Chapter 371: Chapter 370 Chapter 371: Chapter 370 For a mont, the Murphy family was in utter disarray, and everyone imdiately rushed to Bobby Murphy’s side.
Christina Olsen had been sprayed in the face with filthy substance, and she felt terrible, but since it was her son in front of her, she could bear it despite feeling extrely disgusted.
She hastily grabbed so tissues from nearby to wipe herself clean.
On the other side, Billy Murphy also rushed to his son’s side, supporting his back and asking, “What happened? What’s going on here?”
Bobby Murphy, vomiting until tears and snot stread down, felt nothing but pain and grief. He wanted to cry, but vomit spurted out again.
It wasn’t until it seed like he had emptied everything in his stomach that he finally felt better.
Although Christina Olsen had already cleaned herself off by then, she still felt as though there was a lingering odor on her, yet she still looked anxiously towards the family doctor, “Doctor, what’s wrong with Bobby?”
The family doctor carefully examined Bobby Murphy and then asked, “Did the young master cry at the kindergarten today?”
He glanced at the dical report in his hand; Bobby Murphy had just had a check-up six months ago and there were no issues then.
Hearing the family doctor’s words, Christina Olsen furrowed her brows and looked towards Bobby Murphy, who had cald down.
At this mont, Bobby looked visibly unwell and lethargic. Lying on the couch and holding his stomach, he said, “Mommy, I feel a little hungry.”
Christina Olsen imdiately said, “I’ll have Sara make you sothing to eat right away.”
“I don’t want to eat, I want chips!” Bobby Murphy started making a fuss, “I want chips, waa waa waa, today at school the teacher wouldn’t let have any and made stand in the corner, making stand outside. Even when I cried, they didn’t give any. The teacher is so an. I don’t want to go to school anymore!”
Hearing this, Christina Olsen’s face suddenly darkened, “They made you stand as a punishnt?”
The family doctor then said, “That’s right, it was windy outside today, and after the young master cried outside, cold air got into his stomach, which probably caused the vomiting. It should be nothing serious, we can observe a bit longer.”
Although the Murphy family valued their children greatly, Bobby Murphy had grown up, and he often spit up milk as a child. They had taken him everywhere seeking dical advice, but ultimately no issues were found.
As he grew older, he occasionally vomited, so Billy Murphy and Bobby’s grandmother didn’t pay much attention, simply responding, “Hmm.”
Only Christina Olsen, for so reason, thought of Keera’s words, “…if he starts vomiting, you must take it seriously.”
This thought fleetingly crossed her mind, and Christina imdiately shook her head, convinced she was overthinking!
How could she suddenly believe what Keera had said?
She wasn’t a doctor!
Christina Olsen helped Bobby Murphy upstairs, coaxing him to eat dinner and watching him fall asleep before stepping out of the room.
As soon as she ca out, her expression imdiately turned grim.
At that mont, the butler ca over and said directly, “Madam, soone from the Olsen family has arrived.”
Christina Olsen quickly took a couple of steps forward and entered the living room, where she saw her eldest brother, Jas Olsen, standing there.
Jas Olsen was tall and muscular, sharing a resemblance to Ellis Olsen, though not as strikingly handso, emanating a more brooding presence.
He was currently employed at the Olsen Group, working in project managent.
Ellis Olsen often smiled, yet he was a defiant figure.
Jas Olsen was different. Although he appeared stern, Christina knew that he was deeply principled, detested evil, and was very kind to her and Victoria Olsen.
Seeing him, Christina Olsen’s eyes instinctively welled up with tears.
Jas Olsen had co today to deliver an invitation to the Murphy family.
For so unknown reason, the Olsen family was to host a large-scale banquet in a week, the exact cause of which was unclear, but their third uncle had assigned tasks to all the brothers.
The Murphy family was a relative by marriage and, of course, the proper courtesies had to be in place.
Only… what was wrong with Christina Olsen?
Jas Olsen furrowed his brows at that mont, “What happened?”
Christina Olsen didn’t speak, not knowing what to say…
Billy Murphy went straight to the point, “What happened? It was just Bobby getting bullied at school! The new school director had him stand out in the yard, crying and wailing in the cold wind. The poor child ca ho and threw up!”
Jas Olsen was initially stunned, “Isn’t the school director from our Olsen family? Isn’t Christina in charge?”
Billy Murphy then looked at Christina Olsen.
Christina lowered her head, “No, it should be the eldest brother who changed the person.”
Jas Olsen furrowed his brows, “Changed to whom?”
“Keera.”
Jas Olsen had so impression of her; after all, she had been a bridesmaid at his elder brother’s wedding. Under Christina’s gradual leading statents, he imdiately misunderstood, “Are you saying that the eldest brother, in consideration of the sister-in-law’s feelings, gave the position of director to Keera?”
“It seems so. Keera is close with the sister-in-law, and since my brother just married her, he doesn’t take his little sister seriously anymore…”
Her eyes reddened, this ti not feigned, but truly feeling aggrieved.
Christina looked at Jas Olsen, “Big brother, would you do the sa?”
Jas Olsen, however, turned cold, “How could I possibly! No matter what, our family doesn’t have a daughter, and although you and Victoria are not biological, you’re just like my real sisters! I’ve always treated you as my own sister! Don’t sell yourself short!”
The tears in Christina’s eyes increased, and she felt even more moved, “Big brother, before the sister-in-law and my brother got married, there was indeed so misunderstanding between us. She doesn’t like , I understand, but now she’s the hostess of the household. I don’t mind suffering a bit of grievance, but the sister-in-law and Keera shouldn’t take their anger out on a child…”
Jas Olsen frowned, “You can’t be mistreated either! An Olsen daughter should be cherished, and I will deal with this matter for you!”
He stood up, “Alright, it’s late today, and Bobby’s not feeling well, you all should rest early.”
He patted Christina Olsen on the shoulder, “Don’t worry, an Olsen daughter cannot be slighted! Not even an adopted one!”
After leaving these words, he walked out the door.
Christina Olsen let out a sigh of relief after he left.
From the look of her third uncle, it seed he wouldn’t acknowledge that daughter again. In that case, she’d wait for her big brother Jas to take revenge for her!
With that thought, she went upstairs.
Jas Olsen left the house and drove ho.
Along the way, his assistant spoke up, “Miss Olsen has always been spoiled; I think the conflict between her and the great lady must be quite deep. Third Young Master, are you sure you want to get involved?”
Jas Olsen chuckled coldly, “She’s my sister, of course I have to take care of it!”
The assistant couldn’t help but say, “But it seems to Mr. Ellis is very fond of the great lady, and he may not help you.”
Jas Olsen furrowed his brows.
He soon arrived ho and saw the light still on in the study of his uncle on the second floor, so he smiled to himself, “If I can’t handle the eldest brother, then I’ll go to third uncle!”
