Yu Shujun, who is Minmin in this instance, what’s the role alignnt?

This is easy to guess—

Yu Shujun’s actions, from start to finish, have always leaned toward the righteous camp, and unlike Yang Mingzhong, who is a pseudo-evil camp mber "in Cao’s camp with a Han heart," Yu Shujun’s help to Wen Nan was blatant and without hesitation, almost ruling out the possibility of being on the evil side.

Of course, this could be because the player’s level is too high, so they’re not afraid in such a re LV.7 instance.

But beyond Yu Shujun’s own actions, the attitude of other righteous camp mbers toward this fellow student Minmin doesn’t resemble the distance shown to evil camp mbers, making the possibility of Yu Shujun being a good person quite high.

But Yu Shujun is not a loyal minister.

In fact, from Wen Nan’s understanding of Yu Shujun, regardless of whether Yu Shujun is [Loyal Minister] [Traitor] [Assassin], upon entering this instance, Yu would definitely reveal their identity to Wen Nan at the first opportunity at any cost.

Because only then can Wen Nan complete the mission more conveniently.

And players cannot directly reveal their role cards easily to others, especially to enemy camps, as it would be deed by the system as maliciously disrupting the instance’s competitive environnt.

To reveal the identity to Wen Nan, Yu Shujun could only use a subtle way to lure Wen Nan into finding the role card.

In this way, the most suitable place for Yu Shujun to place their role card is undoubtedly the blood donation vehicle - it would be a perfect refresh point for Yu Shujun.

If Yu Shujun placed their role card in the blood donation vehicle, not only could it prevent other players from easily finding it, but more importantly, Wen Nan, who frequently visits the vehicle, could easily find Yu Shujun’s card, clarifying their identity.

So why didn’t Wen Nan find Yu Shujun’s role card after searching the entire vehicle?

Because Yu Shujun simply doesn’t have a role card.

Yu Shujun is [Princess].

This is why Wen Nan never saw Yu Shujun carrying out a main quest.

Of course, at Yu Shujun’s level, perhaps there’s no need to personally undertake main quests, just like Wei Zhe, who always manipulates roles or NPCs from behind the scenes to help him complete tasks.

But even if not personally doing quests, involving in the settlent is sothing a player must personally partake in.

However, besides main tasks, Yu Shujun is always by Wen Nan’s side, leaving no ti for settlents.

This leads Wen Nan to a quick realization—

Yu Shujun doesn’t need to complete the main tasks or settlents; Yu Shujun holds a [Princess] card, fundantally not a player, but a role.

Why can players hold a character’s role card?

This, Wen Nan doesn’t know.

But previously, in the trial map, when Wen Nan first t Yu Shujun, they appeared as a strategy character before him.

Using the sa trick again, this is quite normal.

Players at the Gold level surely have more resources and channels than mid-to-low-level players like Wen Nan.

Of course, these are just speculations.

Wen Nan was truly certain Yu Shujun was [Princess] after Yu clearly hinted "Wu Qing is the Queen" to Wen Nan.

Besides the Queen herself, only the [Princess] knows the Queen’s identity from the start of the instance.

Additionally, after the mishap at Wang Yajun’s laboratory, Yu Shujun showed impatience, Wu Qing once rebuked, ntioning, "The professor is my ntor, and will be yours; those seniors and juniors are my peers, and will be yours," implying,

that the Queen’s subjects and servants would soday beco the Princess’s subjects once the Princess inherits the throne.

And this indirectly confirms another thing—the Princess can inherit the throne and beco the Queen.

In this instance, although each player and character was assigned a role alignnt from the start, the role card is actually changeable.

As Wu Qing, the Queen, has repeatedly ntioned promoting several NPCs to [Servants], and even enlisting Wen Nan, the [Loyal Minister], as [King Consort].

From Wu Qing’s words, it’s apparent that changing role alignnt is feasible, and it must be completed at the ceremony scene through an enfeoffnt ritual.

Which ans, through enfeoffnt, Yu Shujun, the [Princess], could beco the new [Queen].

This also explains why, in the initial instance system introduction for the fifth rule about alignnts, there’s a sowhat contradictory statent—the description ntions that if either the Queen or Princess dies but the Loyal Ministers can find an evil camp mber and bring them to the Queen, the Loyal Ministers’ ga qualification remains intact.

If the Princess died, it makes sense, but if the Queen died, how could the Loyal Ministers hand over the evil mbers to a deceased Queen?

Evidently, the system’s rule indicates to all Loyal Ministers that if the Queen dies, they need to unite and support the Princess as the new Queen; only that way, the righteous camp’s ga can continue.

...

...

