Chapter 3: Chapter 3: Have Her Help With the Bath

"Ah."

Fang Anning scread, her little face turning white with fright.

Sitting rigidly on his lap, her doe-like large eyes filled with terror.

He Tingchen stretched out his other hand, his fair and slender fingers coolly touching Fang Anning’s face.

Starting from her full forehead, moving to her lush willow-leaf eyebrows, doe-like large eyes, tall nose bridge, and finally, resting on her plump tender red lips.

Sliding down, tickling slightly, causing discomfort to Fang Anning, she twisted, intending to stand up from his lap.

"Don’t move," He Tingchen’s voice hoarsely reprimanded, his keen gaze fixed on her red lips as he said, "Hasn’t anyone told you that you can’t move around when sitting on a man’s lap?"

"Of course not, I have never sat on a man’s lap before," Fang Anning said.

After speaking, she pushed hard against his chest, took the opportunity to stand up, and fled from his reach.

He was sitting in a wheelchair; could it be that he was paralyzed?

Fang Anning thought to herself, everyone says that the wealthy He Tingchen is the King of Hell. But exactly what he looks like, what kind of person he is, nobody knows.

To think that he’s actually paralyzed!

"Do you despise ?" He Tingchen’s gaze sharpened, asking coldly.

Fang Anning was startled, quickly flashing an ingratiating smile and said, "How could I? Starting today, you are my husband. Anyone can despise you, but I won’t. I married you willingly, so I won’t despise you."

"Since you don’t despise , then co here," He Tingchen gestured for her to co over.

Fang Anning bit her lip and courageously walked towards him.

Walking up to him, she smiled and said, "See, I ca over."

"I want to go to sleep; help

bathe."

After she approached, although He Tingchen did not make any further moves, he still commanded coldly.

Fang Anning frowned, thinking to herself, he really is a super lecher.

They weren’t even that familiar with each other yet, and he’s already asking her to help him bathe.

However, since she’s married into this place, she had ntally prepared for such duties.

Judging by his appearance, it indeed wasn’t convenient for him to bathe himself.

Thus, she pushed his wheelchair, taking him into the bathroom.

Only then, as she bent over did she realize, the wedding dress she was wearing was too tight. The corset design ant she couldn’t bend at the waist.

She said, "I’ll go and change into sothing else. I’ll co back right after I’m done."

Having said that, she quickly walked out.

He Tingchen looked at her retreating figure and watched as she closed the door.

He couldn’t help but snort with laughter, the chill in his eyes intensifying.

He wondered whether she would run away crying from the doorway or escape through the window.

It seems like two out of the previous four chose one of those options.

Indeed, all won in the world are the sa.

"I’ve changed, sorry to have kept you waiting."

Just as He Tingchen’s hands were placed on the wheelchair armrests, ready to make a move, the bathroom door suddenly opened. Fang Anning, now wearing a simple sportswear outfit, walked in smiling.

He Tingchen looked at her in surprise: "You didn’t run?"

"Why should I run?" Fang Anning asked in confusion.

He Tingchen’s hands lifted off the armrests, his eyes revealing a trace of unusual expression.

He coldly stated, "No matter, help

bathe."

"Okay, let

help you take off your clothes first," Fang Anning crouched down and started unbuttoning He Tingchen’s shirt.

Soon, He Tingchen’s jacket was taken off, and the shirt was removed from his body.

"You have a nice body," Fang Anning said with a smile.

He Tingchen frowned slightly, his lips pressed tightly together.

However, Fang Anning didn’t make these remarks just to flatter him; they were true.

Despite being paralyzed and unable to move in a wheelchair, He Tingchen had a great physique. Dressed in clothes, he appeared lean, but undressed, he was muscular, and his muscles were well defined.

She couldn’t help wondering how he managed to maintain such a muscular body while confined to a wheelchair?

"There’s no need, just wipe the upper body."

Fang Anning reached out to unbelt He Tingchen’s belt but was stopped by him.

"Oh, I’ll get a basin of water; you wait," Fang Anning quickly grabbed a basin, filled it with warm water, and soaked a towel.

Her mother had always been bedridden, and she was responsible for taking care of her.

So she was quite skilled at wiping soone’s body.

Focused on the task, she wiped He Tingchen’s front upper body, then asked him to sit up slightly to wipe his back.

But when she saw his back, Fang Anning was so frightened that the towel dropped to the ground.

She managed to cover her mouth with her hands just in ti to stifle a scream.

"Why did you stop wiping?" He Tingchen asked coldly.

Without turning around, he could guess Fang Anning’s expression at that mont.

Surely surprised, fearful, and filled with strong disgust!
