Chapter 164: Chapter 164: Miss a Letter, Hit Once_1

"...I’ll write!"

Sure, I said that, but how am I going to write it?

The biggest problem is I’ve never written a reflection essay my entire life.

With my head propped up and a pen in my mouth, I racked my brain wondering what to write.

"Tap tap tap," the room was pretty quiet, save for the sound of my boss, Gu Liancheng, typing away at his keyboard. I looked up to find him imrsed in his work.

His diligent and ticulous work manner bordered on celestial handsoness.

Generally, he would do overti at the office, occasionally bringing work ho. So, I didn’t often see him at work.

Eleven thought about it; when Gu Liancheng ca to mind, the image that appeared most often was...

...him sweating profusely, gasping for breath.

Err, err, err!

Eleven quickly shook her head, dismissing the awkward images flooding her mind.

Don’t think about it, don’t think about it. How could you have such naughty thoughts!

Having finally started writing, Gu Liancheng glanced at her work and looked rather satisfied. But, half an hour later when he casually glanced at her paper again, a frown crept onto his face.

With a "dong" he tapped Eleven’s head swiftly.

"Ouch..." Eleven cradling her head, "Hubby..."

"What are you doing?"

"...drawing..."

Instead of the reflection essay on her paper, she had been sketching! Moreover, she had been sketching the man sitting right across from her, Gu Liancheng. But Eleven didn’t have much artistic talent, and what she drew...

It was simply too ugly to be seen by others!

At a loss for words, Gu Liancheng was irked not only because she had sketched him instead of writing, but also because she had drawn such an ugly image.

"It’s hideous!" He yanked the paper, crumpled it into a ball and tossed it into the trash, "Don’t think I’m joking around! Do you believe

if I say I’ll have Su Bai co here with a cane? If you don’t finish writing twenty thousand characters before midnight, each missing character ans one cane on your butt."

He thought maybe it was because he had been too soft on her lately, neglected to maintain authority. Now this little rascal wouldn’t even listen to what he said?

Eleven covered her butt in fear, her mind racing.

It’s ten o’clock right now, there’s only two hours left...

Oh my god, that ans I need to write about 167 characters per minute!

All at once, she felt her precious bottom was in jeopardy!

"(╥﹏╥)Hubby I—"

Looking at his watch, Gu Liancheng interrupts her, icily stating, "One hour and fifty-nine minutes left."

Eleven didn’t say another word, she simply lowered her head and started writing!!

Seeing her finally start to apply herself, Gu Liancheng let out a sigh of satisfaction.

This is what they called, ’spare the rod and spoil the child’!

She ignored his kind advice, forcing him to take a tougher approach!

Five minutes before midnight, the doorbell rang.

"Co in." Gu Liancheng knew who it was and let him in directly.

The door opened, and upon seeing Su Bai walk in, Eleven was instantly taken aback: ∑(っ°Д°;)っ

He was holding an incredibly thick cane. Considering Gu Liancheng’s strength, one hit could make her butt bloom in pain!

"Um...Mr. Gu, here’s the cane you asked for..." Su Bai placed the cane on the table between Eleven and Gu Liancheng.

Eleven glared at Su Bai, her eyes popping out, as if saying (╬▔皿▔) ’I asked you to get a cane, and you get a thick one? Could you not have picked a thinner one? Do you have sothing against , getting such a thick one!’

"Ahem..." Su Bai looked away, as this wasn’t his business after all...

Five minutes...

She lowered her head and noticed that she hadn’t been able to write up to 167 characters per minute, it was impossible to achieve even when typing on a keyboard! So...

I won’t be able to finish!
