Chapter 1872: Chapter 1868: The Beginning of Chaos Tis
“There is no eternal peace, war always accompanies peace closely…”
The helpless God of War and Peace once again witnessed the whole world falling into a state of war.
When the Chaos Tis hit, this originally peaceful world appeared too “fragile.”
“Boom!”
Everywhere were gaping mouths, those massive rifts had already shaken the very foundations of the world.
Each world has its own structure and rules.
In Lu Ping’an’s eyes, this world was like a three-layered sphere.
Layer upon layer, but their “floors” are intertwined, not divided on the physical level.
They ld with each other and yet are partitioned like multi-story buildings, without interference.
“…such a sophisticated design seed even more fragile in the face of raw strength.” But now, it seed not entirely positive.
The Eye of Truth, along with intelligence agencies, fed back a lot of information, and looking at the collapsing world order, Lu Ping’an pondered.
This intricate floor structure made the exterior the only bearing point, yet it also made the world’s internal layers relatively independent… This was good for its inhabitants, but when external force pressed down, it seed too “fragile.”
“The unique rules of this world, at this point in ti, are not a boon…”
Watching the sky tear apart, Lu Ping’an felt the interference of formidable raw power, which showed no significant attenuation.
The “energy conservation” rule of this world, instead, made its interior more fragile.
“…the outer shell hasn’t completely shattered, it’s just heavily burdened, but internally there are already breaches everywhere.”
Past experiences told Lu Ping’an that overly sophisticated designs were often adaptations for specific environnts, and when situations drastically changed, they lacked flexibility and adaptability.
And now, even though the outermost Earth Realm’s defenses hadn’t completely broken, the Earth and Underworld realms had already torn open a breach, flooding in a multitude of Exotic Realm Creatures.
“…The Earth Realm has already beco a human purgatory.”
The world didn’t destroy the mont before, even though Lu Ping’an felt it shattered in a literal sense, yet the lands still existed, holding together with a tenuous connection.
The shattering was more on a high-dinsional level; while the environnts of each layer would undergo drastic changes, at least they weren’t lost to the void, dying outright.
However, the powers of the Earth Realm… imrsed in epic tales of love and courage from the dieval, facing an interstellar calamity ard to the teeth, those already tad “cattle and sheep” facing the Godzilla monster horde, it was bound to be a catastrophe and slaughter.
“And it’s precisely this chanism that makes aid unrealistic…”
Lu Ping’an felt numb; even if occasional Heroic Spirits or Deity warriors from the Heavenly Realm descended on the Earth Realm, their numbers couldn’t stop the whole world from blossoming in all directions.
And if the life forms of the Earth Realm were heavily slaughtered, the “engine” of this trinity world’s defense system being dismantled, the frontline collapsing would be only a matter of ti.
“No, I might not even need to wait for a natural collapse; if things go bad, so people will be quite proactive…”
Lu Ping’an shook his head, no longer looking at the fragnted galaxy, considering such distant futures was pointless.
This ti, it’s not on Earth, and he didn’t have a good enough impression of this world… He had no reason to “sacrifice” and “save” it; it was enough to live well for himself.
And if it were the years ago, in the days he just beca an Explorer, faced with such a doomsday crisis, only like the Silent Mountain Range World upon first encountering the Demonic Hour, he would escape as fast as he could.
But now, not only was he qualified to stay till the end, he could even look forward to gaining more from the crumbling world…
“…spread the word, we have tickets… no, don’t rush, let’s observe first.”
Lu Ping’an couldn’t forget that selling Ark tickets was how he accumulated his initial capital.
But this ti, those needing “tickets” were not only mortals; the deities on this side might have advantages in combat power, perhaps not inferior to human gods in various aspects… But they might not possess the form of the Ark of God, as they lacked the possibility of roaming the cosmos from the start for stability.
Lu Ping’an wasn’t in a hurry, nor could he be.
The whole world was still in the process of collapsing; it didn’t look like it would be destroyed in months, so he had the chance to acquire more.
“Maybe, I could play the ‘protagonist’ for once, hitching so protagonist luck and perks…”
In previous world calamities, he’d seen others ascend and the protagonist’s perks wildly upgrade; this ti, Lu Ping’an felt a surge of excitent.
This ti, he encountered another opportune mont, but unlike before, this ti he had the capability within his grasp.
“…First, send out scouts to gather intelligence. Right, Hua Xueyi…”
Hua Xueyi sent out twelve clones, serving as guides for the caravan (spy intelligence team), and now, they had explored quite a few safe paths.
Currently, most of her clones were likely doing comrcial runs outside, so they should be able to report the local situation promptly.
“No, don’t withdraw them; let them collect as much intelligence as possible, acting as informants.”
When Lu Ping’an confird that Hua Xueyi still had direct contact with most of her clones, he was overjoyed; this was clearly a pleasant surprise.
And this indirectly indicated that the entire Underworld hadn’t completely ruptured… But from another perspective, the physical distances were probably untraceable.
The spatial rifts had already shredded too many paths, the original trade routes were undoubtedly no longer usable.
And now, those dispersed across the world “Hua Xueyi”s were sufficient to beco focal points for direction guidance and intelligence exchange.
This was considered a pleasant surprise… but there were so things that could be attempted now.
“Zhuzhu, go over to the swamp, see if you can ‘consu a bit more’…”
Plans proceeded one by one; so things had to be tried to yield results.
The most valuable in this world were probably the rule buildings and rule environnts on the surface.
These things were treasures necessary for deities to grow… But from another angle, every rule environnt had probably nurtured countless deities, an endless flow of deities, with rule environnts standing firm.
This was the hatching pool for deities and the most valuable treasure of this world.
There had been no deities trying to devour and cleanse it, but entities directly tied to the world’s roots, while world order remained stable, were impossible to shake.
To use an inappropriate taphor, a golden statue placed on a plaza, surrounded by guards, but what truly guaranteed its safety was the “social order,” the stability of the entire state.
But if the entire nation were to waver… those toppled statues, “national treasures” taken to exchange for money, would be the clear answer.
As for whether it would weaken the entire world’s foundation… at that ti, would anyone still care?
“It can be absorbed! Although only partially… but indeed successfully plundered!”
Upon hearing this, Lu Ping’an was both worried and pleased.
The joy naturally stemd from the substantial gains laid before him, but the worry was…
“The deities would go mad; internal conflict would start first.”
Fear and the world nearing Doomsday would make them act with hysterical fervor.
Opportunities for empowernt and treasures were right before them; the mutual slaughter and struggle would beco fervent and violent.
With the World Apocalypse, what would start first, as always, was internal conflict.
