with thick rock layers, so it can only find a solution in resolution accuracy.

Therefore, to achieve sufficient accuracy, Tom could only make the magnetic monopole detector extrely large as well.
