Chapter 88: Chapter 88: First eting with Ex

Outside the hotel’s main director’s room, Harry actually had ti to eavesdrop on the debate between Claudia and Vivian. At first he was worried that his wife would be bullied to the point of being helpless. However, in reality, this was the first ti he had heard that his wife had the courage to firmly reject the offer. His cheeks flushed red when he heard the very convincing rejection. Now he decided to hide outside the room until Vivian gave up targeting Claudia.

Again, the atmosphere in the main director’s room felt tense. Actually, Claudia was fed up with dealing with Vivian even though they had just t each other. However, seeing Vivian’s outrageous attitude, it was impossible for her to show a weak side.

"Why are you still targeting my husband? Didn’t you guys break up a long ti ago?"

"Actually, it was your husband who had the heart to ask to break up first. I’m confused about where I went wrong. "Even though our relationship has been fine," Vivian cooed, deliberately pretending to shed tears to lt the heart of the hotel’s main director.

Claudia chuckled in annoyance, folded her arms and grinned. "Harry is not the type of man who would easily betray soone special in his life. I’m sure Harry intends to break up with you because you made a mistake that he can’t forgive you for."

"But do you really know it yourself? "Harry is also not the type of man who easily falls in love with a woman he is talking to for the first ti."

"Yes, I do recognize him and in fact I am the only one who understands his feelings best. Harry once told

that he doesn’t fall in love with anyone easily, including you. But, he easily fell in love with

because I was the only one who defended him all this ti."

"You sound confident huh. Aren’t you afraid of Harry? Didn’t everyone say he was a cruel person?"

"In fact, I was attracted to him because he was very cruel."

Vivian’s patience was running out after arguing with Claudia for a long ti. She had run out of ideas to get Claudia away from Harry. For a mont, she squinted her eyes and clenched her right fist tightly.

"I’m sure you didn’t marry for love. Surely you got married because your parents forced you to. You are in a contract marriage."

Claudia almost hiccuped when she heard that Vivian’s guess was right on target. In fact, she still wondered whether their marriage contract was still valid? They were already in love, why rely on that stupid contract anymore?

"You’re wrong, Vivian. I want to marry Harry because I really love him. Harry makes my life colorful every day. "Then, don’t ever insult Harry again because you are his ex."

For Vivian, the war was still not over. She didn’t give up easily on getting Harry’s heart back. If this debate continued and she was seen losing, then the self-esteem she had maintained for so many years would be destroyed.

Vivian put on a forced smile, hanging the sling bag on her left shoulder. "Okay. I won’t bother you anymore about Harry’s problems. Then, I’ll excuse myself."

When Vivian opened the door to the main director’s office, her body almost fell backwards as she was greeted by the cruel gaze of the man she had been talking about earlier. After years of not seeing each other, she finally saw the handso face of her ex-boyfriend. However, she didn’t expect their first eting after so many years to be like this.

"Harry, long ti no see," Vivian greeted nervously.

"What are you doing here?" said Harry curtly.

"Of course because I missed you, Harry."

"If you miss , why are you bothering my wife? There’s no other place?"

"I had a feeling you would visit your wife today. It turns out my hunch was right, I ca at the right ti."

"You ca at the wrong ti!" Harry held Vivian’s hand tightly.

On the one hand, Harry was worried that his wife would be angry seeing him touch another woman’s hand, especially if the woman was his ex-girlfriend. For a mont, he entered the main director’s office with a gloomy expression so that his wife would not misunderstand.

"Claudia, I’m sorry. Can I have a private talk with Vivian first? I have sothing important to settle with her."

Claudia pretended to be tough even though she was actually jealous of her husband touching another woman’s hand without sha. "No problem. After all, it’s been a long ti since you talked to each other. We can have a romantic dinner next ti."

"No. After this I will co to you. Just wait at the restaurant first. I won’t be long."

Harry chose the hotel garden as a place to talk more freely with his ex-girlfriend. Finally he was able to talk face to face with his ex after years of separation. However, that doesn’t an he’s happy, in fact he wants to imdiately throw his ex away from his current wife.

"I will not mince words asking how you have been for so many years. You’re not my girlfriend anymore and I have no right to ask."

"Have you missed

all this ti?"

"Miss? You don’t have to talk nonsense! I will never miss you, not even for a second!"

Vivian clenched her hands into fists, then wanted to wrap her arms around Harry’s stomach, but Harry imdiately prevented this action.

"Don’t ever touch my body! You’re so disgusting!" Harry snapped, stepping back slowly.

"So far I have only made one mistake. Why do you hate

so much just because of that one mistake?"

"You still say it was just one mistake?" Harry pushed Vivian’s body with his index finger. "Listen carefully, Vivian! I will never forgive a woman who made a mistake to get pregnant! Even if you’re not pregnant, I won’t spare you!"

"At that ti I lost consciousness. I drank so much wine that I didn’t realize I was sleeping with soone."

Harry raised his right eyebrow and folded his arms. "Is it true? Don’t you realize who you were sleeping with at that ti?"

"Yes. You know I really like drinking wine until I get really drunk."

"But, why is it such a coincidence that the man you sleep with is Harris?"
