793: Chapter 779: Torrent 793: Chapter 779: Torrent The trend is like a river.

Going with the flow is not only easy but also fast, whereas going against the risk head-on might be lucky enough to survive, let alone any growth.

Now it’s about the third or fourth month since the Explorer Plan has been implented.

So closer worlds have seen three waves of arrivals and departures, and most of the exploration worlds have experienced two “flights” back and forth.

If only considering those who’ve left…

perhaps hotspots have already seen over a dozen batches of people.

The conflicts bound to happen, due to fundantal contradictions arising from their interests, are inevitable.

“It’s better to arrive at the right ti than early.

The turbulence still needs to continue for a while, and now the risk of continuing to go outside is sowhat uncontrollable…”

At this point, Lu Ping’an also has to consider the situation in the Foreign Domain.

Perhaps so worlds have already beco battlefields, with both sides blinded by rage and returning ho to seek reinforcents, leading to the rapid escalation of internal conflict on Earth.

The chaos will naturally last for a while, and even if an agreent is reached in this world, it takes ti to be transmitted to the Exotic Realm, and to make matters worse…

“Even if a ‘peace agreent’ or ‘non-aggression’ rule is signed, it’s one thing whether it can be implented, and even if it is implented and communicated to all regions, will those Foreign Domain companies and independent teams honestly comply?

They may not even care about the laws of their own countries…”

Lu Ping’an estimates that the chaos will last for a while, and only after a period of fierce “internal consumption” on Earth will both sides realize it’s a dead-end and reach a “consensus” among the professionals.

The premise of this “consensus” is not a “contract” but rather that both sides— from top-managent down to the warriors—feel that continuing down the current path is unviable.

Only then can a paper agreent truly be effective.

In a sense, this is an inevitable process since the mont when the Permanent Council mbers, led by the Huaqi Alliance, rejected the Joint Developnt Plan and attempted to monopolize their “territory.”

The Nirvana Alliance is a byproduct of the failing “grand plan,” which had been in progress for at least thirty years before ultimately becoming a fantasy.

In the anti, various countries have also been engaged in small-scale Exotic Realm developnt.

So countries, due to the significant benefits reaped from the Exotic Realm, and with multinational corporations unable to control them, have made significant strides.

As they gain “territories” and “kingdoms,” they also obstruct the “grand plan” from being passed.

The prospect of fully unified developnt ans surrendering these territories and, at the very least, submitting to reallocation or welcoming an influx of external impacts.

Exotic Realm exploration in Western countries is primarily driven by companies and individuals, and has long been evidently out of control.

When the Pan-alliance of the Eastern Continent also decides to band together and enter the Star-zone, contradictions and conflicts between the two sides are inevitable.

In so places, intense conflict erupts imdiately, while in others, it is t with indifference or denial…

but ultimately, without a third party strong enough to beco both sides’ mutual enemy, direct conflict is likely to occur.

There isn’t really a solution for this; it’s part of the Nirvana Plan, an unstoppable trend.

Only when both sides find the conflict unbearable and “not worth it” will they genuinely sit down and negotiate, establishing bylaws and red lines, and then punishing those who overstep them.

This requires ti and the sacrifices of lives.

Lu Ping’an sees through all this and plans to stay safely on ho soil for a while.

“Let’s thoroughly absorb the gains from these two trips first.

Even staying at ho, there is a ton to do…”

Lu Ping’an is quite optimistic that if they really venture out, they will choose unfamiliar worlds without other ethnic groups, rather than stepping into an explosive battlefield.

Keep in mind, the successful conclusion of the Green Star was primarily because the Aus people had already lost their “investnt enthusiasm” and had no Rule-level combat power permanently stationed.

In a truly fierce battlefield of gods, death may be extrely frustrating and aningless.

At present, the main contradiction is that the Star Maps held by various forces on Earth are roughly the sa and there isn’t much difference in the information they can access about the worlds.

This naturally leads to conflicts during the exploration wave.

Collisions, deaths, and explorations will eventually open up new paths.

An unstable state, with enough lives to collide with, will sooner or later stabilize.

“In a quick case, three or four months, and in a slow case…

well, it’s normal to have a small-scale fight all the way.”

Lu Ping’an weighs his thoughts, considering the possibility of constant friction isn’t high, given the leaders of each country’s attitudes are very active.

Considering the interests of each country, the “grand plan” was indifferent before, but when the situation changed, they would naturally readjust…

both politicians and businessn are most adept at pursuing interests, and they are very much “pragmatic.”

For Lu Ping’an, who can see through all this and even has a more distant vision than others, it’s not that he is truly wise beyond ordinary people or capable of making epochal “predictions.”

“After all, it’s not yet 2000, uh, the plane is gone, and so is the 9/11 event…”

The divergence between the two worlds has led to many essential differences.

In this world, where all countries have to face “pollution”, the political systems are generally more relaxed (each locality fights on its own).

The Eastern Country, for example, has a nominal federation system led by the Wanjing.

Starting from fifty years ago (pollution accelerating), when each country began to focus on dostic matters, the friction between themselves naturally decreased, resulting in fewer bitter enemies.

Put simply, the impression of the Easterners towards the Huaqi people in this world is not “deep” enough; their impression of most Westerners is still “a fair-skinned fellow across the ocean.” Westerners also hold the sa view about the East…

When their lives don’t overlap and danger lingers on every end, it’s natural that there isn’t much motivation to learn about the overseas habitat.

Misconceptions and misunderstandings are the norm, but due to the lack of grievances and blood feuds in recent decades, there isn’t much direct enmity between them, and mutual hostility is also not a “common sense” for each other.

Lu Ping’an, who has experienced both worlds, cos from the “decades later” where he has experienced much and increasingly understands their “profit-driven, money-before-anything” nature.

In a way, it is also why he saw through the root cause of “Doomsday” when he was on the Green Star.

Now, it’s just a continuation.

Amidst the bewildernt and chaos, he “predicted” that various countries would actively communicate to avoid further losses.

However, as the good news of peace talks spreads and many people prepare to set out again, Lu Ping’an sees through the chaos that will last for at least a few more months…

the darkness before dawn and the last theft before a thief retires are often the most dangerous and crazy.

Jump in?

There may be gains, but survival depends on luck.

If they really encounter a Rule-level pursuit…

He pondered for a mont before telling his companions:

“…I’ve been feeling a bit stressed lately, so let’s take a break for a while.

We’ll take a month-long vacation, spend all of the previous gains, and focus on improving ourselves or relaxing.”

Then, he noticed so people overjoyed (vacation, yay?!), so puzzled (uh, is there really a vacation?), and so hesitant and uneasy (am I being fired?).

He called for a core mber eting, briefly explained the situation, and issued a one-month vacation notice.

As for himself, he made reservations for a “hocoming” trip to visit his family.

First, he plans to “waste” so ti before returning to the Ancient City to deal with the Special Service Team and academic matters.

Then, after so twists and turns, about a month should have passed.

On his end, there’s still plenty of work to be done on ho soil, with one month possibly not being enough.

In fact, compared to normal circumstances, Lu Ping’an only stopped preparing for the “next target”…

for now, it’s safer to play it safe.

Although Lu Ping’an’s plan is sound, changes co even faster.

“The Official is looking for ?

There’s a direct private commission?”
