Chapter 227: Chapter 227: Romantic Night
Because it was getting dark, Claudia felt that today’s date was enough for her. Even though she was satisfied, she was worried that Harry would be tired because they had been traveling all day.
"Thank you for asking
out today, Harry. I will always rember it for the rest of my life."
Harry smiled faintly as he held his wife’s left hand. "Actually, our date isn’t over yet. I still want to take you to one more place."
"Where are you taking ? Aren’t you tired?"
"When it cos to asking you out on a date, I’m definitely not tired." Harry kissed his wife’s hand briefly. "We’ll be there in a mont. The final date for today will be the most aningful of all the places we’ve visited."
Arriving at a cliff they had visited before, Claudia ran around this cliff happily because it could be concluded that this place was a suitable place to see the stars more clearly than they saw them at their residence.
Harry laughed with satisfaction seeing his wife who could still run nimbly even though they had done a lot of activities today. His task now was to spread a large cloth for them on the grass, then put two thick foam chairs for them.
"Claudia, aren’t you tired of running all the ti?"
Claudia turned around and was imdiately greeted by a carpeted chair, her eyes glaring at her husband, still looking innocent.
"Since when did you prepare all this?"
"This morning when you were still sleeping. I put all the equipnt in the trunk as a surprise for you."
Claudia took the chair next to Harry. She let her body be dressed in Harry’s jacket. "Aren’t you cold?"
Harry shook his head as he hugged his wife’s body lovingly. "I’m warm enough just hugging you."
"By the way, how did you know the sky would be filled with stars today?"
"Actually, I looked at the weather forecast first. Because the weather today is sunny and cloudless, I finally decided to take you to see the stars here."
For a mont, Claudia plucked a stalk of dandelion flower, then blew it slowly to make the powders fly beautifully in the sky. The full moon shines bright, the stars decorate the sky, plus dandelion flower powders fly. A perfect romantic mont for her to enjoy with her beloved husband.
"Claudia, if you look closely at the shape of the stars now, you will know what the stars are made of."
"You know what it looks like just by glancing at it?"
"Actually, I’m just guessing. I’ll show you how to read the formation of the constellations."
Harry grasped Claudia’s index finger and then pointed it at the sky. Slowly he moved his wife’s index finger along the line of the stars. What Claudia could do now was just follow Harry’s directions. Letting her index finger draw a constellation until she finally knew the answer when her index finger was on the last star.
"The dove constellation. Is my answer correct?"
Harry kissed her temple briefly. "Because you answered
correctly, I want to give you a gift. You close your eyes first."
Claudia imdiately closed her eyes. She was curious about what gift her husband had given her this ti. She only felt her husband put a small object in her palm.
"You can open your eyes."
When Claudia opened her eyes, she gasped and saw a ring decorated with diamonds with two canaries carved in the middle. Tears of joy began to roll down her face as she touched this ring which was more beautiful than the proposal ring she had given Harry the first ti.
"I’m sorry I put off proposing to you for so long. Previously I always said I wanted to propose to you, but in the end all you did was wait. This ti I won’t make you wait any longer before you are taken by another man without my permission."
Claudia’s gaze was still sparkling at the beauty of the shining diamond ring in her palm. "This ring is very beautiful. Are these two birds
and you?"
"Actually, I was confused about what kind of proposal ring to give you. I just always rembered that you really like baby birds like . Therefore, I imdiately asked Arabella’s acquaintance to make a proposal ring according to my design."
Harry kissed the back of his wife’s hand for a long ti, making their hearts beat fast.
"Claudia, even though the proposal you made at the ti seed rushed. Now I want to do it again. This ti I will propose to you according to my heart’s wishes."
"Harry..."
"Even though our previous married life had many problems, I promise that this ti our relationship will not be broken. I also won’t let you run away from
again. I won’t force you to sign divorce papers again."
Claudia still pursed her lips, letting happy tears roll down her cheeks. She didn’t want to interrupt Harry’s open expression of love.
"Thank you for making
smile, Claudia. Despite all the problems we went through together, you always cheer
up with just a smile. Since I married you, I now understand what love and affection an. Now I want to give you all those things."
"You’ve also taught
a lot since I beca your wife, Harry. I’m so grateful to have you in my life."
"You also succeeded in healing the trauma wounds that were embedded in
for a long ti. I’m still confused now, what is it that you still lack that makes it difficult for
to hate you?"
"I also can’t hate you because you really love
sincerely all this ti."
Harry kissed his wife’s forehead briefly. "I love you, Claudia. I want us to get married again."
Claudia responded by kissing him on the lips. "I really want to marry you."
Harry put this proposal ring on his wife’s ring finger. A pair of lips connected again to channel the energy of their love for each other which continued to burn. Harry moved his lips gently as a sign of tender affection towards his wife and this ti he wouldn’t make her cry again. Likewise, Claudia, who followed the lip movents made by her husband who was full of feelings of love, felt like she wanted to do it longer, especially since in the current situation, no one would disturb this romantic mont.
