Chapter 15: Chapter 15: Harry's Weakness
That big enemy was her own husband. If she were now skilled at using a firearm, perhaps now she would have shot directly at the vital signs to be killed imdiately.
Her body felt unusually warm in her husband's arms. Even though the current situation was tense, for so reason Claudia felt like Harry was protecting her from soone who would harm her in this world. However, as she rembered, in the novel's storyline, Claudia was still alive when Linnon wrote the last Chapter. So, were Harry's words just intended to inspire her enthusiasm to learn how to use firearms?
As soon as Claudia wanted to turn her head, Harry imdiately held Claudia's head with a cold gaze. "Don't look back if you want to shoot your enemy! Do you want to die?!"
Harry's shouting voice made Claudia look gloomy. "Yeah, I'm not stupid! No need to scream either! My ears hurt!"
"Then focus!"
Claudia's gaze returned to focus on several birds in flight. His hands trembled even more as he held the rifle. Imagining the birds died because they were shot by her, it felt like she couldn't live in peace being a murderer just because she had to follow her husband's wishes.
"You have to put this on first." Harry put the headphones on his beautiful wife's ears. "Later you complain that your ears hurt again because you heard the gunshots."
Claudia swallowed nervously as she received this simple treatnt from her husband, even though she didn't ask to be treated like this.
Harry positioned Claudia's body standing up straight with her legs slightly wide apart. Then, he raised his wife's shoulders to level while helping her lift the rifle too.
"Count three, I will help you shoot."
"But-"
"One, two, three!"
DORR
Harry moved Claudia's index finger to pull the trigger. Only once has the experint been right on target. The birds fell to the ground after being shot a little brutally.
Harry's facial expression showed a cynical smile as he stroked his wife's head. "Good job, my wife."
This was different from Claudia, who beca increasingly frightened until her eyes began to tear up as a result of committing murder for the first ti, even if it was against an animal. She threw his rifle to the ground while looking at her hands shaking uncontrollably, making her want to get out of this place imdiately.
Despite being cheered by the two ministers, Claudia did not look happy. In her heart, she felt that she did not deserve applause just for killing.
I feel increasingly sick of being in this green land. Without further ado, Claudia walked quickly out of this area, then was led by Alice from behind to the rest area.
Claudia hides in the toilet. Cleaning her face many tis at the sa ti a pair of hands that are now sared with blood from killing innocent animals. Although it had been cleaned many tis with soap, in her eyes, her hands were still covered in the blood of the birds.
Her gaze sharpened at the mirror in front of her. Clenching her right hand into a fist as if she wanted to punch her husband's handso face, which was becoming increasingly annoying in her eyes.
"You bastard! Let's see later! Once I beco proficient with firearms, I will kill you!"
For a long ti contemplating herself in the toilet, Claudia finally decided she wanted to return to the shooting area. When she just stepped out of the toilet, she was imdiately greeted by her husband's cruel stare.
"Why are you here?" Claudia asked, looking down.
"I've been looking for you for a long ti!"
Claudia rolled her eyes while folding her arms. "Are you worried about
now?"
Harry laughed lightly, his right hand wrapped around his wife's slender waist. "Yeah, I'm worried about you. But, I'm worried about you not because I'm afraid you'll disappear, but I'm worried about you because you looked so weak earlier!"
"What?"
"You just shot once and you ran to the toilet. Moreover, you want to kill your enemy. I can't imagine you will be killed one day because they know your weakness."
If Harry said sothing that offended him again, this ti Claudia would not hesitate to punch her husband in the face.
Harry was still silent. His right hand took his wife's hand as he walked out of the rest area. When walking towards the shooting area again, there was no one there making Claudia confused about where the two ministers had gone. Now what did Harry want to do taking her to this area again?
Claudia quickly let go of her husband's hand. "You want to take
to learn shooting again? Isn't the ga over?"
"Do you know why the two ministers have left?" With an intense gaze while touching his wife's chin, Harry removed the dust stuck to the tip of Claudia's head. "Because you are my weakness, Claudia."
Right eyebrow raised. "I... your weakness?"
"I'm afraid... they will attack
one day because they already know what my weakness is."
"So, you can conclude that I will make you look weak in front of everyone? Then, I'm the one who lowered your self-esteem? I ruined your reputation too?"
"That's why my goal is to choose to be your teacher today rather than on the honeymoon, because I want you to be a strong wife in my eyes. Don't look weak, then you and I will get hurt."
"What actually makes you scared like this? Isn't everyone afraid of you?"
At first Harry had a cold face, but now he turned gloomy as he imagined sothing that scared him. Until now, he still doesn't dare to tell his wife the real problem, because he himself knows that Claudia suddenly married him with hidden intentions. That's why until now he still doesn't trust Claudia completely.
"You don't need to know about that. What is certain is that you have to be able to distinguish which are your enemies and which are your allies. Don't assu that all good people in your eyes are good people."
Claudia increasingly couldn't understand Harry's words as if she wanted to give him a clue.
"I've co!" A young man's voice broke the husband and wife's conversation, making Claudia flinch.
