From the perspective of a Deity, the Exotic Realm is often a place of abundant harvest.

Shining Stone is the final na given to this material. Its effect as a weapon is subtle, but as construction material, it has excellent traits like “self-repair,” “gaining strength after sustained attacks,” and “shining radiantly.”

Just this trait alone filled Lu Ping’an and his party with ideas about this life form, even sparking a desire to acquire more…. So they indeed went to acquire it.
“Did the Hunting Team succeed?”
“A Crystal Spider of eighth-tier, Zhuzhu and Eve are fighting over it, on the verge of a brawl. There’s also a golden one, suspected to be between seventh-tier to eighth-tier, sent to the research departnt…..”
The research of materials is quite simple and pure… perhaps because this material itself is quite pure.
Just like many advanced goods of calculation units are just an “accumulation of rank” of lower goods, upon verification, these high-tier Shining Stones are often evolved from low-tier ones, and the reality of Lu Ping’an’s “Life infusion” making them grow is an apt material for cultivation.
By removing its “purging of Life” trait, it can beco a practical construction material.
Although it clearly has the dangerous trait of Soul-devouring, its effect as a weapon is quite subtle due to this constant evolution trait.

Naturally, using it as a building material greatly fortified the “Fortress.”
So tried to use it as Protective Equipnt… but its traits made its non-integration evident, making it too heavy and rigid as protection, with high hardness equating to high mass, and no advantages over other materials, naturally leading to disuse.
So people made large shields and Wall Shields, seemingly effective, but the peculiar sight of wielding gates and walls as weapons garnered much nuanced comntary.
It wasn’t without effective developnt; the tal Life in the Courtyard, including Animated Armor and tallic Humanoids, heavily devoured one batch.
This material, unique in evolving from “Stone” to “tal,” does not require a full replacent, but key parts can be swapped to effectively increase strength.
Too heavy? As a part of their self-ford flesh, it effectively avoids this loss, conversely, actual tests showed it increased their physical force and instant output.
Perhaps, this construction material was prepared for them from the beginning.
The Hunting Squad tried to collect various “advanced materials” as much as possible, even Chris personally acted, bringing back many quality “stones,” but from the results, there was no difference from those cultivated by spending Life-points.
In a sense, this is a good thing, indicating that as long as there are enough materials, they can be continuously cultivated, but from another angle, the “mystery” within might be accessible only to the God Above Gods level.
The battlefield material harvest is not limited to this.
“No Dragon Bone was found, but we found….. fossils of Dragon Eggs.”
The stone eggs turned into fossils, and the Dragon Bones might have turned into ashes over the long ages.
No materials of the Giants were found either… but there were so of their weaponry, like fossils of super-sized open-front pants and Wolf Fang Club fossils.
The expansive underworld is buried with ancient battlefields, forming a naturally occurring maze in so sense, with much still hidden within the earth yet to be excavated. From the current results, they are rather formidable existences.
“In the Dragon Egg fossils, there’s a trace of Elents…. This could be a naturally above seventh-tier Dragon Species.”
Elental dragons that naturally bend reality match the descriptions in the docunted records, also piquing the fla-playing Lu Ping’an’s interest greatly.
At this mont, the research team is trying to restore the “Elent Ancient Dragon Gene” and integrate it into the Newborn Dragon descendants’ ethnic group.
Only slightly unfortunate is the lack of Giant genes, considering this was supposed to be the Giants’ Cloud City…..
“Indeed, I was shallow…”
Quickly, the situation took a turn; they did find the “Giant gene.”
“…No one initially thought that those Giant statues were actually their skeletal remains.”
In the relics, they accidentally found fragnts of those massive sculptures, and validation was achieved.
A breakthrough, however, ca as a coincidence.
“The fragnts… are highly similar in structure to Shining Stone! They can be regarded as having the sa origin!”
And this, possibly, implies a reality.
“The God Above Gods we thought overhead…. could it be an ancient giant’s return? Then this ti, it’s not necessarily an invasion by outsiders, but a revenge by the escaped?!”
