(Drakken's POV)
I walked over to Bloodraven as he looked at with resentnt in his eye. I could see it, the pure contempt and anger in it.
The fact that I said that he was from the future must have bothered him, it must have bothered that I was able to figure it out.
Because there is no other explanation for his silence, his stare....one of anger.
"The future?" Mya asked, "Is that even possible? To interact with soone from the future?"
"That sounds ridiculous...." Sara said, "I can accept soone that is far away...soone that has been hiding for years, avoiding the gaze of us Greenseers.....but a man from the future? One that has been peering into the past....?"
I stopped right in front of the tree, feeling the cold from it, "Hm...." I said as I tilted my head, "There is no other explanation. But I could be wrong.....right, Bloodraven?"
He blinked and shifted slightly, the branches of his tree moving and making a rattling sound as he looked down.
"Hmph....." He said
"I am right." I said with a smirk, "Well well.....isn't this quite sothing. To think I was powerful enough to tap into your power...to communicate with you so clearly....I can only guess.....that it hasn't been that long for you....perhaps a few days.....a few minutes.....or a few seconds?"
He looked at , "I have heard so much of the destruction and ruin you have left in this world." He said, "But I never imagined I would speak directly to the you from that ti....before Riktor's rise."
I raised both my eyebrows, "Oh?" I said,
"Lord Riktor?" Olyver asked, "If he is from the future and speaks of Lord Riktor, am I right to assu that our Young Lord rises to power in so sort of way?"
"That would be an understatent..." Bloodraven said as he scowled, "Riktor Drakkengard.....he is the one who stands at the top of everything....nothing can stop him...and I-.....why am I saying this?"
"My son...." Mya said, "His fate is to rise to the top? That is sothing any mother would be delighted to hear."
I chuckled, "Unfortunately, that is not what I want to hear." I said
"You do not wish about your son's future endeavors, My Lord?" Sara asked
I shook my head, "No!" I said with a laugh, "I don't need to hear about shenanigans that I already know would happen! My son is Riktor Drakkengard! He is fated to Dominate this world because he is my blood! He is the Son of Drakken!"
"That...." Bloodraven said, "It is not surprising to hear from you."
In a swift motion, I grabbed him by the throat, clutching it tightly as I smirked viciously. I saw as his blood red eye widened with shock and surprise as he he tried to pry himself off. It was not going to work, my grip was iron-tight.
"Tell ...." I said, "Greenseer.....how is it that you could build such a powerful ntal plane like this? What is your secret?!"
"I....guhhh!!!" He managed, trying to gasp for air
"Perhaps choking him is not the ideal thod of getting information, My Lord." Mya told
I scowled, "I know, Woman!" I said as I let go of him, "But a quick show of strength is in order!"
Bloodraven hunched his neck over as he coughed uncontrollably, gasping for air.
"Aghh...." He said as he wheezed, "Y-You...!!"
I looked around, "There is no way that soone of your caliber is capable of producing a place like this by yourself?" I said, "What is the source of this power? Is it ? Is it the from your ti?"
"N-No...." He said, "Not really...."
I looked back at him, "Oh yea?"
"I believe it could be this tree." Mya said as she walked up to it, "It is a Weirwood Tree, we Greenseers can connect to it and tap into the Greensight....but of course, nothing on this one's caliber."
"Our Lady is right." Sara said, "The Weirwood Tree is attuned to this land's magic, to the Old Gods."
"Perhaps if Our Lord can tap into the Land's magic like the Trees can...." Olyver said, "You could replicate sothing similar....if that is your goal, of course."
I looked at Bloodraven, "Is that true?"
He looked at with a surprise, "I-I see....." He said softly, "So I am the reason it exists.....the thing I sought after my whole life...."
I frowned, "What?" I said, "Answer the damn question."
He cleared his throat, "They are not wrong." He said, "But I suggest you will have to figure that one out yourself, Drakken. You are smart.....powerful.....but you are nowhere near the level of cunning as I am...I was able to match your son..."
"Hmph...." I said as I began to crack my neck, "You Greenseers have an affinity for Nature Magic.....sothing I do not have....but I will tell you what I do have...the power to take....even for a mont.....which is why I brought them...."
I felt as my Black-Ether tendrils sprouted from my body and shot out at the other three, injecting themselves into their bodies as they imdiately siphoned their power. I felt their magic course through the tendrils and into my own body as I felt a spike in power.
I then reached my hand out and clutched onto the tree, gripping it tightly and tapped into its power.
"W-What?!" Bloodraven exclaid as he winced in pain, "Y-You're using their affinity to create a connection between us?!"
The entire plane began to shake violently as I heard the other three slightly moaning due to the effect of the tendrils.
I smirked, "It is sothing like that." I said, "You see, I really don't give a shit about you or what you got going on in your ti. I simply want the potential of this entire plane...."
I watched as black flas erupted from the tree, emitting a strange heat as they began to siphon into my arm, the strange and foreign power coursing through my body as I began to laugh uncontrollably.
There was a strange high that I got as I felt an entire world's worth of magic into my own body. I could not describe it; it was similar to being overloaded with hundreds of wine barrels all at once without bursting open.
Everything went blurry and the entire plane began to spin rapidly as I heard the other's scream out.
"Ahahahahahhahahaha!!!!!!" I laughed as I heard Bloodraven's screams of pain,
"YESSSS!!!!!"
******************
"Are you happy with that decision?" A deep and distorted voice said
I opened my eyes and was t with those of a large dragon that had its head hung over , staring right at . It had pitch-black scales, its eyes were pure white, and I saw hints of black feathers on its neck.
It was familiar.
"Huh?" I blinked, "Y-You....."
"You are being Reckless....How many tis have I told you to reign in your power when you are limited. The more you use the Blackfla....the closer you are to losing yourself." It said as it tilted his head, "You cannot be serious, Drakken. After everything you have been through...."
"And what gives you the right to tell what to do?" I said as I tried to move my body
I knew who this one was. His voice was very familiar and welcod, I had missed hearing him. I could make out his entire body, a massive four-limbed creature with wings.....a True Dragon. Unlike those wretched Wyverns from this world, this was a real Dragon from my world.
"I am your Calamity. I am you.....WE are you." He said as I was able to see his wings behind him, blending into the dark, "It appears that no matter how hard we try, we cannot manifest in whatever world you have been banished to. And you seem to understand that, which is why you are adamant about bringing out those Two out. You are mad.....all Grayle and Talis will achieve is reducing everything to nothing."
I managed to sit up, noticing that I had been laying down on so sort of black water, I could feel the moisture right below .
"That is the point....." I said with a sigh, "Thanatos.....my dear comrade.....the Death Dragon of Chaos."
"You created yet another Religion and used us as your aspects....it is to be expected." Thanatos said, "But do not push your luck. What you are about to do is reckless....it could backfire."
"But it won't." I said, "Stop being negative."
"If Sol'Tyr can speak to you, he would say the sa." He said, "But there is no point....."
"You are right." I said with a smirk, "There isn't. I am going to commit.....there is no way back ho, as far as I can tell. The best thing I could do now is just lay ruin to everything here and rebuild....I have ti..."
"I will destroy everything and start anew."
