The n couldn't believe their eyes when they saw the state of the three organizations running the 45th District.

Who would believe that the leaders of those organizations had been defeated by just one man?

They wondered if their bosses were weak, but that wasn't the case.

The people in this place had survived in harsh environnts and were sharp.

They were a pack of hyenas who knew how to recognize the strong from the weak.

If the boss was actually weak, he would have been torn limb from limb by his n long before he was defeated by Osian.

They stood their ground for a reason.

In fact, the fight the three bosses had just displayed was enough to make even their subordinates admire them.

It wasn't that they were weak.

It was just that Osian was too strong.

He could outrun Eriot's drug-enhanced physical prowess, resist poisons and hallucinogens, and move at a speed that made him invisible.

They had a vague suspicion that he was a monster from the first ti they saw him in the Central Market by himself, but they didn't think he was that monstrous.

They didn't know how it got here, but things are starting to get weird.

‘What happens then?’

‘Should I avenge the boss?’

‘But what can we do against that monster?’

Even within the organization, opinions were divided.

So would say they should get revenge, but others would say, “How can we fight when we lost the boss?”

They don’t know what would happen if they push it with numbers, but on the other hand, maybe so of them can survive.

So of them were in awe of Osian, who had managed to defeat all three bosses, while others were more resentful that an outsider had dared to do this.

In the midst of all this, it was a third party that surprisingly threw cold water on the situation.

“This is looking good. Boss.”

From the rooftop of a building overlooking the central market, soone shouted back at Sertus.

Sertus dropped to the ground and struggled to lift his head, glaring at the voice's owner.

“Anor. You asshole.......”

The Erald Gang mbers were taken aback by the appearance of the man called Anor.

“Ah, Brother Anor, why?”

“What are you doing there?”

Anor was a mber of the Erald Gang and Sertus' number two in the organization, his right-hand man.

Now, not only had he shown up, but he was accompanied by other shady characters.

Eriot, the leader of the Athysts, and Ospia, the leader of the Topaz, were also surprised.

Their own officers were with Anor.

Only one thought ran through their minds.

‘Betrayal.’

“Anor. Was it you, selling our drugs to the outside world?”

“Hmph. You're quick on the uptake. Who else could it be?”

“......Yes. I think I know what happened to the other assholes.”

The n roared at that.

The fact that Arno had betrayed them, and that the second and third-ranking officials of other organizations had joined hands to do the sa, was quite shocking.

“What's the matter with you, you want the money so bad?”

“No, I just realized I couldn't keep doing this anymore.”

“Ha, asshole. Yeah, soone promised you a good job. I'm sure it wasn't cheap, since you're doing things behind our backs, and that's probably why you joined hands with them.”

Arno's expression hardened at Sertus' point.

“How do you know that.......?”

“That's the problem with you, you can't control your facial expressions, and you're only my right arm because that's the extent of your brain power.”

Arno's face flushed red with sha and humiliation.

“Shut up! You think I'm going to wipe your ass for you forever? That's over! We need a new order in the 45th District!”

“......ha, that asshole. That's why I should've gotten rid of that other pocket-pusher imdiately.”

Sertus spoke casually, but he couldn't completely hide the tension in his voice.

Sertus did not see Arno's betrayal as dangerous in itself.

Neither did he see Elliot and Ospia.

More important were the n who were with Arno now.

A group of unknowns wrapped in blue rags.

There were only about ten of them, but their facelessness and the aura they gave off was unusual.

He could feel that they were the bosses of the organization who had survived the environnt of the 45th district and risen to high positions.

Those guys are very dangerous.

“Originally, I was going to wait and see, but an outsider made a very good point about what a windfall this is.”

Arno chuckled and glanced at Osian.

“I don't know who you are, but I'm going to make sure you get a good deal now!”

The n in blue rags moved.

They leapt off the roof of the building in a sweeping motion.

The buildings in the 45th District were irregular in size and shape, but they weren't that low, however the n landed gracefully.

The gangs around them panicked.

“Hey, what are these guys!”

“Kill them all!”

The gang mbers imdiately drew their weapons.

The Eralds fired chemical-laced bullets, the Athysts injected drugs for physical enhancent, and the Topaz sprayed hallucinogenic incense.

But the n in blue rags were faster than that, closing in on them and wiping them out.

“Crack!”

“Man, these guys are so fast!”

“Shit, the bullets aren't working!”

Their movents were fast. And the way they moved so freely, it was like watching ghosts.

“Get the fuck out of the way!”

An orc mber of Athyst's organization stepped forward, his muscles bulging from the drugs in the cylinder.

“Stay out of the way or I'll catch you and crush you!”

The gang mber stretched out a sinister hand, and one of the blue rags stepped forward.

The tiny arm protruding from the rag t an arm three tis its size and crushed it with force.

“What!”

What happened next was even more surprising.

Frost began to form on the orc's skin, centered on the hand that touched him.

“Aaaahhh!”

In an instant, his skin was necrotic and his arm was frozen, and he cried out in pain, but the blue rags wouldn't let him go.

