1475: Chapter 1471 Gods 1475: Chapter 1471 Gods Lu Ping’an himself had not anticipated it, his original plan, which he thought would just be a formality, quickly escalated into a “major lee.”

Not only were the Saphire people eager to join in, but also those Wild Gods and Quasi-Gods were hoping to secure an appointnt.

The initial proposal put forward by Lu Ping’an was clearly insufficient.

“I was thinking, out of ten spots, seven for the unlucky ones, the rest for the New Gods…”

The War God ‘Biao,’ Ocean God ‘Luna Wins,’ and a deity of the Life system ‘The First Chosen,’ were the initial three Divine Kings, and at the sa ti, they were the local early investors.

They were the lucky ones blessed by the World’s Will to Ascend to Godhood, but as such, they bore the brunt of dispensing Divine Grace, becoming sowhat like cash cows for the gods…

In the years of War that followed, they did not weaken and had beco a boon for this world.

After them, several more deities successfully achieved Ascension, forming the current rcury 42 pantheon.

Lu Ping’an had originally planned for Guan Xinxian to beco the sole Guardian God of a New Kingdom, a new race…

but the more he dealt with the levels of deities, the more he understood that even deities needed Mortals as a guidepost, and Lu Ping’an knew that monopolizing such power was simply wishful thinking on his part.

Hence, he led the initiative for a plan where everyone could sit at the table together.

But now, those outsiders who had seen the delicious spread wanted a seat at the table too.

Normally, this would be fine except…

“Isn’t this too disorderly, trying to force their way to the table without even consulting ?”

On stage, representatives ca and went.

Another peril of a parliantary system is how easily mbers can beco puppets of powerful forces.

Those big players and teams didn’t even need to coerce, rely offering up so chips and irresistible resources would suffice to turn these so-called mbers, who climbed up with the help of public support and reputations, into the mouthpieces of the influential.

This ti, those attempting to join in were mostly fringe forces from before; they brought out their bargaining chips, even subtly issuing threats…

In such a world, having fewer Evil Gods potentially defecting might be for the best.

Lu Ping’an yawned; he was too lazy to listen anymore and stood up, leaving outright.

Although he was the one who proposed this draft, it was now out of his hands, and none of the parties would pass up this chance to “take the stage,” setting the stage for a few interesting days ahead.

He didn’t have the ti to waste with them as he had already secured a seat at the table, acquiring one spot was enough.

Currently, Guan Xinxian remained but a pseudo Quasi-God…

perhaps slower progress was for the better.

“I really didn’t expect these guys to have so many cards up their sleeves…”

Walking out of the council, toying with ow, Lu Ping’an was deep in thought.

Lulu hadn’t co out; different from the utterly unconcerned Lu Ping’an, she had too many concerns and couldn’t move freely…

Even though she knew her presence wouldn’t make much difference, she still hoped to watch.

This ti, the lurking crocodiles were taking the stage, they needed an opportunity to “whitewash” themselves.

“Eventually, it’s likely the list for Guardian Gods will stretch out long…”

Having seen the outcos early on, Lu Ping’an naturally didn’t want to waste more ti.

During peaceti, for a deity to gain a position, the title of Proper God wasn’t easy to obtain…

but now, in tis of war, who would complain about having too few power players on their side?

And it was precisely because they saw through this that the crocodiles all leaped out at once.

“…

Tch, they never made a move before, and now they want to jump in.”

The Saphire people were certainly going to secure a spot; they directly fielded a luxurious lineup with one Deity and two Quasi-Gods…

others aside, that Deity was not like those quickly-made deities of rcury nowadays, it was a true ti-honored War God, one that this world needed the most.

But just thinking about this made Lu Ping’an very annoyed.

“War” was destined to be the Divine Realm’s grandest “Divine Position,” and with War’s infinite propagation, such deities would sooner or later see trendous growth.

In the mythological histories of many civilizations, the War God is not the Main God, but is certainly one of the closest to the Main God….The Great God of the Silent Mountain Range World, crowned in glory, was also clearly a Lord of War.

The God of Struggle…..

could there also be a connection with the War domain?

Lu Ping’an contemplated whether the God of Struggle could be added to the chessboard.

And truth be told, it was not entirely impossible.

Lu Ping’an had already beco one of the largest Arms Dealers in this world, and bestowing warriors with “Blessings,” “Power,” and “Weapons” was precisely the domain of the War God.

rely a “Divine Position,” and one could carve out a large piece of the pie…..

If he had the ability to partake, why refuse.

Perhaps, the only difference from them was the matter of ti.

“That Saphire War God will definitely pick a fight with the local God of Victory….

Eh, the God of Victory might not win, but we can’t let him lose too quickly.”

Lu Ping’an decided to stir the pot a little…..

Provide an appropriate challenge, delay their ti, and let the fittest ultimately rise.

Their conflict was not limited to Faith and the Divine Realm.

Just like the competition among Proper Gods on Earth, the industries of the Mortal World are their Assets, the venues where they display the essence of their Power, and it is impossible to give them up.

Lu Ping’an estimated that this ti, the Saphire people might not just be seeking a Guardian God position…..

It’s likely that among his Quasi-Gods, as opportunities mature, there would be Ascensions to snatch territories and industries.

“ow, rember to have the intelligence departnt look into which domains the Saphire people’s Quasi-Gods are most likely to Ascend to.”

The battle for comrce might just begin before the Ascension.

Now, there is ample room for developnt among all parties.

As everyone reaches their developntal bottlenecks, competition will naturally intensify.

The most direct relationship would be that between the Ocean God and the shipbuilding industry…..

God knows how many shipyards exist in this world now; internal conflicts among the Ocean Gods themselves are a real possibility.

And it’s not just talk; even Guan Xinxian had encountered direct competitors.

“Sovereign of the Seas…..

huh, such a domineering na, yet it turns out to be that of a lost and beaten dog.”

This was also one of the Big Shots participating this ti.

For most, it was the first they’d heard of him, but in so areas, he had long been quite active.

This was a deity of the Fish People, to be precise, a ninth-order Fishman Quasi-God who had fled from the Exotic Realm…

He hoped to succeed in his Ascension and beco the Guardian God of the Free Fish People.

Clearly, his field overlapped with the “Struggle” domain that Guan Xinxian was currently providing; the two were inevitably going to be rivals.

Similarly, there was “Lion’s Eye”…

That was among the most unique existence to erge from the Gods, not even a “God” in the traditional sense.

“I really didn’t expect that Mudar and company would actually harbor a collective consciousness, aren’t they afraid of ssing up again…..”

The local Free Insect Race had also built a quasi High-dinsional collective consciousness and now just needed to acquire an appellation to truly ddle in this world.

Lu Ping’an was sowhat helpless; these two deities evidently conflicted with the God of Struggle.

Why seek the patronage of deities from Exotic Races if there are ones from their own race available?

“These guys…..

why does soone always co looking for trouble every ti we do just a little bit.”

“…Actually, in the eyes of others, it’s you who’s ‘looking for trouble.'”

The logic was indeed as such.

Had the “Struggle” not been so noticeably effective for these two Races, producing a great number of Believers within them, these two suspected ninth-order beings would not be so eager to jump out.

There were several other similar Gods, and Lu Ping’an estimated that the final list might contain fifteen to twenty nas.

From the grand sche of things, this should be a good thing, as their side’s High-level combat power would increase explosively.

But before that…..

“Let’s just fight it out and see who survives the internal free-for-all.”
