Chapter 84: Chapter 84: Private Interrogation
Is it possible that soone accidentally damaged the yacht’s control rope? However, who deliberately damaged it? In the original storyline, this scene never occurred because Harris, who was ship sick, made it impossible to ask the real Claudia out on a boat date. Now the question is, who wants to harm them suddenly?
Claudia has confird that all the criminals connected to the Scarlet Community have been punished, the remaining two criminals who will harm Davina and Larissa, it’s still a long ti coming. Was the perpetrator who hard them suddenly a rcenary during the hostage incident? Then, what about Edward who checked the condition of the yacht before using it? Did Edward secretly betray Harry?
"Claudia, now I want to ask you. Is Edward locked in the basent of the Harperwood family ho?"
"Earlier, many guards rushed out to arrest him. What is going on?"
"I have to interrogate him alone." Harry imdiately pulled out the infusion tube, then got out of bed in a hurry.
Claudia also got up and followed her husband into the walk-in closet. "Are you sure Edward was the traitor?"
"The last ti the person who checked the condition of the yacht was Edward."
"Then you will punish him with your own hands?"
"Criminals who try to harm us must be punished according to their actions. Moreover, if that person also wants to kill you, I won’t hesitate to kill him too."
Although previously Claudia strongly supported her husband killing any criminal, this ti she did not support her husband killing innocent people. Desperately, she stopped her husband by hugging him from behind.
"Please, Harry. Don’t just punish him before hearing the real facts from him!"
"If he really intended to kill us, would you still let him breathe in peace?"
"But, I don’t think Edward was a traitor. I’m certain. "Moreover, your interaction with Edward before we boarded the yacht, you two were like friends, not superiors and subordinates."
When it cos to life, Harry doesn’t give up easily. His lips were still tightly locked. He led his wife out of the walk-in closet.
"You just rest first. I want to change clothes first."
While waiting for Harry to change clothes, Claudia kept biting her lip while pacing back and forth in the room. She was very sure that Edward was not involved in this accident. Even though Edward’s character was never ntioned in the original storyline, the addition of this character should not have much of an impact on the story’s conflict.
Hearing the sound of Harry’s footsteps coming out of the small room, Claudia put on a pitiful face again, holding his hand. "Harry, think about this carefully. Don’t kill innocent people. Later, your life will not be peaceful when you find out that he is not a bad person."
Harry let go of Claudia’s hand slowly. "How can you still be calm in this current situation?"
"I haven’t been calm since you fainted. But, I’d be more uneasy if you beca a real murderer just because you punished the wrong person."
"Why are you talking as if you know Edward so well?"
"Now my question is, how much confidence do you have in him?"
"Edward has worked for the Harperwood family for dozens of years. However, the length of ti he works does not guarantee that he will continue to be loyal to ."
For a mont Harry stared at the luxury watch on his left wrist. "I have to go now. "Later I will call Sarah to accompany you here."

Harry still felt his head hurt from the accident he experienced. On the one hand, he was still curious about who dared to order Edward to kill him suddenly. One pri suspect in his mind is Harris. Since he had an accident today, Harris hasn’t asked about him at all. Even though their relationship is only half-brothers, at least Harris is worried about his half-brother.
"Harry, earlier your father wanted to interrogate Edward regarding this matter. "But Edward still doesn’t want to answer because he wants to be interrogated by you," said Thomas as he turned on the car’s turn signal.
"Did he say anything more?"
"No. He was still quiet until you ca to him."
It was very fitting that Harry’s goal was to interrogate Edward without his family’s interference. Because if Edward was interrogated by his father, perhaps the results would be much worse.
Arriving at the luxury residence of the Harperwood family, Harry imdiately entered the basent with a cruel look. The atmosphere in the basent felt empty and only lit by dim lights. In one small room, only the figure of a middle-aged man could be seen looking down in resignation, his body tied with a rope.
Harry pulled a wooden chair then placed it in front of the figure of the murder suspect. "Raise your head."
The middle-aged man raised his head in despair.
"I am giving you one last chance. My wife believes you’re not the real killer. "It’s lucky that my wife kept persuading
not to kill you."
"Give my regards to your kind wife. Thank you for your generosity and for trusting ."
"In the dozen years you’ve worked for the Harperwood family, you’ve never made a single mistake. I know you’re a perfectionist like ."
"Thank you for the complint, young master."
"Can you please tell
everything? What happened to the yacht? Didn’t you say the yacht was still in good condition before it was used?" Harry massaged his aching temples. "Tell , who ordered you to do it?"
"Actually, there was a problem in arranging the yacht’s ropes, causing the ship to lose balance. "In fact, all this ti I have looked after your yacht as if it were mine."
"Can you tell
the truth? I don’t like stories that make small talk and don’t produce results."
"Regarding checking the yacht, I did it in the middle of the night. I swear the yacht is still in good condition. However, when I left the harbor, it seed like soone was trying to touch your yacht."
"Then who did it? If you dare say sothing like that, have you seen the culprit?"