The designated location for the ceremony is on the top floor of an office building, filled with rows of seats, adorned with flowers, resembling a wedding scene at first glance.

But on the dais where a newlywed couple would declare vows, instead of wreaths, stands an ornate throne.

The entire building is shrouded in a crimson glow, with red beams soaring into the sky.

Yu Shujun dealt with the imposter Queen with Wu Qing’s face, tightly binding and throwing her aside.

Then, Yu Shujun traversed the audience, bypassed the ornate throne, straight to a round platform; the mont they stepped onto the dais, a system prompt sounded in their mind—

Junxin: [Detected you have entered the enfeoffnt dais, the location where the Queen enfeoffs her subjects, and also where the Queen abdicates.

According to this instance’s rules, to initiate the dais and complete enfeoffnts or throne succession, the Queen must personally start it, and be consented by all present Loyal Ministers to complete the enfeoffnt or succession.

System is searching and contacting the Queen...

Contact failed.

The Queen is out of reach and unable to personally attend this ceremony.

According to this instance’s rules, when the Queen cannot reach the ceremony on ti due to death, disappearance, or other force majeure, the Princess may inherit her power and conduct the enfeoffnt and worship ceremony on her behalf.

Upon detection, your identity ets the requirents; if you have obtained the Queen’s authorization, please submit the authorization docunt to confirm your legitimate succession identity.]

Having read the prompt, Yu Shujun pulls out a small square box marked with a tiny crown icon from their pocket.

It was the small box Wen Nan handed to Yu Shujun not long ago.

Opening the small box, inside lies a tiny stamp.

That is the Queen’s seal.

Placing the seal into the system’s scanning area, a new prompt pops up in Yu Shujun’s mind—

Junxin: [Detected you have obtained the Queen’s seal, indicating she has authorized you to fully assu her duties.]

Junxin: [The enfeoffnt dais has been successfully activated! Please stand at the center of the dais and complete the enfeoffnt ceremony!]

Yu Shujun steps forward into the dais center, where a floating light screen imdiately appears overhead—

[Due to the Queen’s inability to participate in this worship ceremony due to certain reasons, the Princess is authorized as proxy Queen.]

[The proxy Queen’s enfeoffnt ceremony requires the consent of all present Loyal Ministers.]

[Detected there is 1 Loyal Minister attending this ceremony, please confirm whether to approve the Princess’s appointnt as proxy Queen?]

As the prompt transitions, a light beam descends from the floating light screen above Yu Shujun, falling straight onto Hu Jiayao’s head.

Hu Jiayao is montarily startled, quickly realizing that neither the President nor Yin Zhi’en could make it here, leaving him as the sole Loyal Minister present.

He has no objections, and forcefully slams the [Agree] button with a "bang".

The next instant, the light screen atop transitions—

[The enfeoffnt ceremony has been officially completed!]

[Princess Wu Min, as of this mont, is officially elevated to Proxy Queen!]

The crimson light pillar surrounding them begins to spin, with the red glow gradually turning to gold while the light screen above transitions again—

[The grand worship ceremony has officially begun!]

[All people, co to worship!]

...

...

At the traitors’ stronghold, inside the tal cage, everyone watches the crimson light pillar transform into gold, then witness the gold dissipate like a sunset wrapped in evening hues.

When the last glimr of gold vanishes, Wen Nan receives a text from Yu Shujun—[The ceremony is over].

Imdiately following, a system prompt resounds in their mind—

9527: [Main Task 3, Completion Rate 100%]

9527: [Congratulations! You have successfully completed Main Task 3, please return to the refresh point for task settlent.]

Seeing the anticipated system prompt, Wen Nan slightly curls his lips.

Turning to look at Yin Zhi’en, he sees their face pale, collapsing to their knees with a thud.

Wen Nan strides slowly before them, crouching down, "The task is over, and it’s ti for the final settlent; before that, we should also settle things between good and evil."

Subconscious alarms blaze in Yin Zhi’en’s mind, an overwhelming sense of dread causing them to shiver uncontrollably, teeth chattering as they speak,

"Wh-what do you plan to do for settlent?"

Wen Nan’s lips curve higher and from his equipnt spare compartnt, he retrieves a gem fragnt,

"I got sothing nice from your President and I’m itching to test its strength on a guinea pig."

As Yin Zhi’en looks at the gem fragnt in Wen Nan’s hand, they quickly recognize it, "Matthew Fragnt..."

For a mont, Yin Zhi’en almost mistakenly thinks Wen Nan intends to hand the fragnt over, but dismisses the absurd notion.

Because it can be seen that within the fragnt’s watery designs, tiny white worms wriggle.

In an instant, Yin Zhi’en collapses utterly in fear, "...Heart-drilling Bug?!"