It took less than three seconds for the sturdy orc to completely freeze, even with his drug-enhanced body.

With a light kick, blue rags shattered the frozen orc like glass.

Similar things happened elsewhere in quick succession.

“Aaahhh!”

“Hey, what are you guys doing!”

“Help!”

Screams echoed from everywhere, and people froze to death one after another.

There were only 10 of them. But the 300 mbers of the organization gathered there were helpless against those 10 people.

“Holy shit.”

Sertus cursed as he slowly stood up.

He didn't know what the hell Arno thought he was doing, but now that he saw it, he realized it.

‘Shit. Where the hell did they co from?’

He had a feeling it was dangerous as soon as he saw it, but he never thought it would really happen.

This is going to be catastrophic for the organization. The barely maintained balance of the 45th District would collapse.

Sertus had to make a decision here.

“I cannot retreat. If I die, I'll die here.”

Spitting out the blood in his mouth, Sertus steeled his resolve.

Eriot and Ospia hardened their expressions and stood on either side of him.

“This is our territory, our land. We don't deserve to have it stolen from us by so bastards from nowhere.”

“As much as I hate to admit it, I have to agree with you for once, Sertus.”

“I don't like this barbaric choice, but it is what it is.”

The three bosses stepped forward.

They charged at the most dangerous of the rampaging blue rags and confronted them.

“Move out of the way! I'm in charge here!”

Sertus pulled a boorang from his belt and hurled it at the blue rags.

The sharp tal boorang was caught lightly by the ragged one with his bare hands.

Sertus' expression twisted.

“Damn it, I've poisoned it, and you don't care?”

The boorang froze with a squeak as a tattoo glowed a bluish color on his bare arm.

“......You made so shit with the leaked drugs.”

The situation was the sa for Elliot and Ospia. The drugs they were dealing with were the sa ones used by those raggedy bastards.

“......No, it's sothing better than what we have.”

As much as they didn't want to admit it, they had no choice but to admit it now.

They lost. Not only did they lose what they had, but their opponent built sothing even better.

They know it's only natural for the weak to be pushed back, but they can't help but feel a bitter taste in their mouth.

anwhile, the blue rag Sertus had been fighting reached out to him.

Beneath the shabby hood pulled over his head, his blue eyes were full of life.

‘Oh, shit.’

He couldn't react. The thing was faster and more agile than he was.

If that thing grabbed him by the throat, he'd freeze to death, head first.

'But not until the end!’

Sertus drew one of his daggers and took up a stance.

He thought he would at least cut off one of his wrists in the end.

A blue dagger flew by and sliced right through his wrist.

The creature jerked back in surprise as his wrist was sliced off. It was an amazing reaction but it was too late.

The raggedy man's head was sliced off and rolled across the floor.

“You.......”

Sertus' eyes narrowed at the sight of Osian in his gleaming armor.

“Why on earth did you save ?”

“Have you forgotten why I'm here? I'm here to deal with the cause of the magic runaway outside, and with those responsible right in front of , I see no reason not to.”

“That doesn't make what you've done here go away.......”

“That's not what I was hoping for in the first place.”

“But still, it’s rude to ignore soone who helped you.”

Sertus looked Osian in the eye.

“I'm grateful. You saved my life.”

“I'm surprised.”

“Even if we are uneducated rascals, we will definitely repay kindness and enmity. Of course, I have a grudge after what you did at the central market……but that is not more expensive than my life.”

Sertus was a surprisingly eloquent man.

“It’s funny to say this, but can you help us?”

“Are you going to let this matter go with that?”

Sertus smirked and shook his head.

“You're surprisingly calculating, don't worry. I'll pay you handsoly when I'm done. The only thing that matters now is whether or not I can actually catch those traitorous bastards.”

“You won't have to worry about that.”

Osian's gaze shifted to the blue rags staring back at him.

“I've got so business with them myself.”

He wasn't going to miss this one.

Osian took a slow step forward as the blue rags surrounded him.

Barely alive, Eriot and Ospia joined Sertus, keeping an eye on the situation.

Sertus shrugged when they asked him if he was sure Osian could handle this.

“Shut up and watch. We don't have many options left anyway.”

anwhile, Osian had made it to the center of the blue-robed foes.

As the Erald, Athyst, and Topaz retreated, the light faded and a bluish glow took its place.

It was the color of those raggedy n.

Osian, the only white in this place, asked.

“I have a question for you.”

“.......”

“This power you wield. Where did it co from?”

There was a faint hint of anger in Osian's voice since the cold power they used, the one that froze the opponent, was very similar to the [Moonlight] that Osian was using.

Because it was Osian, he could feel that those guys had been granted so of the power of the moon.

And the thod was probably the most accessible in this 45th District.

‘Drugging.’

“.......”

But none of the ragged n spoke.

“Okay. You're not going to talk.”

-Hmph!

The blue glow of the Moonlight Sword in Osian's hands grew stronger and stronger, and he began to shed coldness around him.

Even the cold manipulators were frightened by it and retreated backwards.

“You dared to play with a knight's power, you must be prepared to pay the price, right?”
