Kakashi and Guy landed at the sa ti, followed by dozens of other ninja. So had already gone off to prepare the sealing process, leaving only a few on the front lines for now.
Guy let out a long sigh as he looked at Naruto and Sasuke ahead of him. His expression was both tired and full of admiration.
"Youth is such a powerful thing... They can do whatever they want. Unlike us... already walking down the road of old age, never to return."
"Guy! What are you talking about?! We’re still young!" Kakashi’s eyes burned with passion.
Guy glanced at him but said nothing.
No matter how energetic and excited you are right now... all I can think is how noisy you are.
"Are those the two who just dealt with the Tailed Beast Bomb?" Akimichi Chouza stepped forward, his eyes glinting with wisdom. "That silhouette looks familiar... I feel like I’ve seen it sowhere before."
"That’s Naruto and Sasuke," Kakashi imdiately responded, his tone playful but filled with pride. "There’s no way I’d mistake them. That’s definitely Naruto and Sasuke. I can’t believe how strong they’ve beco after training under ."
"Not bad, huh?!" Kakashi lifted his head proudly.
Guy: "..."
"Ah."
Guy couldn’t help but sigh again, turning his head with a helpless expression. "Inoichi, send the ssage back. Also, everyone, prepare for battle. Chouza, you’re coming with to confirm Naruto and Sasuke’s stance on the village."
"Understood." x2
Inoichi and Chouza nodded at the sa ti.
Kakashi pointed at himself eagerly, his face practically screaming, *Pick !*
Guy thought for a mont. "Kakashi, get your Sharingan ready. We’ll need your help—and the Uchiha’s—to deal with a Tailed Beast."
"No problem!" Kakashi instantly perked up.
At that mont, on the rooftop, Sasuke stood with his arms crossed, looking at the fox and the two people in front of him with an expression so indifferent it was almost mocking. "Is this it? So this is all you’ve got? I thought you’d at least make a little excited."
Naruto wiped away nonexistent sweat. "Sasuke, you’re making want to punch you."
Sasuke rolled his eyes but didn’t explain.
If it weren’t for stalling to buy ti for Kurama, he wouldn’t have said sothing like that... though he had to admit, it *was* fun.
Black-Robed Naruto and Black-Robed Sasuke clenched their fists, glaring at Sasuke as if they wanted to tear him apart.
Under their pressure, Black-Robed Sasuke slowly stood up, his Mangekyou Sharingan shining conspicuously under his mask.
"Even soone as mild-tempered as would get angry hearing you talk like that!"
Sasuke looked up, completely unfazed. "Oh? And what are you going to do? Kill ? You’re already struggling just to face —do you really have any power left to resist? Or better yet... do you have anything that could even *slightly* surprise ?"
Is this guy possessed by Madara or sothing?
Black-Robed Sasuke gritted his teeth, his Mangekyou Sharingan spinning slowly. "Since you want to die so badly, I’ll grant your wish!"
"Amaterasu!"
As Black-Robed Sasuke’s eyes widened, blood trickled down his face. Black flas erupted from nowhere, instantly engulfing Sasuke. The scorching heat and overwhelming power exploded in an instant, swallowing him completely.
Black-Robed Sasuke clutched his left eye, his remaining right eye filled with excitent. "It worked? The flas of Amaterasu can’t be extinguished—once they start burning, they *will*—"
Before he could finish, the black flas on Sasuke’s body suddenly vanished.
Sasuke dusted off his completely undamaged clothes and looked at Black-Robed Sasuke with a hint of confusion. "Will what?"
Black-Robed Sasuke: "..."
Sasuke smirked. "I’ll be nice and explain it to you. My eye abilities are Amaterasu and Kagutsuchi. Kagutsuchi allows to shape and control Amaterasu’s flas—including making them disappear. And since my ocular power is stronger than yours... this move won’t work on ."
Simply put, your Amaterasu is mine, and my Amaterasu is still mine
Black-Robed Sasuke: "..."
He knew that—because he had the sa eye abilities.
He silently turned to look at Black-Robed Naruto.
Black-Robed Naruto was montarily speechless. He forced himself to stand up despite his injuries, his expression dark. "We’ll use Taijutsu. We have the Nine-Tails—our Taijutsu should be stronger than those two!"
Kurama, hearing this, thought for a mont.
Made sense.
Sasuke, dressed in a black cloak, thought for a mont. It actually made sense.
As the two of them, along with the fox, confird their battle plan and were about to move forward, three figures suddenly landed beside Naruto and Sasuke.
Naruto greeted them cheerfully, "Yo, Bushy Brows-sensei, Kakashi-sensei, and Chouji’s dad."
Sasuke, on the other hand, acted as if he were a seasoned expert. "You’re late. Any later, and I would’ve already taken care of Konohagakure’s crisis myself."
Guy and Chouza were montarily stunned.
Kakashi also greeted them in a friendly manner.
"Yo, Naruto, Sasuke, you guys are really strong! But I won’t give up either! Youth doesn’t allow slacking off! I’ll definitely save Konohagakure before you do!"
Naruto was speechless. "..."
Sasuke’s eye twitched. "Kakashi... is your brain okay?"
Wasn’t this usually sothing Guy-sensei would say?
Oh, right, this was a different world. Thinking about his own father, who was completely controlled by his wife, maybe this version of Kakashi wasn’t that hard to accept.
Forget it, not important.
Shaking off the strange thoughts in his head, Sasuke spoke directly, "The enemies are ’Uzumaki Naruto’ and ’Uchiha Sasuke.’ Their power level is roughly at the Kage level."
"What do you an by that?" Chouza frowned. "Aren’t you two ’Uzumaki Naruto’ and ’Uchiha Sasuke’?"
Guy remained silent but had the sa confused look in his eyes.
Naruto patiently explained, "Simply put, Sasuke and I are different versions of ’Uzumaki Naruto’ and ’Uchiha Sasuke’ from another world, while the enemies are the original ’Uzumaki Naruto’ and ’Uchiha Sasuke’ from this world. Does that make sense?"
Chouza: "..."
Gai: "..."
Surprisingly, Kakashi nodded imdiately. "Yeah, I get it. That’s why I said earlier—just from their silhouettes, I could tell they were Naruto and Sasuke."
"You an the enemies?" Chouza was shocked.
"Yeah," Kakashi nodded as if it was obvious. Then he turned to Chouza with a puzzled expression. "Was I not clear enough?"
Chouza was at a loss for words.
Guy covered his face. "Kakashi... I expected nothing less from you. You never fail to ss up at critical monts."
"Huh?" Kakashi blurted out in surprise.
Naruto and Sasuke: "..."
Yep, still not used to this overly "Gai-like" version of Kakashi.
Guy took a deep breath, calming his urge to punch soone, then turned to Chouza. "Chouza, pass this information to Inoichi and have him relay it back again. And mark Kakashi down for a mistake."
"Got it." Chouza sighed.
But just as he was about to leave, Guy added, "Oh, and next ti, remind not to trust this idiot Kakashi."
Chouza froze for a mont, then nodded seriously. "I will."
Kakashi: "Huh~"
