I made sure the rifle was loaded while I got myself into a comfortable position to fire. The shots wouldn’t miss anyway, but it is a prototype so anything is possible.
FVMP-CHRRRNNK!!!! The first shot of the sniper went off without any problems and I could see the shot pierce through the first guy with ease.
1, 2, 4, 8, 10. The numbers kept going up with each minute that passed. I was killing them with ease but I know this wasn’t going to be easy the whole ti.
A sniper originally took out so there has to be one around sowhere.
Reika also told I need to focus on channeling so of this mana from my arm into this sniper. That would probably be a good idea for even more results, right?
I stopped firing for a mont as I focused on the feeling coursing through my arm. It didn’t take long but I could see a small blue light starting to flow into the LZR-01 so I took the chance to fire once again.
KA-BOOM!!!! An explosion imdiately went off from the point that the bullet hit, killing a bunch of them while destroying so of the surroundings.
It wasn’t bad enough to take down a building but you could definitely tell so sort of explosion happened.
Seems that mana will definitely be a great addition to this rifle but is it only capable of making explosions? That could be done with any normal explosive if that’s the case.
I fired another shot, but this ti I saw a burst of ice explode from the round. It pierced through a couple more of the vantablade mbers.
With that shot, I didn’t see any other mbers hiding around the bottom of the building. Either they were all dead, or the others ran away.
I couldn’t let my guard down though since they also have a sniper that could be waiting for the perfect opportunity. So I quickly shifted my focus to finding out where he could possibly be hiding.
It honestly felt pretty clear for the most part so I don’t think there is a sniper hiding around here this ti. The scope didn’t pick any traces of people around so I’m going to rule it out for now.
I decided to sit still for a little while to see if anything happened after the aftermath of the killings. It wasn’t shocking but soone did make an appearance from one of the other rooftops.
A man wearing a strange oni like mask with glowing red eyes. He was holding a sniper as well, was he the sa one who basically killed ?
This guy showed up after I sat here for a little while, there’s no way that others aren’t on the way here. Unless... He doesn’t work for vantablade and is part of a gang working with them instead.
It’s possible since a lot of gangs work with others to get more done. So also don’t have a choice but to work with other gangs since they have more to offer.
But for now I’ll keep quiet to see what’s going on.
I observed the situation for a bit while noticing an entirely different gang decided to show up. I didn’t recognize them in the slightest but it was best I didn’t make any sudden moves.
That other sniper could be a lot more skilled than right now or have so sort of tal that is better.
They just seem to be counting the bodies, and so of them appear to be looking for sothing down there.
These guys might’ve been coming to make a deal with the Vantablades or sothing, why else would they be looking for sothing amongst the rubble down there.
It would probably be smart for to get out of here when I have the chance.
That mana really does make quite a difference in terms of firepower but the glow has died down a little bit. I wonder if it takes ti for it to co back.
I’ve got very little knowledge on how mana works but now I know it can pack a punch. The Vantablades were a pri example of what I can do with the mana and this sniper.
Learning how to utilize it without having to use a weapon like this would be smart to do as well.

"Hello?" I answered the phone quietly.
"Is the job done?" Reika asked over the phone.
"Everything is done, just give a bit to get back. I’ll explain later." I answered before hanging up the phone.
I took the ti to quietly pack up my stuff while watching for any movent from the sniper. He seems to be focused on everything down below, that would buy ti.
It only took a few monts to pack everything up completely before making my way off of the rooftop. The fear of that sniper shooting at the last second was definitely there.
But luckily I made my way to the bottom without any issues, that gang is unknown to .
I’ll probably have to get so good distance away from this place before letting Reika know where to find . I don’t want to chance her getting shot up by all those guys.
They could also be a lot more deadly than the Vantablades so I won’t chance anything.
This is the exact shit that makes worry about where Renji is and if he is even safe. I’ll have to see if I can get so help in finding him from Reika.
At least if I know he’s safe, that’ll make this a lot easier.

I walked for a pretty good while so I should be far enough for Reika to pick up without any problems. It was surprising that I didn’t run into any potential threats along the way.
