“This should be the place, right?”

Lin Hai stood in front of the maid café, double-checking the address on his phone. Yes, this was it—where the stunning Ling Ning worked part-ti as a maid.

Would he get to see her today? He hoped so. Even if he didn’t, the café’s online reviews were enticing enough. The maids were said to be all beautiful girls with unique charms.

Just the thought made his heart race.

After straightening his clothes and ensuring his appearance was perfect, Lin Hai stepped inside. At the entrance, a petite maid greeted him in a soft, sugary voice. Lin Hai was instantly captivated, her words lting into his ears. Why did I never go to a maid café before? I’ve been missing out!

Chu Feng, dressed in his maid outfit, observed Lin Hai with a barely perceptible furrow in his brow. Who’s this normie? Never seen him here before.

New custor or not, Chu Feng didn’t care. All that mattered was earning money to buy a decent gift for Miss Qian Xu(?)’s upcoming birthday.

Lin Hai, anwhile, took his seat, pretending to scan the café’s decor while his eyes lingered on the maids. Though he didn’t see Ling Ning, the maid who had greeted him was a feast for the eyes. She wasn’t particularly endowed, but her delicate beauty rivaled Ling Ning’s. What luck to find such quality here!

Feeling Lin Hai’s gaze, Chu Feng beca visibly uncomfortable. Forcing himself to remain composed, he asked stiffly, “What… what would you like to order?”

“Let see… This, this, and this—they all look great. Bring one of each,” Lin Hai said with a smile.

“Understood. Please wait a mont.”

Chu Feng hurried away, relieved to escape Lin Hai’s intense gaze. What’s with that creepy vibe? Feels so... off.

Just as Chu Feng was about to jot down the order, a familiar voice called out to him. “Hey there, little brother Chu Feng. Long ti no see. Missed your big sister?”

Turning toward the voice, Chu Feng spotted Ling Ning sitting in a corner with an unfamiliar girl in a maid outfit. “Long ti no see, Sister Ling Ning.”

Hearing their conversation, Su Ya froze. Did Ling Ning just call that pretty maid “little brother”? Was Chu Feng… a boy? Her mind spun. How can this delicate beauty possibly be male? His skin is so smooth—it’s not fair!

Seeing Su Ya’s dumbfounded expression, Ling Ning smirked with satisfaction. She loved this part—watching people react when they learned Chu Feng’s true gender. Even better was seeing Chu Feng’s shy expression when surrounded by guys. It was simply priceless.

“Don’t overthink it. Little brother Chu Feng is a genuine boy. He has all the proper parts.”

“Eh!?”

Su Ya clapped her hands over her mouth in shock. She had just been thinking of asking Chu Feng for skincare tips, and now this revelation hit her like a truck.

How is this real? Can he even get a girlfriend looking like that?

Chu Feng, noticing their stares, awkwardly smiled. “This young lady is…?”

“This is my classmate, Su Ya. She just joined the deluxe maid feast.”

“Hello, Sister Su Ya. I’m Chu Feng, and yes, I’m a boy.”

“H-Hello.”

Su Ya still couldn’t fully process it. She could barely look at Chu Feng without doubting her own perception.

“What’s with the rush, Chu Feng? Going sowhere?” Ling Ning asked, noticing his hurried deanor.

“Oh, right!” Chu Feng exclaid. Suddenly struck by an idea, he put on his most charming smile and asked, “Sister Ling Ning, could you help with a custor?”

“Hmm?”

Ling Ning raised an eyebrow. For Chu Feng to ask for help, the custor must be sothing special. Following his gaze, she saw Lin Hai sitting nearby. Her expression shifted instantly. Sitting back down, she said with a wry smile,

"I'm really sorry, but big sister can't help you with this~" Ling Ning said apologetically.

"Eh!? Is that so? Then I'll take my leave."

After saying that, Chu Feng left with heavy steps. The main reason was that this custor's gaze was really unpleasant. If the gaze hadn't been so disagreeable, perhaps he wouldn't have minded.

"Dear custor, all your orders have been served. Is there anything else you need?"

"Sit down and chat with for a while. That should be allowed, right?"

"Mm."

At that mont, the café door opened again, and in walked Wei Suozhai in a full suit, who had said he was going raiding. The first thing he did upon entering was look for Chu Feng.

While looking for the busy Chu Feng, he unexpectedly saw a familiar face—it was Ling Ning.

The café was currently short-staffed, and since Ling Ning needed to demonstrate for Su Ya anyway, she went to greet the custor—but who would have thought it would be Wei Suozhai!?

Well, it didn't matter. Although it was a bit awkward since they were classmates, considering she had once worn a maid outfit to school, she'd already been through public exposure—what was there to fear?

"Y-y-y-you... hello." Wei Suozhai stamred a greeting to Ling Ning. He had forgotten that Ling Ning was also one of the café's maids. Perhaps because he hadn't seen her for a while, he had completely forgotten about this.

"Hello there, haven't seen you here in a while~ Or maybe you ca when I wasn't around~ Right now, little Chu... ahem, sister, Sister Chu Feng is still busy, please co in and have a seat first." Ling Ning said with a smile.

She now rembered why Wei Suozhai looked familiar—wasn't he one of Chu Feng's regular custors? He always chatted with Chu Feng for so long whenever he ca.

"...Oh."

Wei Suozhai responded, then followed Ling Ning into the store. For so reason, he suddenly felt nervous, as if sothing unpleasant was about to happen.
