Qianxun, still unaware of everything, suggested he leave first and she would stay with Xiao Man.
Naturally, Gu Liancheng would not agree to this.
Neither would Xiao Man allow Qianxun to stay.
Luo Xuan must have watched the live broadcast and knew she was in the hospital. It was uncertain when he might turn up at the hospital, and having him encounter Qianxun would definitely not be a good thing; avoidance was the best strategy.
Therefore, Xiao Man said, "You better go back first, the wedding is right around the corner, you should start preparing. Your husband is so busy, do you really expect him to handle everything? Help him out."

A young doctor wearing thick glasses and a buzz-cut was walking towards them.

Turning back, Gu Liancheng saw the young doctor entering Xiao Man’s room; after Lake checked his identity, he was allowed in with several nurses.

The nurse looked at the doctor, troubled.

The nurses left one after another, leaving only Xiao Man and the doctor.
Leaning back, Xiao Man composedly said, "Luo Xuan, why are you still lingering?"
