Sudar was once an ordinary person; he was originally a Rabbit-man, one of the natives of the Evolution World.
In the eyes of Earthlings, the beastn of the Evolution World, one more formidable than the last, were thought by the mortals who knew much of that world to be fierce criminals erging from the Hell Battlefield... But in reality, most beastn are refugees from the Earth Realm. Before they encountered all these disasters, they lived even more peacefully than Earth’s people did.
"... But when doomsday and disaster strike, they won’t spare you because you are weak."
"The truth is, when disaster arrives... the weaker you are, the more miserable you’ll be. Even if we’re not direct victims, the secondary impacts alone, akin to what humans call a chain reaction, make ordinary people without power the most pitiful group."
Sudar witnessed hell, saw fertile lands that could no longer bear a single fruit, and saw once harmonious villagers fighting over perpetually scarce water... Under doomsday, the speed at which morality declines without being tested is astonishing,
The fairy tale of rabbits coexisting peacefully with tigers was torn to shreds, and mutual slaughter and enslavent were just the beginning. Once the beast nature was fully activated, the biological chain of rabbits and profit wolves beca a reality... Or in the eyes of Earthlings, that was a normal nature, but for beastn, it was a human purgatory of eating one’s children.
Every beastman, even in the peaceful Heaven, retains a strong combat instinct and wild nature. But when resistance is futile, it instead activates the evil within human nature.
"I need strength, strength to maintain order..."
During the nightmare-like days, Sudar lost a daughter, and his wife, who he thought would stay until the end, fell into the arms of a stronger beastman... Even if they both survived doomsday, the two beca like strangers.
Should he bla himself? Bla his weakness? Or bla the coming of the World Apocalypse?
"Do I still have the right to be happy..."
The dark days will eventually pass; he found salvation, gained a new life, and even started a new family.
This was not because he was heartless... But rather due to the short lifespan of rabbit beastn, so habits are not only societal norms but also tied to instincts.
Having no offspring, no family is considered a cri for adult Rabbit-n.
Perhaps, in another half a year, he would have another daughter...
"Will the nightmare end?"
But at night, he often awoke from nightmares; the betrayed ex-wife and the lost child would haunt him, questioning his right to peace.
Thus, he beca a "Dragon descendant."
The reason was none other than that he could not understand the strong Lion Man’s potential being lesser than the Dragon descendants. It was simply because his Life-points were not many, and the cheap version of the new Dragon Descendant was the most affordable battle ethnic group with a good reputation.
He beca a warrior, an extraordinary, but in reality, for soone with only a few years left, this was foolish... the consud "lifespan" might soon claim him.
However, possessing power brought him peace.
It’s not that nightmares no longer sought him but that within the nightmares, the stronger version of himself saved his daughter and protected his family...
"My Lord, rciful and just Master of Life, Your light brightens my future..."
He is a devout believer of the God of Life, the loyal servant of Lu Ping’an.
In his eyes, it was that youthful deity who saved him and the ethnic group, giving them a new life, even granting them the power to grasp their fate... Even soone as petty and humble as himself was granted light.
"No, no, the one who saved you has always been you."
An accidental encounter, a discussion, but the "Deity" spoke strange words.
"Life is yours; how you use it is your choice... If you want to trade the rest of your Life for peace of mind, that is possible, but why not try harder? Perhaps if you advance further on the professional path, you might live longer."
"Life Points are an opportunity, not a shackle. Perhaps you can use your power to earn more points; I can give you opportunities. If Earth is not feasible, the Exotic Realm has plane tickets..."
After thinking deeply several tis, Sudar refused.
Perhaps it was because he thought if death could bring an end to the nightmare, it would be a decent conclusion.
Perhaps the self of that day had already died, and what continued to live was just inertia’s walking dead...
"For My Lord!"
The Hero’s halo covered the surrounding battlefield, strengthening the surrounding comrades, and the trust of comrades also empowered him.
For so reason, despite the dilapidated body, Sudar progressed rapidly on the Hero Path.
At this mont, on the battlefield, he was slaughtering the infinite undead army... The surrounding comrades had dwindled; perhaps today would be his burial ground.
Unlike others, he hadn’t purchased Life Insurance... even when the Commander checked before the battle, he responded deceitfully.
At this mont, Sudar had already vastly deviant from the original Rabbit-n and Dragon descendants.
Robust thighs longer and thicker than the forr rabbit-man, explosive force strong enough to kick a giant lion to death; he had actually paved a new path in the Dragon descendants.
Facing the oncoming enemies, he laughed wildly, roared, tore through... and then, without realizing it, cried.
"Why was I so weak back then? Why wasn’t I strong enough? Tina..."
"Why am I not dead yet..."
"Why does my God, my Lord, never scold ... Why don’t You stop from seeking release..."
The bewildered Hero yearned for death, continuously prayed for death, but unknowingly slaughtered through a patch.
But reality is not a novel; at least he wasn’t the protagonist... Along with accumulating wounds, it seed he was finally about to find liberation.
"Finally... I’m coming to find you... Little Tina... Forgive your useless dad..."
The desperate warrior finally stepped into the despair he longed for.
But when the Cold Ice and Beast Teeth finally neared, as his life was finally about to end...
"No, I can’t end here! I..."
But at this mont, he suddenly didn’t want to die... In his mind was his daughter’s little face, the beautiful life of the past.
"... If I’m dead... who will rember Tina..."
Is it the survival instinct? The hope of not leaving behind nothing at the end... However, it seed fate no longer gave him a chance to regret.
[War Ga launched.]
And at this mont, a voice suddenly echoed on the battlefield.
[Body Sensing Acceleration.]
The brilliance of the Ti Monunt spread throughout the battlefield, and all the warriors on Lu Ping’an’s side gained speed.
Not much faster, around 5% to 10%... but on the battlefield, that marginal speed difference ant life or death.
If these enhancents were applied to the basic "Agility (Neural Response)," it might be a grand scale deadly strike.
And this was just the beginning.
[Solar Protection.]
The light of the Holy Fire Chapel shone on the warriors, and they gained protection composed of a faint Holy Fire.
However, compared to the next, it was nothing...
[One of the War Ga rules, Eternal Life, the Hunter will receive the gift of Life...]
From this mont, slaughter could earn Life Points.
"... Perhaps, I might not die after all?!"
The light of hope, the will of the Deity, once again offered salvation and guidance.
Should he seize it?
"At least, as Tina’s father, he should have so value, so brilliance..."
The Rabbit Hero once again picked up the sword.
